I had a regular manicure 2 days ago and my nails look awful. The two coats are separating from one another and peeling off all around the edges of my nails. They also cut my cuticle so now my skin is peeling up my finger🙄. I havent been picking at anything but will be removing the polish ASAP. Price was fair at $16 but I cannot recommend this salon for a regular mani.

Even after a long time away my very specific needs were remembered and expertly executed. I wont ho anywhere else.

Very bad service. When I walked in the door it Took a few minutes until they even noticed me and said hello then the lady doing my manicure had a terrible attitude.I would not go back.

They almost never greet u when u walk in the door they all look up and then look down as if u don’t even exist. I have to say what I want 2-3x until someone actually acknowledges my presence. I am currently in the wax room right now and have been here for approx 5 min. When I did say what I needed the guy scoffed at me and said I don’t do eyebrow wax and told me to go wait in the room. It’s rude but this is the closest place to me and I absolutely hate change but it seems like I have no choice but to go somewhere else. This may be the last time I give this place my money

My first time here. Cindy did my nails I would never go back. Got home and my nails are super fat. I told I did like fat nails. Had pedicure he did excellent job. So upset and gave her a tip

Kept me waiting 20 minutes (and told another woman -- who had an appointment-- to come back in an hour) but once in, my pedicure was fine. Not much in atmosphere but the place appears to be very clean. Reasonable prices. Ill be back.

Best place to go for any nail care. I get ingrown toenail nails and they always get them out without hurting me. Love this place!

My wife comes here all the time. So I decided to try them when I couldnt cut my own toenails because of an injury. They were friendly, the place was clean, and there was no nail polish/remover odors. I had a good experience at a good price and my feet feel great. I will return. Maybe this is my new habit!

This is my favorite nail salon. The quality is amazing. I always leave with soft feet and the toe polish usually lasts a month. The prices are hard to beat too.

I was a first time customer and I believe I got one of the owners that did my nails , older man (50’s).He said maybe said 2 words to me the entire time ... rushed my nails to finish sooner so he could work on the project he was working on when I walked in.The fill in was priced $17, he asked if I wanted a cut down and I said sure , it was a tiny cut down my nails are not long at all, he apparently charged $3 for that.He hardly drilled my nails and you could see bumps now after the fact and the polish just looks cheap and just bad ...it just looks like a 10 year old did this job. Paid $20 for 20 min of non professional work and I will not be back.

The young boy that waited on me was snippy and had an attitude at the end of my service. When I walked in no one greeted me...they just said get hand sanitizer and sign in. Not professional at all. I will never go back again.

I had my nails done for my wedding (acrylic set) and some of the ladies of my wedding (moms, bridesmaids) had manicures done here and everyone was happy with the price and quality.The staff got a group of us in on a Friday afternoon even though they were pretty busy, and everyones nails held up all weekend and looked great. One of us had a pedicure and their massage chairs worked / were comfortable (unlike another local establishment Ive visited before) and there were no complaints!My nails held up the whole week of my honeymoon (even to sun, sand, sunscreen and pool water) although they did yellow a bit. Going back to get my set removed and for a proper manicure!The staff speaks very broken English for the most part, but they do good work!

Again I tried to get my nails done here. If you are going to open up to the public at 9am, then you should make sure you have staff for walk ins or turn your open sign off. This is about the 5th time Ive been told to come back. Time to look for a new place. I tried to keep my business in Berkley but I will not support this establishment any further.

Umm...this place has been good for polish longevity and thats why I come. Not for the company and apparently not for the service. After sitting there 20 minutes past my appointment time and having the woman (customer) next to me in the pedicure chair literally clipping her hangnails and throwing them in my direction I just cant handle the lack of cleanliness nor the disrespect of timing. A place to never come again.

Seriously? I just left after an hour and a half spend for what I thought to be a quick stop for shellac (dont usually do it, was just there for a fast service). Picked the color and did a manicure, then the coloring started. The lady who did my nails was SUUPPEERR SLOOOOWWW. Checked out every nail and literally was breathing on it. Turned it side to side, looked from above, from the each angle possible and not! If someone is planning to use this place for a quick lunch-stop DO NOT! It will take you for ever. After I pointed out few times that I am in rush, they still wanted to take off completely the polish from one hand and re-cover the nails. And thats for Shellac that takes a while to take off! After all this - I went to pay and the lady at the counter saying: Can I see how the color turned out? Just saying- never will go there again! And as I am a style icon at work, no one from our 500 people company goes there either :(

Walked in as soon as they opened. There were only two workers and both had clients already. One worker said nothing and the other was less than welcoming. I left not long after I arrived.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it was horrible first off the staff not too friendly and my acrylic nails did not last at all not even two weeks, every since my nail tech moved away I havent yet met another quite like him.

This place was recommended to me. I couldnt get an appointment with the person that was recommended. So I had a girl named Lee do my nails. I asked when I made the appointment if they do nail art because Im very into nail art! They said yes! First let me say I was in the medical field and Im a little neurotic about cleanliness proper cleaning techniques of nail instruments so on and so forth. I will say the place appeared clean. No one speaks clear English so it was hard to understand what the woman said to me when I first walked in. Okay thats fine whatever. I had a 5pm appointment and at 5:35 she finally called me over to her chair. I told her I wanted acrylics and the shape I wanted was Coffin. I havent had fake nails since 2001. I normally do my own nails and nail art. I was watching her every move and I was pleased with how she put the acrylic on. I tried engaging her in conversation and all she did the whole time was talked to the other employees in their native language and laughed. I have to say that really annoyed me I actually felt very uncomfortable, if Im paying you to do my nails ignoring me doesnt exactly make me feel like you give a rats ass which I know all you ladies understand that. I brought my own nail polish thank goodness because their selection sucked I have to say I did not want gel maybe thats why their selection sucked. While she was doing the acrylic I asked her about nail art she said no, no and then said something in her native language to the girl next to her and I was a little put off by that . Okay so she got done with my nails and put me under the dryer. When I got home and started really looking at my nails there were a couple dents in the acrylic I had to touch up the Polish where it was too thin. They look FAKE! And they definitely were not shaped properly the way I requested and she said she knew what coffin looked like and how to do it. So I was convinced by my mother to give them another shot but that I should see this girl Heidi that was recommended to her. I made an appointment it was for 5pm on Tuesday. I got there at about 4:50 and was told she left for the day. WHAT? What do you mean she left I have a 5pm appointment with her! they said she just left because she lost her voice. I was PISSED! The reason I was pissed was because they refuse to take clients phone numbers so u have to drive there to find out if you still have an appointment. I asked if someone else could help me (there were at least 4 employees and only 1 customer and they said no one could help me. I told them that was BS and that I will never be back. So, Needless to say I am not going back nor is my mother! I hope you have a better experience should you go there. I would advise you to go somewhere else!!!
