I went to do my laundry there. I was very impressed the place was super clean. It’s very important that the place you do your laundry is clean. The lady that works there a short lady. I don’t know her name. She asked me if I needed anything to ask her. I was very pleased with the experienced there.The place is very clean and great service by the lady that works there. 👍👍👍.

We have been coming to do our laundry here for years. It has changed owners many times, but the service is always getting better and better. The girls are so nice and attentive. The washing machines are clean, and they are priced well. They use a great card system.

Amparo and Laury are very helpful, they were able to answer any question. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at the store. Thanks for having such a great employees.

Vey clean place and the staff are awesome. It was my first time at Village Laundry and I did know how to use the machines. Amparo and Laury were very pleasant and so willing to help me. They showed me everything about the machines. I would definitely recommend this laundromat!

The washers and dryers are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Ms. Amparo and Ms. Maria are always willing to help. They both provide exceptional customer service.

I really like coming to this laundry, they have the most beautiful plants & the place is always clean. There’s always machines available, you don’t have to deal with coins & the staff is friendly and work hard. I’ve never had an issue. I also love the loyalty card that they give you. The staff really does their best to help you with anything & they speak Spanish and English .

This laundry mat to my surprise is great. When I have laundry in the morning, the staff is especially nice to me. Especially from my experience, the taller blonde woman has helped countless times. She communicates to me in english and I see her communicating to all different types of customers in both in Spanish and English. Great place and staff

Not my favorite laundromat... you compete with staff for washing machine and dryers. The vibe there is for you to hurry up and leave. There are better places to wash your clothes.

I am writing this review after I faced several bad experiences from the lady who works at this store.I am a regular costumer of this laundromat for the past 3 years. The owner is very nice and helpful towards the costumers but one of the employe is terrible. I came there with three big bundle of clothes around 9.30 pm. They locked the door from inside, even though there closing time is 12pm. The lady who works at the store was standing right in front of the door and calling someone, she saw us but didn’t show the basic manner to keep the door open for me. She was staring at us and we feel soo uncomfortable. Worst costumer service ever!!!

I am in love with this laundromat. The owner Stuart is so sweet and his staff. Maria all of ladies that work there are very helpful. Please do all of your laundry and dry cleaning at the Village Laundromat in Bergenfield.

The owner Stewart always makes sure place is well kept machines running well. During Covid opened safely rules to protect his employees and customers.

The people that were there today, Sandra and another one, that work there, are the most helpful, kind workers. I have trouble walking, and they helped me out in every way they could and more. I wish there were more people like them.

Excellent place to wash and dry clothes. Parking. Pay is by load a card. Worker help me with a new card and how to load it.

I have used village Laundromats services on an occasion. I must say, clean, neat and very friendly. Most importantly never have to wait.

Ive been an overnight customer here for over two years. The staff will hound you, touch your card with their filthy gloves, and repeat the policy that even the staff themselves arent following (social distancing).Too many carts are in the way, no sanitizing stations or wipes available for their carts, nothing. I bet they dont even clean or wipe down the handle bars on the machines every couple hours. My suggestion to the owner: Your hounding isnt customer service, put up more signs, and get rid of half your carts or use them as posts to promote social distancing. To the customers: Go somewhere else.

This is the best place to do laundry. Its clean, well-kept, friendly staff. Stewart the owner is very welcoming. Free coffee tea, & crackers. Once a staff member covered my clothing. on a rainy day,so it wouldnt get wet.

The facility is clean, equipment is functional, automated key card for loading funds to pay for washing and drying clothes. The location is staffed and they are available to answer any questions you may have. In addition, they are full service including dry cleaning, if required. If you use the laundromat often, there is one free was for the 9th visit - we can all use an incentive to return to the establishment. Thank you.

I love ❤️ this place! Nice, bright, clean—and free coffee ☕️ to boot! I had been going to Early Bird Laundromat in Teaneck but they are ALWAYS CROWDED and never any place to sit, also people guard the washers and dryers so that you can’t use them even if they are empty. Plus the parking lot there—😱!!! Found Village Laundromat after having had ENOUGH of Early Bird, SOOOOOO glad I did, I WILL be coming back for sure 😁!

Variety of machine sizes for washer. There ia a large dryer which dried my comforters and sheets really well. 24hr self service.

The Village Laundromat is close to home; since I washed clothes there last.The owner has made some renovations etc., updated washing machines, vendor machine that issue money cards and the staff is very friendly.
