Ghosted me and never called back after I called three times. Sent a quote and when we wanted to scale back I guess they didnt want to do the job. Hired another outfit to get it done. Could have just said they didnt want the job.

What a complete waste of time! Can’t comment on the quality of their work because they completely ghosted me. Waited 2 weeks to get them to come to my property and they said the projects were no problem and they would send me a quote. 2 weeks go by and nothing, called and left a message and no follow up. Would have been fine if they said they couldn’t do it or there would be a delay, but don’t just waste my time. Disappointed…

Keith is a life saver! He is honest, ethical, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and produces a quality product using best practices.We hired a different contractor who caused damage to our home, didnt take out proper permits, and caused us a ridiculous amount of problems. Keith was truly a life saver who knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problems. We should have hired him to begin with. He has earned our repeat business.

They did a complete remodel on our property. We know why they were voted for the best of the best of Northwest Arkansas. Their owner was top notch from our original meeting. He helped my wife with her design ideas and made them a reality. His schedule management from the start of demolition to the final clean was very impressive. My experience with Keith at Creative Renovations was pleasant. We had them do a addition/ remodel with a new kitchen. My wife had a idea of what she wanted and Keith took that and designed a space that we love. We are excited to have a place to entertain guests. They came highly recommended and they over delivered on what we thought we would be getting.

Less than impressed. The management of this company is lacking and their craftsmanship suffers as a result. We had to live in a work zone for almost a month when they only spent 7 days actually working on our projects. There were many errors made by the owner and the people he uses. This caused them to have to work a day or two, then leave for a week or more, to return to work again later. We also had to let the owner know that his people hadn’t even completed the project, he never came to check and just sent the bill.

We had their guys do some remodel work, and they did a great job. Between them and Dust Busters dust free tile removal we couldn’t be happier to have them help us with our project.
