Polished Nails is open for business and is providing a great service. Lee & Hanna are doing a great job. The business has moved a few doors north temporarily and is much smaller (Limited seating). I would recommend that you make an appointment. Right now they are a cash only business. Polished Nails is following CDC guidelines and I felt complete safe.

I lived near by and would come here whenever I needed some self-care. They are great and always good people to have a convo with. Perfect nails everytime

The ladies here were beyond amazing! My friend and I came in TRAUMATIZED from our last nail appointment from up north and Michelle and Lee made sure to take extra care of us! Michelle asked many questions and listened to all my requests. My favorite place place to go for eyelash extensions by individual, waxing, and my acrylic nail and deluxe pedicure. They did take my temperature when visited the shop. They also upgraded new massage chair for pedicure. I love it. They used pedicure linear for every customer who want to do pedicure. I feel safe to do my nail in this shop. I love to recommend my family and friends and everyone who come to the shop. They always do the best job.

Efficient and lovely bunch of ladies. They are genuinely friendly and happy to be around. The atmosphere far outweighs their fantastic service, although both their manis and pedis are also high-quality in Berkeley. First time here and definitely coming back. Highly recommend! Nancy is a sweetheart there.

Went in to get my acrylics removed. The experience was quick and to the point, and now my natural nails are back and Im happy to see them look as healthy as ever! $10 for the removal, but cash tip only! Good thing they had an ATM machine with no fees.

Im in love with this place. They validate my beauty and make me feel really good inside when I leave. Lee for waxing and Michelle is my girl. She always does my nails. Her sculpting is impeccable! Hands down this is one of the best nail salon in Berkeley. Not only do they do nails, they also offer eyelash extensions, facials, and all kinds of waxings. So far Ive tried the brazilian wax, bikini wax, and full leg wax. I can honestly say that theyre the best when it comes to waxing. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and made it as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend you to get it done with Lee. Shes the best!P.S. They also offer great discounts for students.

I am never coming back here. They had me wait an hour with my feet soaking (without informing me the wait would be an hour) in the water before actually starting my nails. Then they left to wax someone in the middle of my pedicure. It took them another HOUR to finish just a normal pedicure. I had to leave without getting my manicure after sitting there for two hours because i had an appointment. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.

2nd time visiting:There is no parking lot nor free street parking. I was in no rush today so I decided to park two blocks away off the main street and enjoy the walk to the salon. The salon neighbors cute little cafes and stores; overall a busybod street.Selection in color was fair, they had your main OPI and Essie polishes and few unknown brands. Some people are very selective and like to stick to certain brands of polish. It would have been nice to have the polishes organized instead of mixed together. But eventually after 10 min I picked out a color. They keep the gel colors all the way in the back almost hidden.Oh just a heads up this place prefers cash over credit. But they will accept your credit card but have CASH FOR THE TIP.Great service
