They went over and above to make sure our visit was special. Their location is bright, immaculate, and has no harsh chemical smells. Superb!!

I like this place. Its close to my home, so I go here every once in a while. They are fast, and one of the cheaper places Ive been. They also do a nice job. They have special ordered colors for me when they didnt have them. They also have great chairs for kids that look like pandas with DVD players. My daughter loves that.

I chose to visit this place because it has the children pedi chairs. My daughter and I went together. The nail technicians are not welcoming at all. Never smile. Not friendly at all. I love my nail salon. Just stopped here to make it fun for the kid.

I really wanted to like this place in support of local businesses, but I absolutely hated it.Not only did 6 of my nails chip the day after having them done, but when I went back and asked for my money back they refused. They would only fix the nails. Unfortunately I did not want them touching me again and have the same thing happen. They informed me that since I used a credit card it was non refundable purchase, and that next time I should use cash.Also it is unprofessional to speak in your native language in front of a customer who is trying to have a conversation with you. I understand it is not your first language but then include them in the conversation by telling them what you are saying.

The lady was very sweet and took her time with me.... But did SUCH a sloppy job on my nails, even without rushing. She painted on way too thick and all over my skin. Her nails were covered in a thick layer of my polish from wiping it off, and she still didnt get it all off with her acetone brush. The paint on my nails is full of bubbles. I tried politely pointing it out to her, but she would just go over it with the tacky brush and made it worse. She did do a decent job on my eyebrows though. 1 star for eyebrows, 1 for being super nice, but I will honestly never go back to this place. Seriously 50 bucks for a job I can, and have, done better with my left hand =(

Ill come here from time to time to get a pedicure my mom get her nails done Ill give my kids nails done. We spend alot of money this time my pedicure is fine my kid gets her nails done and I prepay and I wait and then I get ready to leave they come start saying hold on you or another $5 because we had to shape the nail I thought it was included in the price, but no big deal it was very unprofessional after I paid for everything and tipped both ladies then they come back for $5 I dont think well come back here again.

The only place I ever go to get my nails done. They do an amazing job, and are always so sweet and professional. My nails have never looked better.

I love this establishment. I have never had a bad experience. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the prices are reasonable.

My recommendation is to steer clear of this place. I was going on a big vacation the following day, and wanted a manicure and pedicure. This was the only place open on a Sunday. I paid 30$ (plus 5$ tip) for polish that didnt even last 2 days. Having these treatments is a luxury, and I feel like I threw out good money. In addition, the management is rude. The manager was hovering over me as my nails were being done, anxiously awaiting my money, which he practically grabbed. Not so much as a thank you! Bad experience.

Got ready for NDIA Black Tie event. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Received services for nails, pedi and brows. Extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them to others.

The couple times I have been here the service is friendly, the place is clean, and they were able to fit me in quickly for a pedicure.

Terrible experience! Gems on nails were placed upside down. And index finger injury. A customer gave me a free mani pedi coupon, trashed it. Wouldnt go there again even if you paid me.

I had the worst pedicure of my life so mediocre and overpriced still left with dry skin all over my heels and that’s the reason I went. $32 for that and a $10 tip that she didn’t even deserve. I’ll never step foot back in there

Paid for a gel manicure and the polish chipped on the day after getting the manicure. I did not go back in that day because I had left for vacation already...

My experience was not good, my manicurist went through the motions of my mani/pedi, on auto pilot not even paying attention ( also answering his personal cell mid service) Paint job was horrible, I had something literally painted into my one fingernail, creating huge lump, almost every finger has polish on the skin, so sloppy. He jammed my feet into my sandals, before painting them, which was completely unnecessary due to the fact I was getting a manicure after so there was plenty of time for my toes to dry. this created my toes to be jammed together while he carefully, and sloppily painted them. And having my feet pulled so extremely forward into my sandals caused the top strap to stretch out, and they are brand new shoes. Not recommended at all. Floors were dirty, old staples in the wall from old art work. Also, I hope they are not re-using the disposable flip flops and toe separators, because at the front desk there is a sign and a basket for them to be placed after you use them!!! So unsanitary and surely against State Board Codes.

They lied and told me my nails would be 28$ and turned around and told me when they were done that I had to pay them 58$ for my nails I was so mad. Dont go here

Waited for an hour before someone even got to me, then my pedicure itself lasted a measly 15 minutes and the girl barely did anything to service me like I get at other nail salons... first time coming here and never coming back.

Wifes nails chipped next morning. Gel with no light doesnt seem to work as well.

Staff is always late, they overprice by $10 rude and take forever to do false nails.

The worst experience ever called and made appointment, wait for almost hour and when I told them that I have made appointment the lady responded we have been busy.
