I cannot give higher praise to a business than Serfco and their serviceman Brian. We have had a nest of yellow jackets for several weeks. We’ve called several other companies with no success. One of the most prominent companies charged us before service and still didn’t come to fix the issue. Serfco came on the same day and took care of the problem for 25% of the price the other company charged. I will certainly use them if we have other issues!

Was scheduled to arrive Tuesday morning at 7am to spray, even received a confirmation text on Monday. At 7:30 no one had arrived. When I called, they told me that they had tried to call me last Thursday to reschedule. I checked and had no missed calls or voice mail. Then they told me they would call me later Tuesday or Wednesday to reschedule, today is Thuraday and guess what, no calls.Obviously they have commitment issues. I would find. Someone else that can actually show up and do the job.

They have a customer service lady that is beyond rude. I wish I knew her name so someone from management could do something about her. We were happy with our techs that come to our home but decided to take our business elsewhere after the way she talked to my wife and I.

They always take great care of us! Their team members are professional, kind, and punctual. If you have insect/pest problems, look no further! Serfco gets the job done!

Recently had an unfortunate run-in with pre-existing termite damage in a newly purchased home. I was easily able to schedule an inspection, review old records, and re-treat our home. Jimmy was professional, timely, and thorough - would give 6 stars if I could.

These guys are awesome! I have used several different services in the area and none of them last very long because they dont care about customer service.Everyone at Serfco is great to work with. They take care of any problems you have and Tom is excellent on the job site. He is very thorough and is ready to tackle any problem. He explains everything he is going to do and is very careful with the safety of my pets. I happily recommend them!!

I have been a customer with serfco for YEARS! They recently came out to spray and within two weeks my house has seen more spiders then before. I called to request them to come back out and they want to charge me an additional $70 when I already paid them to fix the problem. I had personally asked them if there would be an additional fee to come back out and they told me no. They used to have a six week guarantee, I’m on exactly 2 weeks from their service and they won’t honor it. I won’t be using them again.

My wife, Rachel, and I cannot say enough positive statements about one of your technicians. Ted is top notch! We specifically ask for him during each quarterly pest control visit. He has such a friendly personality while also offering helpful professional advice. We always look forward to hearing his fun stories and sharing a good laugh. Theyre always super friendly and helpful. The inspectors go above and beyond and let me know of any issues they see, even if theyre not specifically checking for them.

Brian was in a hurry to get things done. He missed cleaning the spider webs effectively outside the house. He missed spraying the pesticide in few closets in the house and outside too in was insufficient. I had to call him back to get the wire mesh setup near the inlet to the A/C wiring even though I specifically asked him to do it while treating the outside area. That job too looks very crude.

Good menu good food good prices comfortable prices . Bad lemonade from soda dispenser comes out pure syrup. Disorganized for lids to cups I told them .half an hour later they had not brought the lids out.i had to ask them again.

Today was my first experience using Serfco for pest control, as we have recently moved to the Siloam Springs area. I appreciate that they have clearly marked vehicles and employees with Serfco shirts. Joe was very helpful in explaining the process and services, and he took time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be using them again!

Serfco successfully rid our home of a brown recluse infestation. With quarterly treatments we’ve rarely seen a live bug in our house, and the ones that are alive become sickly fast because of the barrier. We are very happy customers! Our technician, Joe, is a nice man and very pleasant to do business with.

I cant say enough good things about Serfco! As we moved into a new house that hadnt been taken care of they went above and beyond to help us make it safe for our kiddos! I HIGHLY recommend Ted in the Bella Vista area. He is so very nice and takes time to understand what is needing taken care of.

Weve been with Serfco since we moved to Rogers back in 2000. Their customer service was great then and still is. Bill is always on time for appointments and very friendly. I highly recommend using them for your pest control needs!!

Bill has come to my house on several occasions when we are having issues with different types of bugs/pest. He is always professional, provides recommendations on how to deal with the issue, and doesnt try to over sell services to me. After he treats our yard/house the issue is gone. Serfco usually is able to schedule an appointment within a day or two of me calling to request one.

We use Serfco for pest control. We bought a house that had been vacant for a few months and it had creepy crawling things everywhere. We got the 1 year spray plan and I dont think Ive seen a spider or other creature since. They are friendly, on time, and work fast but do not cut corners.

We have had a termite service contract with these guys for years, ever since we bought the house. (The realtor highly recommended them) They come out once a year and do an inspection of the house and this past year they found where there had been very slight termite action at some point between inspections but the termites were gone. They could have said well you are ok now and not done anything, but instead they came out and drilled holes in the concrete and thoroughly treated that entire area. Then they sealed the holes and blended the area to look like all the other concrete. You cant even tell holes were ever drilled there. Very friendly and professional.

This place has horrible customer service. We had them spray for ants on 6/12 which cost us $164.25. 3 weeks later, here we are, still with ants in 2 rooms of our home and they want to charge us another $65 to “follow up”. They tried to get us to purchase a plan and I’m so glad we didn’t! The only reason we used this company is because they had the quickest opening, but they charge over double what the last guys charged us. Save your $, because if you have any trouble, they won’t help you. We can’t even get anyone from Serfco to come out for another week!

Serfco is the BEST at keeping pests under control!

The serfco technicians offered excellent customer service and one of the best estimates. In fact, we were so impressed with their customer service we chose to use them to eradicate our termites despite having a slightly higher estimate (we obtained four altogether.) I feel like they explained the problem and did an incredibly thorough job.

Due to a billing mix-up my payment for 10/13 -2014 did not get made and policy was cancelled. That I understand. What I dont understand is why they want to bill me for a $25 restart fee AND back bill me for the period of time from 10/13-10/14. They openly admit that had I had any issues during the past 12 months they would NOT have covered it but refuse to explain how they can back bill me for past 12 months of no service or coverage. Dont have a problem with a start up fee, but they are trying to rip me off for a time they admit they wouldnt cover!! VERY DISHONEST in my opinion
