Arrived at 9am Saturday 8/14, their posted opening time (online, on the door and on their new/updated hours sheet) and waited until 10:20am without anyone showing up to open the store.

Refused to activate prepaid service even though I already had a Verizon phone and a Verizon SIM.Three incompetents here, and all they said was there was nothing they could do.

This store called and left a voice message to tell me that my ordered phone had arrived and was ready for pick up.. I drove 45 minutes there and the harried employee could not produce the phone, nor could she reach any other employees or managers to help. They refuse to ship the phone, and they now expect me to make another trip to get the phone if they can find one.Of course this an franchisee so I expect zero accoutability and a chain of command that terminates at mom and pop who could not care less about customer care after the sale.

Would give zero if possible. . People be aware this a a third party vendor/store.. They set their own prices.. Have been reported to main Verizon many times.. They will over charge you m.s.r.p...and you will be ripped off.. Plus they have hidden fees and other charges.. Example : restock fee in a real verizon store is 25.00$.. This place charges $100....your better dealing with Verizon online or on phone.. Call them first. For those of you that may be from here and not elsewhere.. Please listen and check your prices... These shady owners and I mean more than one businesses here.. Are living off your money. Please call Verizon main number customer service and help stop this shady run business and the others next to it.. all related. Use your voice and keep your money. why do you think they have new vehicles and lots of money... thanks to overpricing and b.s. fees.. they also have been caught not applying full amounts of money to bills and overcharging... pay attention... research!

Awful. Pushy and they charged my account twice. 100 dollar phone restock fee. Look else where. Verizon refunded me my money saying they would look into it that that isnt a restock fee.
