First time, attendant had an attitude.Second time, person at desk did.They also dont seem to give any priority to those who took the time to book an appointment.Pretty disappointing customer service overall, but am grateful thats its generally easy and available.

Attendant was generally rude. Refused to give test because they were closing in 15 minutes and test would take 20 minutes. Most labs accommodate you as long as you get in before the closing time. He also refused to test a baby because he was by himself and it takes two people to draw blood from a baby. Fair enough, but the lab should provide enough employees if they are offering services for babies. Posted hours were wrong for this lab and other Lab Corp labs in the East Bay.

I have very small veins which usually take several painful minutes to find at other places. Here they always find my veins within a matter of moments. The staff are kind, friendly, and do their jobs swiftly. If you come at not the peek times, you’re usually in and out within 15 minutes. I’ve been getting my blood drawn here for 3 years and always ask my doctors to send my forms here. Highly recommend.

I didnt have to wait very long to be serviced. I have pretty low blood pressure and sometimes pass out from having my blood drawn. The man who took my blood was super understanding and nice. He drew my blood with the baby needle so it wouldnt be as rough of a time. Great experience; I was in and out in around half an hour (including waiting time).

I have been here a few times. They were friendly, kind, and extremely competent. I barely felt anything when they drew blood! They have a nice view of the trees, too. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Didn’t answer phones (tried locally and call center), had to book an appointment online. Website says they perform test. Get to the place and “we only accept orders” and “we don’t do that.” Completely unhelpful. Also drab.

Online hours said they were open Black Friday, and they werent open. Huge waste of my time, and I saw other people arriving at the same time and realizing it was closed only after getting to the door.
