The crew arrived on time, set up floor protectors and worked very hard all day. the installation went smoothly, the guys were all very nice and the New AC system works perfectly. Very professional job with nice people.The quote was sent quickly, the price was reasonable, and the installers were very nice and very competent. what is there not to like? This company and the entire crew is amazing from Stephen Lee who has a lot of patience and helped us select the perfect systems for our home and Jose who coordinated the installation but especially Diego, Mynor and Juan who worked for 6 days installing two furnaces, two condensers, duct work and a tankless water heating system as well as the demo crew that removed the old boiler and water heater tank. The installation crew worked clean (cleaned after themselves every single day), were always on time and worked all day. At the end the installation was so well done that it looked as if the systems were always in the house. A system was installed in the attic and the basement, keep in mind this installation was done in a 100 year old home and many HVAC contractors did not like the sound of that because of the amount of work involved, however, the design by Yuhan was impressive as you can see from the pictures. The only space lost was a few feet in our coat closet for the basement system return. Our home no longer has hot or cold spots and maintains a constant temperature throughout. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking to install a new system.

We hired Yuhan Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our hot water heater. The technician Rocco came out and completed the service call. We absolutely have no complaints with the work that was completed, the technicians did an amazing job. However, the biggest issues we faced was the lack of communication and the inability to follow-up. After the new heater was installed, it was not explained to us that an inspection was required. After reaching out to the office numerous times for an update on the next phase , we were told that someone would called back regarding our concerns, days would pass without anyone following up. We would call again to be told the same thing. What made this situation even more frustrating was the fact that after paying for the cost of the job in full, they were still sending us invoices regarding the service call after we were informed that if we used their company for the job, the price of the service call would be included in the overall price to which we paid in full on the date the job was preformed. After constant follow-ups, speaking to Favio and awaiting a response from Jose, the inspection was finally completed and then we were hit with another bill for the inspection. The only reason why the score is not lower is because of the great job of the technician and not administration.

When it comes to reliable professional service there’s no one else I would call. We used Yuhan for a repair on our air condition unit and the service was fast and efficient we want to say thank you to our service tech Damion, and the entire office staff for their service. I got a quote for replacement of my HVAC from 5 companies. I am looking for someone honest, good reputation from online reviews, and have a real business not just a fly by night handy man guy because if it breaks down you can easily reach them and will protect their reputation. I tried Yuhan and Justin So one of the owners came over to my house, he gave me an honest estimate, I did a lot of research so I asked him about my concerns such as electrical breakers replacement, fix any coolant leak, etc. He assured me that the price he gave me is all inclusive and they will take care of everything. He is also very technical and you know that he will not try to trick you or give a shady contract. I asked Justin about replacing my old furnace, thinking I can save more if I do it all in one shot, but he advised against it, saying even if my 20-yr furnace is old but is working well then no need to replace it. Imagine that! He didnt want to make money, he said that customer is really important to him.The installation was very smooth and currently enjoying my new AC now. It is hard to find a trustworthy company these days and definitely I highly recommend Yuhan and even asked them to do a maintenance contract for my HVAC system.

Our HVAC unit was replaced by a group of good guys from Yuhan headed by Oscar. I must say that they did a great job in just approximately 4 hours wherein the old damaged unit was brought down, with optimization of ventilation by adjusting duct valves. Most of all, they are respectful with regard to the order/cleanliness of my house by creating walkway/paths, thus tidying up their mess. Yuhan sent over three servicemen (including forman) to install a new outside AC compressor and air handler in our attic. Needless to say the air temperature of 90 degrees did not make their job pleasant. It was not an easy job to take out the air handler and install a new one with new piping and some additional duct work. There work was efficient and provided the necessary comfort to our home. After the job, they vacuumed the steps and floors surrounding the door to the attic. We had contacted three new contractors before going with Yuhan. Im glad we did.

I called Yuhan Heating & Cooling to check a boiler they previously installed. Since I was not the person they dealt with initially, I didn’t know what to expect. To my surprised they showed up within hours of my call and the technician was knowledgeable. Damion was patient and answered all of my questions. Yuhan sent a technician to diagnosis a leaking A/C condenser condensate drain pan. The problem was difficult to isolate but after comparing the different aspects of what we knew, the problem was determined to be a control board. Mr. Lee did a good job with follow up and diagnosis.

We had water leak from the AC pipe and loss of air flow to the kitchen area. We asked for a temporary fix since we are still renovating house including HVAC. The technician named Jason came and fixed the problem. 30 minutes to one hour after he left, we got the same problem. My wife was there when Jason was fixing the problem, and I was not there to check his work. I came home and found that nothing has been fixed (attached pictures). Im very disappointed and upset with their unprofessional service.

The technician Damien was very professional and thorough, he took the time to educate me on how the system worked and resolved the root cause of the issue. I previously had two other companies come to my home and both told me everything was working accordingly despite us being freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. I used Yuhan Heating and A/C on 2 separate occasions. First one was a couple years ago to install a central A/C and heating unit for my upstairs. I rarely leave my review but one event made me come up here to leave this short story in the symbol of my deepest appreciation for their service.Actually, its been a while and almost 5 years ago for Yuhan to have replaced my old heating and cooling system. After then, I had no problem using them without any hassle or trouble except replacing the thermostat AA type battery.However one day I had a problem with my AC and there was NO airflow at all but just frequent power on and off situation going on with it. I called and requested service for dispatching someone to take care of it. Yuhan sent me one technician immediately and once he took care of it, the system started to work but again.....it goes off just in 2 days.To be honest, I was kind of disappointed with that situation since Ive already paid for a basic trip charge, which they called, but still not working properly so, I nicely complained about the situation what my AC system got back to the same condition before I requested service. Yuhan dispatched another technician named, Damian and for a while, he checked out this and that based on the information I proved him (since I consider myself a kind of handyman) and it took almost over an hour but finally, he figured it out and the problem was caused by the unstable and old wiring matter, not a fuse, electric switch or mother board matter that I strongly doubted at all! Once he found out the problem, he went over new wiring things, and boom!The system got back on to the original condition and now Im so happy with his performance and truly appreciate what Yuhan coordinated everything. Although it costs for installing a new wiring job, I believe that it was the most cost-efficient way to have saved my as* at the end. lolSo, its my pleasure to recommend Yuhan to anybody who is looking for a decent and honest HVAC contractor along with the so humble and friendly technician, Damian!

Sam The Man from Yuhan Heating & Air Conditioning came over to assess our boiler problem. The motor for the circulation pump had been making a overbearing loud rattling noise since Sunday. So we had no heat since then. We didnt know who to call, so I called around and made appointments for 3 plumbers to come by. Yuhan was the first appointment on Tuesday. Sam blew me away with his mannerism, professionalism and trade knowledge. The pricing seemed fair enough that I just went with Sam. He assessed that hes 90% sure that the spring came loose and now the coupler is hitting it causing the rattling sound. He felt that repairing the motor was the best approach. I have an American Standard boiler (not in production anymore). He disassembled it to repair at his office and brought it back for install the next day (today). The motor runs well and its even quieter than before. Sam saved me time and money by NOT recommending a replacement. Good job Sam and Yuhan!! *(Of course, well have to see how long this repair lasts. If it doesnt last more than a year, then Ill be back to re-edit my post!)

I live in a condominium and my heating system broke - I decided to call Yuhan after reading the glowing review on google. I talked the dispatcher Fabio, a very pleasant professional guy and he scheduled an appointment the following day. The young guy who came here, Roque was one of the most down to earth person. He actually put on the plastic shoe cover before walking into my house. Roque manner was very gentle and very considerate. He set to work on checking my HVAC system - and provided recommendation to my HVAC problem. I was so happy with the entire process (even though - unfortunately - my HVAC system is broken) and I gladly work with Yuhan to get my system replaced. They offer the flexibility of financing some higher replacement cost just to make sure that people are able to stay safe and warm (or cool). All an all, this is really a good company, and the reviews here were accurate. Roque is really awesome. He is a soft spoken person and super genuine and if all the staff in Yuhan are like Roque - then Yuhan is the Heating & Air Conditioning Par Excellence. Kudos! Highly recommended!!

Yuhan did a great job installing a Daikan heating, cooling, and de-humidifier unit, which they recommended. It works great and this one unit covers over 1,000 square feet of open space in the basement. They installed a gas line for the barbecue grill and also replaced a water heater. I recommend highly.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with to do in-home servicing and contracting! I initially scheduled a free estimate to be done and Steve was on time for the appointment! While the estimate was slightly higher than an estimate I received from another company, the punctuality and professionalism of Steve won me over! Despite all of the issues surrounding COVID-19 business closures, Steve communicated with me when the business would be closed which did delay the start date by one week (not a big deal at all). When the crew arrived to my home (work lasted for 4 days to replace water heater, steam boiler, and install an A/C), they were always on time (even early most days), but they would not come to the door until 8:00am which allowed me to continue my daily routine without disruption. They were careful to lay down preservation matting and limit the number of trips in and out of the house. The crew asked me questions to ensure that I got things placed where I wanted them. Every day, Steve would check in with me about the progress of the work done and he had the crew correct anything that did not meet my satisfaction the following day (for instance, the water heater was damaged in the box and did not show until removed from the box and a replacement was installed the following day). On the final day, the thermostat did not work properly, and Steve came by after 5:00pm and helped me resolve the issue. In fact, it was a problem with my current thermostat and he replaced it without cost. I purchased a service contract with Yuhan because of the service I received. I look forward to continuing business with them in the future!

Yuhan installed a new heating and cooling system in August. The technicians were knowledgeable and took their time with the installation including removal of old oil system. The one issue with a defective ground wire coming from the condenser was resolved quickly. Justin and the technicians were professional and completed the work on time. I rarely write reviews, but I would like to tell you my story with Yuhan Mechanical.My central AC unit was very old and finally stopped working right before summer started.I contacted a contractor (not Yuhan) that I had used once before. A guy came over and checked my unit. He said it was going to cost $12,500 to replace the entire unit. But he didnt even mention details of the job. Moreover, he said I had to decide now because the price might go up otherwise.I asked him can you make such a big decision in a few minutes right after you are told to pay $12,500? He didnt answer my question. I told him to give me an official quote. Then, sure enough, they never got back to me except the invoice immediately sent to me for the check-up job he did.I started searching for another contractor. A friend of mine recommended Yuhan Mechanical to me for his very good experience with them before.So I contacted them. Justin, the managing partner, visited me right away.He checked my unit thoroughly and recommended me to replace the entire unit, logically explaining the problems of the unit, why it should be replaced with, and what options are available. He gave me a lot of detailed information.Besides, when he climbed up to the attic, he found that the fan there was completely broken (probably decades ago). He suggested to fix it also, as it is very important to let hot air escape from the house. The previous contractor never mentioned anything about it.Even more important thing Justin told me was to ask my town for permission for replacing my unit, followed by inspection, both of which they took care of for me. Otherwise, I would face a big problem when I decide to sell my house in the future. Of course, the previous contractor never told these to me as well.So Justin explained all the details about the work needed to be done before signing the contract.He told me to send a quote with available finance options. I asked him whether replacing the unit would cost around $12,000 and he said no way.I received the quote the next day and the price was so much more reasonable and realistic than the previous contractor. All the scopes of work were described in detail along with options including the attic fan replacement.I signed the contract. Then, technicians - Jake and his team - came to my house to start replacing the unit.It was a whole-day job, but they were doing their job so professionally in a coordinated manner. I could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing.While working on re-wiring power lines, they found some unexpected difficult problems. Jake explained to me what the problem was, but they repaired it without asking me for an additional charge nevertheless.After everything was done, they thoroughly cleaned up everything including floors (needless to say that they set up their tarp before started the job), so it looked like they hadnt done anything there. Of course, my brand-new central AC started working better than ever before with cooler air, less noise and so much better energy efficiency.Later, Jenna - a lady working in the office coordinating everything, who helped me tremendously from the beginning to the end - contacted my town and set up all the necessary inspection appointments for me. All I had to do was to wait for the inspectors at home. Inspection completed with no problem at all.I had a bit of rough time at the beginning of my journey to replace my central AC. But after I started talking with Yuhan Mechanical, everything went very smoothly. They answered all of my questions clearly, so I could start building my confidence to trust them. Everyone at Yuhan Mechanical I met - Justin, Jenna, Jake and all the technicians - was extremely polite to me, honest with explaining the situation and cost, and responsible for what they said. My 40 year old HVAC system finally broke down and with hot and humid weather approaching, I was hoping to get a replacement properly, quickly, and smoothly. Yuhan was highly recommended to me and I went with them over another HVAC company that had done work in my complex previously. From customer service, ordering parts, the proposal to actual installation, startup, and follow-up...I found them to be very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Yuhan folks did a great job replacing my 5 Ton unit. They worked meticulously and cleaned after themselves very nicely. The technical and office staff both are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my central A/C and had Worry Free through PSE&G. The unit was old in fairness, but still cranked out cold air. It stopped and the utility crew said it was the fan motor. They replaced it and no cold air; long story short, three crews later, they told me the compressor was dead. I called YUHAN and was greeted by a real nice lady, then a guy. They rescheduled their crew and got someone out the next day, a Saturday. The tech named Damian, originally from Jamaica, could not have been more empathetic (I have two toddlers) regarding my scenario. He quickly confirmed my suspicion that the compressor was in fact, OK. He put in a new Capacitor, did a valve check on the refrigerant, and could tell it was low bc the line started icing up. He then added more and guess what?! It works! Damians honesty at trying to help out a Dad freaking out about spending $$$ on a new system, will definitely bring a new, loyal, customer to YUHAN. I will be using them for the new system in the spring, and putting a new Carrier system in. I sell air compressors for a living and try to sell my customers what they need, not rip them off....... it is nice to know there are other honest companies out there! They installed my gas furnace last September and yesterday they did the 2 zone mini split inverter. They did a good job, nice and clean. In regards to pricing, they are reasonable and fair.

The entire experience from the beginning of my furnace replacement went very smoothly. From the estimator, Justin, giving me a great price to the follow-up inspection procedure. Saying theyre professional would be an understatement as everyone throws that out there. The installation team was very polite and even set up their own tarp to walk over. They left the new furnace and area around it very clean once they were done and I have yet to have a problem with them. However, there was an issue when the inspection happened. Thankfully, they were quick to act on it and I was able to get a pass in no time. I will definitely be using the yearly maintenance that they offer to keep the unit they replaced running for a very long time. Thanks, Yuhan!

We replaced 30 years old steam boiler to new one 3 weeks ago. They gave me free estimate and installation was done with promised date. It only took 1 and half days to complete the work. They did great job, covered all floors before the work and cleaned entire basement after they finished. I really liked their great work and clean job. My nightmare turned to happy ending. Yuhan did marvelous work on my new house. We contacted several AC companies to replace AC and boiler on my new house. Unlike other companies, Yuhan did thorough check, spent enough time and explain me in detail what needs to be done and consider. Not only estimating on AC system, they also gave me so much simple DIY information how to save utility cost. They gain my trust at this point because I felt like they care my house like their house. My boiler was 24 years old and I called 4 contractors for proposals. All 4 contractors were referred however Yuhan was the most trust worthy. While the others needed to work on their sales pitch Yuhan was like a trusted advisor and consulted us as if it were their home.When they did the work they were very clean and I am extremely satisfied. For us it was a very large purchase that we felt good about when all was done.Finally they were the lowest cost provider yet had the most to offer.

Yuhan did excellent work on my new house. We contacted several Water heater company to replace water heater on my new house. Unlike other companies. Not only they estimated on water heater they also gave me so much simple information to avoid serious damage in the basement after water heater was installed. They gain my trust at this point because I felt like they care my house like theirs. Their work was excellent. Price is also reasonable. You might think it is little expesiive compare to individual contractor who doesnt have license or permit to fix the unit but if you see their great customer service then you will totally agree that it is worth it. Yuhan installed a new heating furnace and an AC in my house. They gave me an excellent offer, compared to competitors. They cam a crew of 4 people at 8am and finished the whole job at 5pm, at the same day. They removed the old system and installed the new one, including a humidifier, and an air filter. When it comes to HVAC contractors I often hear they all suck equally or you pick the lessor of the evil. Well my experience with Yuhan and their team couldnt be more diametrically opposite and pleasant. They responded promptly and gave a thorough and competitive quote (not the cheapest but competitive). Some of my know it all friends told me to get a higher SEER rated system but Stephen (the owner) and the project manager (Richard) talked me out of it. They said I will never see my return on investment given that we run AC 3 month out of the year. Its rare and refreshing to see this level of honesty and integrity. When it comes to installation they were on time and communicated in advance when theres a scheduling change. On my job they are definitely one of the best sub contractors.

We had both our HVAC (2018) and heating system (2014) done by Yuhan. Sam was our technichian for both systems and he also maintains them annually. He is thorough, straight forward (explains whats feasible and not feasible), and patient. The HVAC zoning and reducting layout (2 zone to 3 zone) was designed by Sam, the technician, and we were able to enjoy summer 2018 more comfortably. Sam and Yuhan stands by their work and they have good relationship and reputation with town officials to faciliate permit and inspection.

We have used Yuhan for almost a decade now. They are loyal to long-standing customers and will go out of their way to provide service and resolve issues -- if necessary come by several times in a row.
