Very friendly and accommodating. Walked in with no appointment for oil change. But they worked me in and in less than an hour they had me on the road. All for $40 bucks. Wow amazing

Called ahead and Russell was so helpful on the phone. He was able to tell me they had a tire in stock that we needed to replace a flat. They ended up losing power due to a transformer fire, but they were able to point us in the direction of another shop. Reasonable prices. Great staff! Even changed out our flat to our spare with no cost. 15/10 would go here again if I lived in the state!

Cant make appts...wait not long for tires(4) to be put on. 1 1/2 hrs. All the employees very nice... Been going here for years since Sears closed...

Trustworthy guys there!! Watched them just fill tires when people though there was stuff wrong with them. Pushed me through faster to get out of there faster as well.

Charged me 25 bucks for a plug in and were still too dumb to figure it out. It was a simple check engine light issue that my regular mechanic at dorance auto fixed in a few mins. These guys also claimed to have an oil change done in an hour which only takes about a half hour tops and took 3. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. they just talk a big game then fail to deliver..and they are way overpriced and the staff is rude. Go somewhere else

Friendly & accoomidating staff, quick & efficient service, a bit pricey but no complaints. I got 2 flats & was 2hrs from home after a 17hr shift & 2hrs driving before that & they got me in as soon as tow truck got us there & quickly had me back on the road.

We just moved to Berwick in 2017, and when we needed auto repairs we asked around. All of the long-time residents we asked recommended Steve Shannon.We went in expecting to need expensive brake and front-end work. Instead they told us we only needed a couple of minor repairs to solve the problem. They give you what you need, not what makes them the most money on a given day. They are clearly looking for long-term customer relationships, and today they started another one.

I will never go to Steve Shannon...had a bad flat so put the spare on and took my tire and wheel there ..they said the wheel was bent and would call me when the part came in...they didnt. I stopped and asked if it was there he said yes...he will call when ready...so he called that afternoon and went to pick it up and they threw it in the trunk saying they didnt have time to put it on before they closed (in an hour) and it was first come first serve (dropped it off last thrusday)...I could try again tomorrow..are you kidding me after giving you 250+...so still have the spare on...what a waste

The best thing about this garage is no appointment needed . If your car breaks & your really in a fix , they will rape you for all youve got ! Had a front brake lock up & they charged me over $800 to fix , only because they knew I couldnt drive it away , should have been no more then $250 max !
