Came in the store to get alignment done on my odyssey and usually mechanic shops will tell you they did 4 wheel alignment but I actually saw them doing 4 wheel alignment. They made sure the pressure was good, and suspension was checked before they would make me spend $200. I definitely recommend this place. They stand by their prices and get the work done quick as well.10/10 for the service I received.

I do as much of my own maintenance as possible and have a pretty good idea of my vehicles health. Never have I had a Firestone try to sell me service on something I know was un-needed, this company has earned my trust. Had a set of tires installed today, all employees were friendly and willing to chat about whatever questions I had. Thanks!

Called today and got a quote for a tire repair of $23-36 depending on the size of the tire. I have a small 4 door Subaru imprenza so you know the tires arent that big so I sent my 18 year old daughter over with the tire. She got the tire repaired just 30 min prior to closing. When driving home she called me and when I asked her how much she was charged she told me $46. I couldve almost bought a brand new tire for double that. Last time I will ever go to ANY Firestone again!

I am impressed with this Firestone. It is the nicest and cleanest Firestone I have ever been in.I brought my vehicle in with an issue. This Firestone troubleshot the issue, made the repair, then realized it wasnt the right repair.They called to tell me the repair did not change the issue and another part needed to be replaced.They did not charge me for the work they did. That level of honesty is what earns my business.Thank you!

We were visiting from out of town and picked up something in our tire. They worked us in after 5, and were able to patch the tire. The employees were friendly and professional. The waiting area and bathroom was clean. The price for the repair was very reasonable, and they even checked the fluids.

Had my trailblazer get brake work done a few days ago. I must say the front end staff are very polite and professional. The work I needed to get done was done exactly like I wanted. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was very kind. I got a hard job done as I need rotors, breaks and a system flush, as well as my Emergency break didnt work and now does. All fixed with no problems with my vehicle after the mechanic like I have had in a lot of other places in NWA. The Store Manager Dewain is a Top Notch Guy. He made sure that all my needs were met AND went beyond any expectations that I had for Firestone. Needless to say, This isnt just a tire shop, this is truly a legitimate mechanic, and if you want good service, kind staff, and a Clean car with the work done right. Go here. This is now my forever mechanic because Firestone took care of me. Oh and BTW Veterans...you get a discount here unlike those other places.

Friendly and helpful staff with clean, new, and comfortable wait showroom. There are also desks with plug-in power ports to stay productive while you wait. Good view of service area as well. My new favorite Firestone facility and crew.

My daughter had an alignment done on a car. Unfortunately I cant give an accurate rating. I was only a bystander with a car to pick her up and bring her back when car was done..

Got my tires aligned and it wasnt correct when I got my vehicle back. I bought the warranty so I made another appointment to come back to have it fixed and without looking at my vehicle they told me if the paperwork I got has the correct numbers written on it than its not the alignment its something else and told me they could check for $100 even though the problem wasnt there before the alignment. When I told them this they said sorry and have a nice day. So I wont be coming back to this location again.

This location is rude, unprofessional, over price and they treat their employees disprofessionally.

Very disappointed in this place for car servicing, this is my second attempt to see if it had improved, but it hadn’t. I used the app to book an appointment because it said it had open times today, I drove there to drop off the car and the manager said the app is never right and we’re booked through Saturday, today’s Thursday. He also was not very apologetic about the situation.Very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Called the day before I went to schedule an appointment to get rear brakes/wiper blades replaced on my Mustang, said itd take about an hour and a half. Arrived at 4PM, at around 5:30 or 6PM they said both of my rear caliper pistons were seized and I needed new ones. Disagreed with them. They took me into the garage and they were trying to compress them. Even used a cheater bar to get more leverage. The pistons on Mustang calipers have to be threaded in with a tool. I pulled it up on my phone to show them what the tool looks like and the tech said he had one at his house but had never used it (what??)They put it back together the way it was (metal on metal) and I went home since it was 7PM at that point and they were closing.Day 2: Arrived at 3:30, they bought a brake tool and had it ready to go. However the one they bought didnt work. Fortunately I brought mine from my house so I lent it to them (lol). They had it off of the lift around 5:30 or so.They reduced the labor costs but the bill was $342 and change (around $30 of which was the wiper blades + labor). I asked before I paid if the wiper blades were replaced, he checked the ticket and confirmed the tech marked it as complete.Day 3: Driving to Walmart with my wife and kid in the car I used the wiper fluid to clean it off and noticed it was leaving a 4 streak. Looked at sure enough the wiper blades were never replaced. Drove BACK to the store and told the guy they werent done, he came outside and confirmed I wasnt lying. He started to guestimate how long it would take to get someone to do it and I just told him to give them to me - I knew how to put on wiper blades which he did. Guess Firestone gets to keep that $6 labor they charged me to install them.All in all, the hour and a half estimate turned into 4 and half hours and three trips to the store and still cost a premium. I was willing to pay a bit extra for the convenience of having them do it but I wouldnt trust their tech to change a brake bulb. Next time Ill just save the hassle and do it myself. Avoid at all costs.
