I dropped off my car with the check engine light on. I was called back about an hour later and Jim explained the issue clearly and with appropriate detail. He was able to answer all my questions. He suggested I go to the dealership for what the issue required and I appreciated his candidness. I will be back to get my oil changed here due to the friendly service.

Very helpful in explaining the problems in as much details as I wanted. Honest and helpful. Answered all my questions. Provided options based on budget, and wound up saving me a considerable amount based on what the other place quoted me.
