Justice M. came out for my quarterly treatment. He was efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. He showed me places where unwanted guests might be able to enter my garage so I could have it repaired and then put in a deterrent to stop them until I can. I explained what bugs I had been seeing and he applied treatment in addition to the usual treatments to alleviate the problem. Very happy with the treatment that I received this cycle in my contact.

We moved from Minnesota, so Arkansas and its critters are totally different to us. They were able to come out within 2 days of calling. Saul was so kind and patient, he explained everything and answered a ton of questions. He was extremely thorough and found 2 wasps nests we didnt even know were there and got rid of them for us! Zach was on time, very professional, and very friendly. He was thorough in looking around the landscaping for evidence of ants and other pests. We had a carpenter bee problem in our fence. He cleared those out for us, and hung a bee trap for us while he was here. He swept away any cobwebs and nests that were around the property then thoroughly sprayed. He was more than willing to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. It was a hot one out today, but he didnt let that stop him or slow him down. Great service and a great price. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!

We have a quarterly contract for the exterior and Flex follows up, stays in contact, and makes sure that we don’t see any pests indoors as well. Should that happen, they have someone at our place that day or the next. They always make time for us right away. A fantastic company with a really good product and business plan! We have had the service for almost a year year now. It is the first time that Lennon serviced us. He was more thorough than any of the employees who have serviced our home. Most have been done in 10 minutes or so. He was here for about 30 minutes. I appreciate what he did and if I continue the service I hope he will be the one to come out.

Zach Benson came to treat our house for a quarterly treatment and while here, he noticed a crack in the brick around our electrical box. He called me and told me that this crack could allow mice to get into the house and he offered to close it off for us. Then the technician who came for our first visit was so thorough and so responsive, I had hope. I am really pleased with how things went! Flex is the best! We would kill brown recluse spiders pretty frequently before we found Flex. After the 2nd or 3rd treatment, we were spider free. We have recently seen a couple more show up, so one call to Flex and they were able to work with my schedule. Wes is a pretty cool guy!

Seems like a top notch business so far. I typically dont respond favorably to door to door sales people, but Marko was fantastic. Took the time to explain everything with a smile on his face, at least I believe there was smile, he was respectful and wearing his PPE. But he seemed to genuinely stand behind what he was selling. My wife has/had concerns with brown recluses since being in this area for close to a year now, it hasnt been an issue so far, and now Im confident it wont be an issue going forward with Flex on top of things!
