Perfect! I do nails with them for 5 months. the best acrylic nail. they dont leave the sides unpainted. it doesnt get thick nails. very natural!

I moved to Berkeley last year and I was looking for a place to do my nails. I tried 3 different places prior to this one. I’m happy with the results. I called them and booked an appointment. But you can also walk in. The lady was very friendly and fast. They also give you discount if you pay cash.

Sadly my experience was not positive like other reviewers. I felt rushed to choose a color I ultimately didn’t like and the gel nails themselves are very uneven. You can see in the picture some of polish doesn’t even come near the nail bed. They also seemed super frustrated/annoyed whenever I asked if something could be fixed. Not sure if I came on a bad day or if the techs were truly unhappy to serve me but all of my requests were met with what felt like was disdain and I did not feel welcome. I cannot recommend this place to anyone if they treat certain customers differently.

Best nails I ever had done. Girls are superfast. I even got massage of feet and arms. Leave tip people ..these girls work super hard. Love my nails!!

Not only did they let us in early but the service was over and beyond. I had a gel mani pedi while my friend had a regular mani pedi. The massage was out if this world in both arm/shoulder and foot/leg. The establishment was very calm and super clean. Their friendliness was wonderful and professionalism was appreciated. They have won two new customers for life!

This place is open EVERYDAY! I have never made an appointment and they always take walks-ins right away, despite how busy it typically is inside the nail salon. They always do a great job, the gel manicures last, and they give a cash discount ($28 for a gel manicure if you pay in cash!) The interior is recently renovated with clean lines and has a minimalist vibe which is nice. Also, the nail technicians include a quick neck/shoulder or hand massage while your nails are being done. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I love this nail spa. I just got my gel manicure by Hana and she did such a good job. I’m really particular about my cuticles being cut short and the almond shape of my nails and they are perfect. They also have a very clean space and everyone is really friendly. My gel mani was only $30 too!

Been a customer for 6 years, and love there people. The new store (across the street from the old store) is larger, feels new, and employs more people. Great place for a carefully performed manicure/ pedicure, taking into account the customers unique feet and hands. Im sure they can do fancier work and I cant comment on spa type services, since I havent had any. There can be some down sides, like being super busy.

This place is wonderful. They are always busy so call ahead or just be chill and wait. However if all you want is a Mani, they just might have you sit in the waiting area and give you a manicure without all the fluff if a table. The are moving to a bigger space soon with 11 chairs.... believe me they will fill them up. Lovely ladies and quality work.

Gel nails lasted a FULL month even after gardening and digging up 20 feet of my lawn. Just went back and got them redone there. Prices are great, service is great -- neck and hand / forearm massage included! Highly recommend! Set an appointment, theyre packed.

An excellent nail salon with amazing prices. I always get gel here and the ladies do a stellar job. The place is very clean and in a great area-- Elmwood. Ive never had a negative experience here and gel for $30 is a steal! With tip, It comes out to be almost 40. My nails also last forever! Ive had mine for four weeks and besides the nail growing out, very minor chips.

I love it here, everyone is a perfectionist which means my nails come out looking amazing! They are usually really busy after work hours though so either make an appointment or plan to spend some time there

Just left and although they were nice I’m super annoyed I wasted my time and money. They did a terrible job. It’s super messy on the edge of the nails and the tops were left all jagged. I had her file down a few to fix them. Although it’s gel I probably won’t keep it on for very long as it’s not even worth it. I usually do my own and a much better job.. won’t be waisting my time again.

The ladies here do an excellent job and do it with amazing efficiency. Even when its packed, theyll get you in and out quickly, with a nice shoulder massage to boot. They take extra care with my ouchie toenails, and their gel manicures are perfection and last a month! Prices are very reasonable -- pay cash for a little discount. Highly recommend.

I got a mani/pedi here a week ago and my nails still look perfect! (I did add another clear top coat about 4 days in just to see how long I could keep the miracle going.) I’ve never had a manicure last this long so I’m truly shocked. The team at Versailles Nail Spa was friendly and very accommodating especially given I kept changing my appointment and then arrived late... they worked in 3 of us and managed to get us sitting together even on a busy holiday when no other salons were open. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit - too bad I live on the opposite coast!

Great, friendly staff. They are very efficient without sacrificing quality when they are busy. Going in the early afternoon on the weekends is a good time to go when you dont need to wait.

This is my FAVORITE nail salon (I go twice a month). The ladies who work there are so kind and they do an amazing job. This place gets packed, so I recommend going in the morning when they open; if youre unable to go in the morning just be remember to be patient, the longest I have waited is 15 minutes.

These women are efficient but still make you feel pampered. Give mini massages throughout your manicure and pedicure.

Best kept secret thats really no longer a secret. The ladies are super friendly and give the best leg massages. Its super packed all the time.

Nice color choices and comfortable environment. However one of the ladies buffed my nails very roughly and poked my cuticle til it bled, then put something in it to make it stop bleeding. A week later, my cuticle has not healed and I am still in pain. The massage that came with the manicure was also bad- she essentially pinched my skin for five minutes. Wouldnt recommend.
