My overall experience with getting a live scan was very pleasant. Here you get fair and straightforward pricing with fast, efficient service. The atmosphere is very nice, clean and has a cozy home feel. Leslie was wonderful to work with as well. She’s kind and professional. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment even via text. She replied promptly and provided very clear instructions on items to bring, as well as the pricing/fees. I was in and out within 10 minutes and parking was easy (on street in front of the business). I needed to do the live scan for my real estate license application, and Leslie was really helpful by giving me clear instructions on what documents to bring and what to expect when arriving at her office. I dont usually write reviews but I had to in this case. There are literally hundreds of companies providing fingerprinting service through Live Scan. However, I needed service on a Sunday and there are very few that provide service on Sunday. I was very lucky to find Fast and Easy Fingerprints in Berkeley. The provider was very knowledgeable and fast. In and and out in about 15 minutes. In addition, She was very warm and welcoming. ( Interesting that another reviewer shared that same impression. I hadnt read that review before writing mine : > .) I was so lucky to find her and highly recommend her!!

I went here to get fingerprints during the covid-19 crisis and was very impressed by the great customer service I received and the health safety standards being enforced. Leslie was very friendly and worked very quickly, would recommend.

Wonderful service; I had an appointment at 5pm on a Sunday, which is usually unheard of as most places are not open for business on Sundays but Leslie is available seven days a week by appoitment. It was also in a beautiful part of the city although my phone died right before I was able to get to the correct address so I was running late but Leslie was very gracious and when I finally arrived at the correct address, she greeted me, did my fingerprints, the paperwork and within 20 minutes I was happily on my home. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Very easy, super convenient location in Berkeley. I called to make an appointment first thing in the morning, and I left a message when I got her voice mail. Since I missed her call back and my VM inbox was full, she texted to make sure I got the info I needed to make an appointment. I was in by 9am and out by 9:20. I definitely recommend this business. One tip: this is a business that operates from a residence, so make sure to call before you show up in order to make an appointment. 👍
