Moved here from Houston, TX area April, 2020. I had a set of earrings given to me by a friend that needed adjustments done to them so they would be to my liking. Lindens more than accomplished what I wanted. Also, had a pair of earrings, studs, that were given to me in December, 1983. I went in to see what kind of stone was in the earrings. I wanted to replace it with something shiny. They cleaned the earrings for me and was so surprised that the stones were diamonds. Wonderful customer service from talented, knowledgeable staff! I had rings that were twisting on my fingers. I took them in asking what might be done to reduce the twisting tendency (expecting that the this could be a somewhat expensive re-design). Lily was able to address this in just a few minutes -which gave me time to admire some of the really beautiful and unique pieces in the display cases. My rings were polished, shined, and sparkle like new. I am now able to wear them more comfortably. Northwest Arkansas very fortunate to be home to world-class jewelry designers while offering friendly, personal (and fast!) service.

As a lot of females Im really hard on my wedding rings that Ive had for the last 8 years. It needed to be fixed. I went to another jeweler and he told me it was a lost cause. My husband decided to take it to Lindens. And they had no issues didnt tell me it was worthless didnt tell me anything like. They accepted it and said well do it. Lilly is an outstanding SR.Gold Specialist that has a line of her own exquisite & classy jewelry. She was able to size my ring in 1 day. Wonderful. I brought in an old sterling silver chain for a clasp repair. Christina was so helpful and friendly. The repair was timely and affordable AND when I picked my chain up it shined like brand new!! Couldn’t have asked for better and meeting Lola made my day!

I could not be any happier! I stopped in to inquire about having my wedding rings sized, polished and soldered together. Christina was amazing! Answered my million and three questions, assured me that my invisible set diamond will be just as securely positioned in my ring as the day we bought it. I had been to MANY other jewelers in the area and they either would not even size my ring because of the setting, or were trying to charge over a $1000 to size it. I asked for a rush on the ring and they told me sure, and it would be ready in a couple of days. Well, they were done with it in a blink of an eye and well before the proposed time frame. I could not be happier with how my rings turned out! They fit wonderfully, are as shiny as the day we purchased them! They also polished my every day sterling silver jewelry! I came here for watch repair from Bentonville. They were really kind and the service was better than expected. I recommend this place and they have some fine jewelry collection.

Walking in immediately gives you the warm and fuzzies as you feel like you have just opened a treasure chest in a fairy tale. The best part about shopping here is the one in one attention they give you. Prices were lower than any other place we compared. And some of the little pieces were neat... I love their Razorback pieces. I saw diamonds I could never afford and custom made pieces that were perfectly priced for a quick Valentine’s Day gift. Pretty freakin neat

I was a walk-up customer in need of the removal of links from a watch band. Ashley meet me at the counter and provided prompt, professional and courteous service - the watch fits perfect. While in the store, a mans ring caught my eye - I look forward to working with her on a custom ring based on that style and design. The store is worth your time for a visit... oh, and Ashley is an aficionado of Ford F100 and Chevy C10 pickup trucks, old-school style.

I have had several custom pieces created by Ashley and several remounts done as well. Ashleys creativity is amazing! One of the great things about Ashley is that my husband can go in her store, tell her what I want and she will respond with oh, I know what Janice likes and would want. To have a jeweler know what I would like without speaking to me is amazing. She is not just a jeweler, she is a creator of beautiful pieces that anyone would be proud to wear. I have used Linden’s to repair my watches and they have always treated me with respect. I had several rings that I wanted the stones put into a single ring. I stopped by Lindens and met Bryan. Before I made a commitment I did some research and ended up going back to Lindens to have them create a custom ring. Working with Bryan was aoutstanding, His title is Master Jeweler, it should be Master Jeweler and Artist. He listened to me then took the ideas using his artistic ability and what works with stones Available, he created a piece that was perfect for me. Being a project manager, we always look for time, cost and quality attributes when evaluating success. When we started, Bryan and the Lindens team set my expectations with regards to these attributes. The team provided me a beautiful ring which beat their projected timeline at a cost less than originally quoted. That’s 3 for 3.

The clasp on my pearl bracelet, I thought was broken and would have to be restrung, but, she said it was not broken and went and connected it. Also had an inexpensive watch she also repaired and charged me nothing for either one. IMPRESSED!

Craftsmanship is very good. Price is not. Charged $500 for a small stone replacement worth $180 to $200. Asked the lady at the desk on pickup to speak with the owner since there was no itemized receipt. Told to call her later or who entered it. I would go somewhere in Rogers and save the time and money. I went here due to a good recommendation. Furthermore I was lied to about the increase in a diamonds value when they are at an all time low, testing for moisanite was only machine tested and I was not informed at pickup whether closer inspection after cleaning the ring proved the test wrong.

Lily made some adjustments to a bracelet and I no longer have to worry about losing a stone. They are all always so helpful and the store is light and bright and filled with lots of things for my wish list!

I have gone there several times in the past 4 months and every time have received outstanding service. I have had a watch band replaced, rings cleaned and apprized. They are the only jeweler I will go to in NWA. And they have Lila, the wonder dog.

For our upcoming 10th anniversary, I took my wifes ring to Lindens to make a major upgrade. The first thing I noticed was that unlike many retailers, Ashley (the owner) and her staff, actually listened carefully to what I wanted right from the start.First, I wanted to upgrade the center diamond in my wifes existing ring to a much larger stone. However, I wanted to preserve the center diamond in a new ring, flanked by new diamonds that would fit the shape of the original when worn together.It was a difficult job for anyone because of the type of ring I had. We searched through some of the prefabricated rings to find a solution but there was nothing that would work quite right. Ashley wasnt satisfied with making something work and asked me if Id let her make it custom, to match my wifes ring.Noting my must haves, we spent the next hour or so developing a concept ring. She thanked me for trusting her with such a daunting task.A few days before our anniversary, I received a call that the rings were completed and went to Lindens to pick it up from Ashley. It was jaw-droppingly beautiful. The level of detail and care that she incorporated into the new ring, while making the original look brand new, was absolutely incredible. It is obvious that she takes pride in her work and is very skilled at jewelry making. She took that special care to make sure everything was perfect.I tried so hard to hold out until our anniversary to give the rings to my wife, but I just couldnt. I gave in early and surprised her with it. When she opened the box, she was speechless. She tried it on and it fit perfectly. We were both awed by how beautiful it was. Since then, her friends and family have be gushing over it. Even the occasional checkout lady at the store will pause and compliment her on it.Even if youre not looking for wedding rings, she has a great assortment of custom made pieces and all sorts of other tasteful jewelry and accessories. Additionally, the shop is conveniently located fairly close to Bentonville, just a couple of miles off of I-49 (US-71) in Bella Vista.Overall, it was a fantastic experience -- she exceeded my (high) expectations.
