This store has changed . New store manager, New Assistant store manager and associates. Love this store now , employees are great , and go out of their way to make ppl have a great day.

Had what i was looking for. a little dirty but overall quick and friendly service

This is my go to store. Needed some Kleenex. Love looking at there holiday deco. Ended up with some beautiful ribbons & a few cool ornaments.

Its the people who work at this location for me. The black guy whos always there deserves a raise or a promotion. Ive seen him stop shop lifters, ive seen him help elderly people back out to there cars, hes personally gone to the back to grab items for me after other employees told me they where out. 10/10 this man makes my experience every time i go into the store. For real give him a raise.

Family friendly and great prices

Most of the customers were not wearing a mask. Of the 4 staff I saw, 2 did not wear a mask at all and one woman wore one that didnt cover her nose. One young man wore a mask properly.

Need more cashiers only one stand in line forever

I usually shop there but Im changing locations now. The young man that was manager maybe said he would be in to exchange the non working food grinder so I did a little shopping and got to the register asked for him the new lady said he is gone to the bank do I checked out and he pulled up in his car came on threw a bag on the counter.. I asked him can you get the grider off the top shelf he said quite loudly Im on my break and going to check on my daughter. I wont shop this store agdonooo

One manager was rude, cussed me and call me names. Will be reporting her. Ill never step food over there again. 0 stars but theyre making me pick one..

The location at 2725 Edison closed before posted hours on 2/1/20. The door was locked right in front of me as I walked up and the employee turned her back and walked away. There were 2 employees (an older lady and a younger lady) talking to a customer at the register for several minutes. The younger person finally saw me at the door and yelled that they closed before 10pm. I did frequent this location regularly because it is less than 5 minutes from our house. I needed one quick item and would have been gone. I will now take my business elsewhere.

Its in my neighborhood, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I had to call the store because my carbroke down in the parking lot, I called thestore 8 times the next morning and nobody would ever answer the phone!! I simply wanted to let them know I was having someone pick my truck up. Also the store employees are always so rude anytime I have gone into that store

Was very unpleased there was something that my child had found that said it was for a dollarpicked it up and went to the counter and found out it was three it already picked it out and been waiting for soI end up having to pay for it because they would not change the price on which the sticker price showed which I have proof of on picture and they still refuse to so I had a really bad experience

As dollar generals go this one is above average. The bathrooms were very clean and the store was neatly stocked. It has a large square footage so they have a lot of unexpected variety. Needs a few more cash registers but its a good place

Always fun hitting up the DG. I stopped by for a few essentials and got in and out quickly.

I really do like the store in Alexander,I go through there a lot to go to Bryant.The Dollar General is close to me and is easy to get around and able to shop than get out,so you can get going.We needed sun screen, allergy pill.

Workers are always friendly and willing to help with anything.

There is never anyone there to help you and always a long line of people waiting . The store is ways out of stuff ,no consistency with product or items . Not very conviniant at all to be the closet store for household items. If your ready to get home after a long day at work this is not the place to stop and customer service skills are very much looking forward to more seem to be seemed when hiring or in training their team . There will be 2 or 3 people working and no one checking out customers they say they ate sticking but everytime Im in there things are not on shelves or they are out if stuff or buggys are loaded that ha e not been unloaded. Not once have e I had a good experience but this is is to my home on days Im not working I hope down the road to hwy 5 store.

Very nasty and hateful older lady that works there.she is nothing but hateful and a smart mouth to everyone.I have heard her get smarth mouth and hateful to people who would just ask a simple question. She gets hateful for no reason. She must be bosses momma or something because she is allowed to get by with it unless the manager is to scared of her too. I refuse to go back in there

This Dollar general store is well stocked!

Great place to visit though the drinks are often running into shortage problems during the week. Thats a vendor problem though (Get your stuff together Coke vendor). Mrs. Mae is a regular fixture and one of the nicest people to meet.

It was ok, fairly new store.

The one on Edison/reynolds by fire dept. is the most cleanest an organised dollar store i have been in. The staff there are always considerate an very professional.

Conveniently located, good selection and price.

Very handy if your in a hurry but some things are not a bargain and some DG brands dont last as well as others

I like it because it is very convenient and the staff there are always friendly and customer oriented. The staff works short handed, but this is a problem corporate needs to remedy.

They now no longer accept$100 bills here if there is only one cashier, because they were just hit with counterfeits and sadly they are always low on product if not out always every time I stop. I will no longer shop here. Something really needs to change. Im disappointed that this is in my neighborhood.1/8/20

The store was dirty, trash scattered about and shelves were in disarray. Many aisles were blocked and I couldnt get the buggy through them. I just got what I had to get and didnt do any browsing or shopping. It was not a pleasant experience at all. 😕
