Been a satisfied customer for years. Today I walked in and not one of the customers (3) were wearing a mask. When I asked the lone manicurest if masks were required, she did not answer. Left quickly.

Ok I found this place through my yelp it has pretty good reviews after the new managementI called in at 10 to get appointment at 1 it was pretty easy . First impression the place was quiet and peaceful, everything looks clean and sanitized .He did my nails perfectly just as a wanted and even better.The nails feel light as if it were my natural he even files under the nail which I was pretty impressed by because most of the places don’t do it and leave nails bulkyAfter my nails were done i am so happy and excited my nails looks just perfectI HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE ATLEAST ONCE YOU’LL 🥰LOVE IT.ITS LIKE THE BEST IN BERKELEY!!!!!but yeah in busy hours when u like just walk in they are working so fast that I didn’t really like the service and also i got cut while nail filing and it was really painful for like a week and my nails were like 😬not so impressive i mean I could get it done for cheaper at other places and not pay 40$ to just fill and one broken nail

I went to get acrylics done and specified that I wanted a certain style and color accordingly. The technician was rude and wouldnt acknowledge half of my requests. On top of that, they got mad at me when I didnt like the design they put on my nails and told me off as a customer. I felt extremely frustrated and unheard - something no one should feel when they get their nails done. After all this, they still demanded full price and I walked away extremely unhappy.

My friend and I made a 4:00 appointment for two acrylic full sets. They did not tell us that there was only one man working on manicures, so one of us had to wait an hour before we were helped. We ended up being there for two hours. When we were getting our nails done, Ken rushed through and did not file any of our nails evenly. All ten of our fingers look different. My friend asked for a design on her fingers, which she never does. Turns out, he rushed through and made every finger look different and nothing like she wanted. She will never get a pattern again because of Ken. One of us did not get any lotion, oil or our cuticles cut. A different manicurist had to cut our cuticles because she saw how terrible of a job Ken did. After we left the salon, we had to go get a nail file to try to make our nails look better. We will probably be going somewhere else this week to fix our nails after the terrible job Ken did.

The Absolute Best Nails in Walnut Creek!! Nails are perfect, pedicures are off the chart with sea salts, massage, and hot wax, and you cannot get better customer service anywhere! I have never recommended a salon in the past, but this one is well worth it! Prices are Great too!

I been here twice for acrylic nails done and Ken is the only one who always did my nails. I have terrible experience here that he rush through and cut my skin, it was bleeding but doesn’t even say sorry. All my nails in different lengths and he was just so in the rush. Even i made appointment, i wait. No point of making appointment. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I got my acrylics filled and it was FANTASTIC! The service was lovely, and my nails look and feel wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed my pedicure manicure experience very much at first. They give you complimentary water and gum.Towards the end however, a manicurist dropped a sharp/knife instrument she was using to trim my cuticles. The knife stabbed deep into my foot and hurt a lot an blood started pouring out. They applied cotton balls for 15 - 20 minutes but the blood didnt stop pouring from the wound. They then went next door to the 7-11 to buy me band-aids, but sent me on my way with my foot still bleeding. I probably needed stitches.They were very apologetic, offering sorrys a lot. I went to check out they quoted me the full price. I asked how much of a discount Id get for my injury experience. At first they said none, but then gave me a mere $5 off.I should have been comped. Any respectable business after injuring their patient to the point of uncontrollable bleeding and needing stitches wouldve comped their service, free of charge.

This nail salon is a great place for affordable pampering. They really take their time and also give great leg and hand massages. You can often get walk in appointments here too.

I have been here 4 times and the pedicures have been consistently good. The ladies who do the pedicures are very kind and receptive. However, the gel manicures and acrylic nails have gotten worse each time. It seems like the manicurist, Ken, rushes. The first time he made my cuticle bleed and did not even mention it. My finger hurt for a week. For my acrylics he rushed and my nails were filed very weird and he did not even put oil on my hands . People thought I had did my acrylics myself, thats how amatuer it looked. I would definitely go back for pedicures but I would not waste my money on nails that T&T nails takes no pride in.

The nails were ok the nails kept lifting Ive been wearing nails since I was 16 & never had this issue I kept going thinking i was being to rough something told me to take them off when I did out of 10 nails I had fungus on 5 nails alot of it do not go to this establishment
