My first time trying to get a pick up and delivery service and they don’t answer the phone at all whatsoever I’ve called over 20 times in the past 20 minutes…. If they can’t answer the phone thats so simple , How am I supposed to get good service??

I like them because it CDC compliant.The owner and staff are very courtesy and nice. Always enjoy going there.

I’m older & appreciate the pick-up & deliver service. The staff is always polite & willing to work with my timeframe; they wash/dry, fold - not overpriced, clothes smell amazing! I HIGHLY recommend to all!

Ive been doing business with New Bridge Laundry for over 3 years. They drop off and pick up for my business, do an excellent job at a fantastic price!!! Im the owner of Direct Pain Relief and I have a lot of laundry on a weekly basis. I cant begin to tell you what a relief it is for me to be able to depend on the great service that New Bridge Laundry provides for me. My sheets get picked up in a timely manner and returned washed, disinfected, dried and folded within 2 days. Ive tried other services before but it doesnt get any better than New Bridge Laundry!!!!!! Communication is also flawless. Thank you everyone at New Bridge Laundry for the peace of mind, the great job and great service!!!!

When i went to do my laundry, one of the dryers burned the clothes and blankets and it was only that dryer. When all of the other dryers i had with clothes came out fine. The manager didnt wanna pay me for the clothes that had been ruined. When i had called him he was very unprofessional. He yelled at me and then when i kept calling him, it seemed as if he blocked me. I also talked to the supervisor and nobody helped me replace all the clothes and blankets that i had lost. They are very irresponsible.!!!!

Clean, owner alway looking at how to improve the customer experience. Table setup to force distancing during covid19 This was very thoughtful. The worker are the best. Sign indicating safety notice to reduce number of people inside. I notice they put new flap on some washer. Different sides washer. Small ,medium and large. Also next door shops Chinese food and farmer type market also nearby auto zone and grocery store.

First time here,a bit disappointed, over 5 washers and 9 dryers out of service.Thus having to spend more time there cause aot people waiting for dryers.The lady in charge even got into arguement with a customer cause she took clothes out of dryer.Hopefully they get those fixed soon.

I have been consistently using their wash n fold drop off service for some time now. At least once a week, if not twice a week. We (my boyfriend and I) leave a generous tip every single time, and have even recommended their business to several of our friends and family. Two days ago we dropped off a large load of clothes and picked it up the day after. As I was putting the clothes away, I discovered several pieces of clothing DAMAGED, some even COMPLETELY DESTROYED. There are large, dark stains that you cannot miss!! How could they send clothes back in this condition and not even mention it to the customer?! The clothes look dirtier than when I dropped them off, now they are permanently STAINED. Keep in mind that many of the clothes have only been worn once or twice and now they can never be worn again!! My boyfriend went to the laundromat the day after, showing the owner the nasty large dark stains. He answered back saying they are “not responsible for any damages” and there is “nothing he could do”. He didn’t even attempt to clean the stains off my clothes, just basically said “oh well”. Absolutely no accountability for the damages!! How can you trust a business like this? I’m extremely upset, I have brand new clothing that I loved, that is not even wearable. These clothes cost $$ and now they are garbage. I regret trusting these people and using their service. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CLOTHES DESTROYED.
