Great experience working with Abbey Carpet. Huge selection and variety of carpets. We were replacing the cheap contractor grade product in our house and shopped several local stores before settling on Abbey. Brandon was very helpful in showing us different options and grades, bringing samples to our home so we could match it with our paint and trim. He was helpful in scheduling the install at a time that worked best for us. The installation crew was on time, professional and courteous. Juan was a pleasure to work with and all seams and intersections were perfect without being detectable. The house was vacuumed and left clean when they were finished. Went here at first the customer service was decent they came out to measure and give us a quote said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before we got it had to call and ask about it then never would reply back to emails sent about the quote end up going with some else that had excellent customer service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for three different estimates and they provided them all for free, without complaint. Installation was professional and I could tell the installers took great care. There were some serious issues due to misinformation, but the person responsible no longer sells for them, and Ravi worked with my impossible schedule to fix all the problems at no extra charge. I will return to them for my next project!

Our entire experience from start to finish with Ravi from Abbey Carpet was top notch. I have to give a special shout out to the installers (Juan and Jose). It was a full day of non-stop and they did an excellent job. Hard working guys. And the details in even the little things speaks volumes: after the tear-out and before the new install they vacuumed and again after the install they vacuumed. I fed them lunch, dinner and provided a cash tip. That was the least we could do to show our appreciation. We are very pleased and would recommend Ravi and his team from Abbey to anyone.

The installers were great, the product was good but the guys that came out to measure... either one of them did not know what they were talking about or both of them. They also talked around a very direct question I asked several times and never gave a straight answer... kind of frustrating.

We wanted to send in a quick review of Abbey Carpet & Floor in Bentonville. After moving into our home back in July, we quickly realized we needed to replace all the carpeting in the bedrooms and bonus room (not ideal). This was our first home and we knew very little about carpeting. We visited several carpet stores in the area and while everyone was very friendly, just couldnt get comfortable with any of them. A friend in the building industry strongly recommended we stop by Abbey Carpet on Walton Boulevard. We did and began working with Rolando.Rolando was by far the most sincere and trustworthy individual we had met at any carpet store in the area. It was clear he wanted us to be happy with our decision. It took us several visits to the store before we made a final decision and he was as patient as could be. Even on visits when Rolando was not there, the other guys in the store were just as helpful, even though they were not getting the sale. Rolando has been in the business for quite some time, so knew the products well.The installation itself went smoothly. They work with very skilled installers who we trusted in our home. What impressed us most was that even after we picked out the carpet and paid for it, Rolando continued to show interest in everything and followed up with us even after the installation was complete to ensure we were happy. The owner of the company, Ravi, did the same thing!We have nothing negative to say about Abbey Carpet. Solid customer service and a very friendly team. Would highly recommend them to anyone for carpet or tile. We will definitely go to them for our next purchase as well.

Me and my Fiancé went in looking for hardwoods for my new floor and my salesman named Charlie was extremely helpful and considerate of our time. He showed us a few products and we settled on Bruce Turlington Plank spice color. He brought a sample to our home when he came to do a free estimate and after telling him our price range he worked hard to get us the product and services my fiancé wanted so bad. Great experience, great pricing, great installation and no pressure. Best buying experience in years!

While I was in the ordering process, I received excellent attention from the sales staff. However, I allowed myself to be talked out of what I really wanted to buy because Abbey sells so much Cortex! -- which is unfortunate because Cortex scratches easily... but that was my own fault for not sticking to my own experience with flooring.Install was ok. I asked the installers to reuse the baseboards, and they put them back, but didnt bother to caulking at all. I finally caulked the baseboards myself. I had to wait a month for the connector pieces which were on backorder. When they finally arrived and were installed, the workers left a sack of cement and some stuff I finally gave to Habitat for Humanity. When I mentioned the scratches in the product to the installation team, I was told to rub shoe polish into the scratch because thats what we do all the time --Overall, the experience was just ok. I wouldnt necessarily recommend this place, but I know of no flooring place that is any better.
