I took my daughters 2006 BMW X5 to this dealer for several electrical issues that needed to be investigated. They came back with a list of issues that I decided to try and tackle myself. However, after replacing the parts that they said were bad, it still had the same issues so I took it back. Still the same report. So, after spending $850 for diagnostics and replacing the parts that they said needed to be replaced but with no improvement, I took it to NWA auto shop. They ran it through diagnostics and came up with the real solution, wiring that had been tampered with and loose ground wires.I would not use BMW of Northwest Arkansas again. Either they didnt actually investigate the problems, or they did but came up with the wrong solutions. Either way, they charged me a premium and gave bad advice. Plus, if I would have had them do the repairs, I would have spent a small fortune and not made any progress. I was willing to pay a premium for quality advice but now I just feel taken advantage of. I wouldnt recommend this dealership, save yourself frustration (and money) and go somewhere that actually knows what they are doing or at least can be honest with you.

We had an amazing experience with purchasing our 2018 430i but you always worry about the after sale experience. That was put to rest today, we found out one of our wheels were damaged and instead of them telling us to bad they went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I have never been treated this well at any other dealer. 5 stars hands down.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. If you are a female, this is one of those places that treats you horribly. This place is truly a mess. No communication, no follow up, no care about customer service. If you want to speak to the manager—“he’s busy”. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership as long as I live!

I had been looking to buy a CPO BMW 430i convertible (AWD) in a 2 different shades of blue and decided to cast my net wide by using the internet. This beautiful car popped up at BMW of NM AR. I made an inquiry and was contacted by Dan McKenna. The deal was great and they even offered to have it delivered to my home in St. Louis, free of charge. After trying to decide between this car and one in IA, I went with this. Dan was so helpful and went over the car with a fine tooth comb showing me any little imperfection. My husband and I decided to pull the trigger. I worked with Mason Beck in financing who was nothing but professional and kind. I CANNOT recommend Mr. Beck & Mr. McKenna enough! My car arrived the very next day (St. Louis) and they took my trade in, a 2015 Lexus, back to AR with them. I was so overwhelmed by the technology and BMW of NWAR made their genius available to help me via phone. Still, we were so overwhelmed (in a good way) by the car.That night, the general manager, Mr. Waller called to ensure I was happy with the car and let me know that they were sending up the missing windscreen as the previous one was broken. I had not even known it was missing yet! I was blown away at the customer service and that Mr. Waller would call to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I had forgotten to tell him that a couple of the vents in the backseat were broken. I could understand how this would be missed. Youd have to crawl in the back seat to see it. However, thats something wed like to have known. I notified Mr. McKenna and sent pictures of the damaged vents. I took the car to a BMW dealership here in St. Louis to have the part replaced. Mr. McKenna told me they cut me a check to reimburse me for getting it fixed. Other than the vents, which I believe they will be making right with reimbursement, I can tell you I have had a phenomenal experience with this dealership and Mr. McKenna. So far, this dealership has shown to be superior. My husband wants a BMW SUV now. We will definitely look at BMW of NW AR again when were ready to buy. Seriously, why would we go any where else again?

This BMW dealer provides us a free ev Charger, which make our Model 3 Performance able to reach Joplin. Really warm welcome even we are not buying vehicles. Kind of moved by their staff, good people, thanks! I owned a 740Li which I love it so much, and I’m very pleased to see a BMW providing great service to the public. So I suggest the local people consider this dealer and their new models. I know BMW very well, New 3, 5,x3,x5 all on new CLAR architecture, drive better and more reliable than MBenz.

Took my car there to get serviced. They charged me two diagnosis fees ($330) just for a misdiagnosis. I repaired what they said to and it didnt fix the noises. You would think if someone had the car for a whole day they would be able to find out what was wrong. Especially since they are the dealer. The kicker is they wanted to charge me around $2000 to fix the things that werent wrong.

Largest group of liers I have ever met. Went to buy a 16 Audi A7 I wanted to pay 36k and Id be the owner, they wanted to stick to their guns at 38k. They threatened to send to audi of little rock (which I was happy to hear because I own audi and know they have a loyalty incentive) I told them to call me if they send it of lower the price. I watch this thing go from 39,998 down to 35,999 in a month then they send it to Mazda and mazda is trying to get 37,998 for it, then 35,658, and now 33,998. All this time i hear nothing from anyone. I love how they threatened me to make a sale and now they cant get this off the lot.

He went out of his way to get me a loaner and actually had someone drive the loaner to my place of employment while they took my car the next day for service. Once done they brought it back. It is 3pm Saturday January 4th 2020, this dealership closes at 6pm on a Saturday. As I am browsing through the inventory, I observed employees in the vicinity. Not one person, came up to me! I approached a blue BMW X6 in a corner, I see a staff member getting off of a white BMW X7, that he had parked 10 yards from where I was standing. He had a clear view of me and still did not ask if I needed help. These people have no intention of doing their work, but receiving a paycheck not caring if they did their work right!

He wont force you to buy the car which is unique experience after being to several dealerships. The best experience is even after delivering the used car, they fixed the scratch and the brake pads to my complete satisfaction. Two weeks ago, I was browsing on the internet looking at the 2020 BMW 740i xDrive. I live in Massachusetts. I ended up at the BMW of NWA website and I inquired about your BMW 740i. I was assigned to client advisor Randy Pegram. The next day I called Randy inquiring about the 740I. Randy went out of his way to help me understand the 740I and connected me with Phil Waller, the General Manager about the car and we later worked out the process of closing the deal from out of state.It was a pleasure working with the entire BMW of NWA team from start to finish. BUYER BEWARE.I purchased a Porsche 911 Carerra S from BMW of Northwest Arkansas on 8/2/19. BMW of Northwest Arkansas agreed to tag and register the vehicle for us. After sending the required paperwork (insurance, signed documents etc) to BMW of Northwest Arkansas, we were informed that they would handle the registration of the vehicle with the proper state administrative office to receive our plates, and send the information to the loan company as well.My husband and I followed up with the sales representative on 9/11/19, 9/14/19, 9/30/19, 10/1/19, 10/16/19, 10/28/19, 11/7/19 and 11/14/19 (8 times in total) requesting updates on whether the title had been filed as promised. We have had to request three temporary tags, as each has expired before we have received our license plates and tags. As of 12/1/19, we have still not received the state issued title on the car. It has been FOUR MONTHS.As of December 1, 2019, the loan company has still not received a record of the collateral being properly registered.

On Thursday, May 7 one of your technical men by the name of Greg came here, near Pittsburg, Kansas, to change out the airbags on my BMW M3 for the long standing recall. This young man was one of the most knowledgeable professional people I have encountered in a long long time.It was like watching a skilled surgeon at work. He knew exactly how to do the job; was careful of my baby and had the exact needed tools with him as he approached my Bimmer.He looked professional, was so skilled, spoke intelligently and was great to visit with. Greg was a credit to BMW of Northwest Arkansas.I am a Professor of Engineering Technology at Pittsburg State University and have been so for over 40 years. Many times we faculty worry about the future of our country as we work with students. It is always so good to see those special ones that we are all counting on. Sales process was 100% excellent... best of my life. Really good people.Service is a little more subjective but still really good. 4 out of 5 visits have been excellent. One was a little shaky... a junior person recommended an expensive repair. I know enough to get 3 opinions on big jobs and it turned out the big job MAY be needed, but there were steps to take before getting there. So overall great, but get as with any large expense get 3 points of view.

Just bought a new (CPO) 4 series from here and had a great experience. They did a great job listening to what was important to me and my concerns and guided me to the best options without applying a lot of pressure to upsell me which I hear some dealerships do. They did a great job outlining BOTH the positives and negatives of the options which made me comfortable and happy with my choice as I knew exactly what I was getting into. Their recommendations were spot on for both what to go for and what to decline and even came up with some problem solving to save me a few $100s on the tire and wheel coverage options (lots of new construction by me so tire protection is a must).Pricing was competitive (checked with family who works for BMW in NY) and service was great.Icing on the cake, they took great care of my 2 year old while going through the buying paperwork and sent him home with a toy BMW of his own.Great Job BMW of NWA and thank you!! Already drove for 1.5 hours and loved it!!

Been a customer for many years. Great service throughout the whole facility. Service department, sales/parts and even their technicians are all friendly. They have great knowledge of the car and the brand. They show true professionalism and customer service. I feel welcome every time I visit whether it is for service or to check out new cars. I rarely ever write reviews but I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 640 from the dealership and wanted them to know how I felt.During the process everyone was extremely professional and catered to my every need. Delanie my sales consultant and Phil the sales manager were exceptional.I went into finance and it was the non aggressive selling strategy that lead me to purchase a wheel / tire and extended service protection package.A month later I brought it into the BMW Service Department for an issue. As I pulled in I was immediately greeted by Wayne and Richie in service. They immediately took care of me and placed me in a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was inspected..A few hours later I was notified that they had found an two issues with the vehicle that needed to be fixed. I advised them that I had purchased a warranty.Little did I know that while the vehicle was being looked at they had already notified the warranty company and had the problems approved to be fixed. That made me extremely satisfied,Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I again met with Wayne and he explained what was done in detail and that they had also had my rims fixed since there was cosmetic damage to both rear rims. This was completely covered in the wheel/tire package as well. I was even more impressed since I did not ask for them to look at the rims.I have had multiple BMWs and this is the best experience I have had in a BMW Service Center and dealership.

They dont guarantee their work. Once they fix your vehicle, you are on your own. 2 star review is for them providing me a loaner. Also didnt notice but after they put my interior back together my rear heater, the fragile plastic hinges broke. I didnt notice till a month later. I dont sit in the back of my car. Recommendation is, if your vehicle is under warranty use it to its max, otherwise dont waste your money here cause once they say they fix the issue. You drive off, they will just tell you, you are on your own.

Terrible Experience- Everyone BEWARE of this Dealer. I have done business with this dealer since 2001- all BMW were purchased new through them. I have recommended them to friends and family, who also have purchased from them. I agree with Sarah G. in the review above- dont be fooled by their fancy snacks and ratings!!!! They are not locally owned, and do not care about their customers. This dealer kept my BMW for over a month- basic repair and during this time had killed my battery(due to neglect). They charged me $600.00 for the battery that they had ruined. They will lie, cheat, and make excuses instead of taking responsibility. Their prices are inflated and they price gouge their customers. Sarah is correct about the time allowed for basic repair(they kept my BMW X5 for over a month). I talked to Jim Teeter(General Manager), Dahlia(Service Adviser), and Richie(Service Manager)- they are dishonest and will lie to cover their mistakes. If you are going to get your BMW repaired, SKIP this dealership. They charge WAY TOO MUCH for parts and labor. If you are OK with paying 3x more, then go there to get ripped off and enjoy their free water and candy snacks. I took my BMW 528i in because the right rear window regulator was broken. They estimated the cost to be $700 for parts and labor. I took it to Friends Foreign Auto in Fayettteville - $240 for parts and labor. Your choice!Also, they are getting cheap with loaners. The loaner policy is now you cannot get a loaner unless you have purchased a car from them. (There is probably another requirement too which may be as ridiculous as the one I just mentioned.) Otherwise, they will taxi you to where you need to go. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! I thought this was a high end car dealership, not a tight-wad car company!Management is screwing up majorly and they dont know how to exceed their customers expectations. I definitely will not go there to purchase a car. I would rather drive to Dallas than go to their dealership to buy a BMW!

Took my 2015 X3 in for service on Saturday. While I was there I asked to have them give me a trade-in value on mine because I was extremely interested in the loaner, X1, they gave me drive. The serviceman who took care of me, Wayne, was very helpful and went above and beyond and assured me that I would have an email, possibly that day, of the value of my car. I never received an email so I called yesterday and spoke with Sandra. She spoke with Wayne and he told her that he had given the information to the Salesman so I could be contacted. She said she was sending an email to Johnathan, the Salesman, who would be in contact with me shortly. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard a thing. All I wanted to do is find out if there was a possibility of trading in my vehicle on the loaner, but it appears that unless you walk in with cash or look like you come from money, you dont receive any respect form the sales department. At least the sales department was courteous.

When you purchase a luxury vehicle, you expect luxury level service and I always get top shelf service.I applaud BMW of NWA for being the best in the business. Im disappointed with the BMW brand and the service i was provided. The front tires of my X3 are completely worn out in just 6900 miles and i was asked to replace them for 700$. The service representatives has no answer on why the tires couldnt handle even 7000miles. The most disappointing answer is when i heard that BMW is not responsible for the tires since its a different manufacturer. I purchased the car for BMWs brand and not for the brand of tires. And im still waiting for proper response from BMWofNWA. I wont return again to BMW for my next car.

Professional service. I was taking my Mini there due to a yellow check engine light. It seems the code cleared itself, so they couldnt find any problems, but they also didnt charge me either.... they even offered me a car wash before I left.

I have been a customer at superior for almost 10 years. I bought a 2015 i 3 here. The sales professional i talked too gave me false info on this car! My professional brought me here handed off too a bmw professional and heard the same false info on the car. After i bought it and realized it didnt do what i was told i took it back at a price. Long story short do NOT buy from these people! They are crooks and dishonest people i paid dearly and had the worst experience i ve ever had at superior. My advise is go too superior dodge in siloam springs. They are honest and shoot you straight. I really hope i have helped others in this truly terrible experience,! Service manager Richie H has assembled an exceptional team of service professionals from knowledgeable service writers to experienced technicians. I trust these guys with more than my BMWs, and bring the familys Audi, Toyota and Italian sports cars to BMW of NWA for service, tires and accessories. When I recently purchased an M4 the service team was as enthusiastic about helping spec out the car as the sales team. These guys make owning and maintaining fine motorcars fun.

I was sold a certified BMW. Several months in their shop and ultimately being sent to Baron BMW to fix it was never anticipated from this purchase. Fixing the car was an uphill battle too... I was told at one point by my sales rep thats just how its going to be and you can trade it in if you would like or my favorite response from service take it to another shop for a second opinion. The best parting gift I received was a buff job with the entire car scratched up and $350 out of my pocket to fix it. Dealership is non-responsive to rectify. Im really unimpressed with the lack of knowledge from the service department and overall communication from this official BMW dealer.

I spent $1900 in labor here for repairs. I provided the parts and gladly waited the weeks it took to properly install them on my car. The work itself was generally handled well but every time I picked up my 27 year old BMW there was a new scratch on it or a different part damaged in the process of working on it.Of course being an old car they were unable ( or unwilling) to locate parts when they broke them, which cost me more time on the phone locating and shipping things to get the car back where it was before they touched it. They, of course, refused responsibility for the damage when called on it - including when the car was driven over a speed bump pulling the front valance loose.At one point in time the Service manager resorted to telling me he was previously employed as an insurance fraud investigator and was unwilling to entertain the idea that anyone there had caused damage to the car. The most recent chance to keep my business was lost when I picked up the car after hours and noticed a buff-like swirl scratch in the rear fender. I immediately took pictures of it and text them to my service adviser. Upon calling them the next day I was told that they again deny and responsibility for the scratches and from this point forward told me they refused to work on the car at all.All told in 3 months I spent more than $5000 on parts and labor - paid for and replaced every part they suggested, never asked for a discount and was still treated as if I was trying to get something out of them for free every time I showed up to the dealer.I didnt have this problem in 2013 when they were servicing a 328i sport coupe still under warranty but this time around it was a maddening process.I really dont like to make poor reviews but Ive made contact with everyone in control of the service department - including the tech - both in person and on the phone. The common reply is a redirection of blame such as Well your car wasnt perfect when it arrived and Things happen to older cars that dont happen to new cars. These are not the answers that a paying customer should be given when inquiring about new found dings and scratches.If anyone reading this would like to buy a nice E30 sedan, let me know. This place has nearly ruined the whole BMW brand for me. Ill not be returning.

My wife and I bought a new car at this dealership in late July. We traded in a car and they were to apply for a plate transfer which they said wouldn’t be a problem. However, two months later they couldn’t get it correct. Once it was corrected, they sent the papers to the wrong address. 3 months later we don’t have copies of the correct paperwork. Calls don’t get answered, emails as well, and emails to management are ignored. Stay away from this dealership as they are incompetent.
