Terrific service and fabulous balloon arch for the first day of school at St. Theresas School in Upper Rockridge, Oakland. It was a big hit. Thank you to the team at Paper Plus in Berkeley. Very cool store too- they have everything!

Got the exact balloon garland I wanted for my sons birthday delivered to our front door. Great customer service and I was really happy with the finished product, which added a ton to our pictures of the day.

Need some party gear? Quick card? Calendar? Costumes? Popcorn or cotton candy rental? Paper Plus is where its at! I have been coming here for all my balloon needs for over over a decade. Recently went there with my little and she had a blast looking at all the fun toys and party accessories. The staff is very kid friendly and makes wonderful balloon bunches. Highly recommend as a stop for any party needs. Or if you just want a Saturday balloon :)

It looks run-down from the outside but this local spot has EVERYTHING you need to throw a classic party. Their balloon selection and customer service is top-notch.

Great variety can be found at this store specializing in balloons and party supplies of all themes. I love that they provide affordable balloon delivery but I do always wish the staff were friendlier and more professional. Ive been going there for years but they never remember me, and there is always a line at the register with staff speaking to everyone and taking calls while ignoring the customer at the register.

I love when my kids birthdays roll around because it means Ill be making the trek to paper plus for balloons! Incredible selection, very nice staff! Dont forget to tip your hardworking balloon wranglers. And be sure to get that hi-flo on your latex balloons, makes them last for days!

GREAT STORE!!!!!! Love love love it there I never want to leave. Management was so helpful and are wonderful to be around. Walking in there is like a blast from the past, scent, looks and vibes!!!! I may be 70 but god it makes me feel young again walking into that store.(The balloon man in the back never ceases to amaze me)

I bought three boxes of mini lites for our Halloween party ( they were in the Halloween section). These lites were called and pictured on the box as “purple “. When plugged in they were clearly a cheery pink. We were unable to use them. When I tried to return them the store refused saying it didn’t matter whether the lights appeared to be purple or not. That they were a holiday item, the holiday was over and they would not refund my money.

Great for party supplies. When I pass there with my 2 yr old daughter she always points the place out. She just loves the helium balloons

Paper Plus carries a wide variety of cards and party supplies at very reasonable prices. I especially appreciate their half price cards. Its worth the extra effort to search their stock to find exactly what you might not even know youre looking for!Ive also come here for random paper and party supplies like plastic leis and small boxes. Its my go-to place for assorted celebration-related items Im not sure I could find anywhere else.

This is not a big chain party store. Its independent and unique. The store is crowded (with merchandise), cluttered and well stocked. Prices are reasonable but leaning towards the higher end, and when stocking up for a party the final bill usually is a surprise (How did it get to $80?). So, if you need balloons, paper plates, or really any other party related item, this is the place to go.

Nice place. Get most of our work/office decorations there. They have a balloon counter, so that is cool, all kinds of balloons.

I ordered balloons from here and picked up some party supplies. This store has an excellent selection of everything you might need for a party. They did a good job of helping me choose balloons and then had them ready on time.

The selection and variety is the best. Serpentine, pop-up, confetti, piñatas, etc. You can Aldo tener tables, and chairs. I like this place.

I absolutely love Paper Plus. They seem to have everything I need for any occasion. Balloons, stickers, decorations, wristbands, draedals, and even a cotton candy machine! The cotton candy machine, btw, is a steal. Cheap rental and takes your party to the next level. They also let me know their mylar balloons are refillable! And honestly, I drove around to 3 different stores looking for a fricking draedal this year. Shoulda known PP would have it. And if theyre busy just go in, place your balloon order, then browse the adjacent stores while you wait. Its a nice block of 3 lil shops. Ok, I clearly love the place and I hope it never goes out of business.
