This lab is chronically sloppy. Twice we have come for lab work and the doctors order wasnt in the system. They claim to have not received the orders on each occasion, but the doctors office confirmed that Labcorp had in fact received them. We next had to deal with the reception desk that could not seem to differentiate between walk in patients and those who had gone to the trouble of scheduling an appointment. Too bad because this location is a short drive from our home. Well not be using them again, however. A minimum level of competency is all anyone really wants.
