Recently had my wedding ring resized and touched up to give it life again. It has so much sparkle now, like it did 10 years ago. My band is strong, sturdy, and reenforced. My fiancé gave him diamond earrings to have made into a necklace. We picked them up today. He charged her $25.00. He gave her a necklace with Cubic Zirconia stones. That is not the strange part. He has had the diamonds for THREE (3) years. Make it make sense to me. When we complained about it, he said that he would replace them with diamonds. He examined the original order and realized that he did not write down the type of earrings. How do you do that???? You had it for THREE years, put the wrong stones in it, now tell us that you will replace the stones with diamonds and it will be ready on Tuesday!!!!!it took you THREE years to put the wrong stones in it but now you can put the correct stones in it in 4 days!!! No Thanks!!!! The earnings were a gift from her son and now they are gone THREE years later! SO MUCH for trying to support a local business.

I spent a while searching for someone to help me get an approximate worth on a piece of jewelry. Oh my gosh they ROCK!!! Pun intended! I just picked my ring up and it’s so pretty. My ring is nothing fancy. Just a band I bought for about $30 with 4 small stones that I figured were cubic zirconia. One of the stones fell out a few years ago and I never thought to replace it because, after all, it was a “cheap” ring, who would waste their time with it? Recently I thought, why not see about replacing the stone so I looked around on the net and found these guys. Excellent reviews and I thought why not? Even though the ring wasn’t worth $100s they worked on it. They valued it at $50 and those rocks...are diamonds!!! Imagine my shock! I got the ring back, new shiny diamond AND they polished the ring so it shines! On top of that, a ring I was wearing at that moment had a lose stone in it’s prongs and they fixed that, on the spot with no extra charge! I am THRILLED with the work they did and happy they treated my “cheap” ring just as important as if it were worth $1000s of dollars. I highly recommend Robin and R3 Jewelry! They will care for your various pieces of jewelry as if they were priceless treasures.

I cannot say enough good things about R3 and Robin. I’ve been allowing my too big engagement ring to annoy the hell out of me for a year, wearing a rubber spacer with it every day that chafed my finger. But I was afraid to send it off to be resized, thinking it would get lost or take forever. I wish I had known about R3 sooner. I called on a Friday, dropped off the ring on Saturday at 10:30 am, and picked it up completed and polished that same day. And I paid so much less than anyone else quoted me, I was actually shocked. I showed up at 10 and met Robin and Garred both of whom were very friendly. They sized my finger and then within an hour and half my ring was ready to be picked up.
