I have been using them for at least a year now. Very friendly and helpful with very competitive prices. Today I purchased my second set if tires from them. I scheduled an appointment on their website. I brought vehicle in at my scheduled time, 9:30 and was driving away with my 4 new tires installed at 10:10. That is quick service.

I had the factory rims I wanted back on my 4Runner so I went to discount tire. Russell matched the Amazon price and then some! We did have an issue with shipping and I had to return a couple of times with still no tires. Cameron got me an upgraded tire for the same price due to all the shipping issues and my inconvenience. They were so great! I will be coming back here.

These guys were super quick and squeezed me in well ahead of schedule. Their excellent customer service is also worth mentioning, as they were very communicative and helpful in choosing tires, albeit they suggest the most expensive tires, but thats due in part to quality. You get what you pay for, and these guys definitely are worth your money.

If you have a Tesla go here! Wow is all I can say, such friendly staff and they had me in and out under 1hr for only $40. They also have best deal on tires, best reservation system and just overall service. 100% recommend and will be coming back. They have the service pucks to lift the tesla safely.

Fantastic service. They were busy and warned us it may be several hours, but it did not take nearly as long as they anticipated. Discount Tire still finished our job sooner than their competitors could even start. Turns out that tire repair and rotations are free! Great job... business earned!

Horribly managed and terrible service!!! There are plenty of other great and competitive options for your tire needs in Benton/Bryant. After the third time of this store busting lug nuts I will not use this store again. The managers explanation was not even logical and his attitude and demeanor was far from fantastic customer service.

Had a screw in my tire.. stopped by to see about repairing or replacing.. they where able to repair our tire.. but to wait for 2 in a half hours is a lil to long.. but had to.. Zack was our tech he did a good job.. thank you..

Could not be more pleased with this Benton shop and their employees. All very polite and helpful, especially Russell Wiseman! This young man went over and above what is usually seen as good customer service. He was so knowledgeable of the tires needed for my car, very patient and extremely polite . We recently moved to the Village from Texas ; will definitely be returning to have our cars equipped here.

Was driving to the store and had a tire light come on and luckily they were right there so I pulled in at 6:10 (which is after they were closed) and they took me right in got my tire fixed and back on the road. They did great work but I paid the most I have ever paid to get my tires balanced. They also tried to tell me that I needed all 4 tire pressure sensors because they said that all 4 were bad when really I only needed 2. They did good work but not pleased with the fact that they tried to rip me off.

They took great of me and my truck

I have my own tire machine, however its older and I have difficulty with 16 in rims and larger. So I went to discount tire. Unknown to me I was having an active blowout on my truck that they spotted. I had felt something wrong but never saw the tire damage. The as long as I get home. They put my spare on, torqued all 4 of my tires to spec and even washed the tires on my truck all while they worked on my tires I needed mounted for another vehicle. And they did it for free. I was very pleased. And they earned a customer. Buying or any work I need done I will be coming here.

I stopped by Discount Tire in Benton on my lunch hour, almost completely on a whim. Id been having problems with one of my tires having a leak and losing any air I put into it within 12 hours, and was anxious about not being able to make it back to Little Rock without having to refill it. The staff was amazing, super polite and considerate. It was a quick and smooth process, and since its so close to my job I will definitely be returning for any future needs I have. And did I mention the entire transaction was free?! Thank you, guys!!

Got quoted $125+ tax to mount and balance 2 tires. Called the Conway location and was quoted $25 a tire. When I confronted the manager as to why his price was so high he couldn’t tell me. Kept beating around the bush. I’m sure it’s because he assumed I don’t know what I’m talking about and was driving a BMW. 0/5 stars would absolutely recommend any and everyone to go to a different location.

This place is very much, a friendly service center. Everyone I seen working seemed to enjoy their jobs as well as they all were practicing social distancing while wearing face coverings. Also since the COVID-19, when you go for tires they ask you to drive your vehicle into the bay to eliminate the risk of possible spread of the virus. Great thinking guys.... I highly recommend this tire center. They are friendly, fast, and affordable, they will get you taken care of.

AMAZING place, great customer service. I came in to get a tire fixed and they did it for free, which I found out is what they do. I got to the shop a few mins early, before they opened, and manager Adam rolled the tire out to my car and loaded it up for me.i am usually a Firestone guy but because of the service at the location right next door I decided to go here. Im still sitting here waiting for my car. I walked in 15 mins before close. They took me with no hesitation. My lug nuts are stripped or something and theyre having trouble torquing them. Manager just came in to tell me he was just going to put new ones on.While Im sitting here, I also saw him put a tire bought elsewhere on a wheel for someone who needed it.Lots of good karma being put out in this location at the end of a long work day.Highly recommend this company. Discount Tire to the rescue again. Wifes car said back left tire 23 lbs. Called Discount Tire and Adam said we are about to close, but stop by and we will look. Truck in the shop, tire was torn by something, so not repairable. No problem, I was told about the tires that fit my Nissan Frontier and decided to buy 2 to keep like tires. Sat down and relaxed, done in less than an hour. Third or fourth visit and never disappointed. I recommend this Discount Tire to everyone.

I had two tires that needed to be checked out and I chose to go to Discount Tire in Benton based on the reviews I read. I was not disappointed. I made an appointment online on Friday night for 11:30 am the next day. I arrived around 11:15 and could tell right away that these people really had it together. COVID-19 precautions were impressive. I was checked in from my car and was directed to a parking space to wait for a technician. Within a few minutes Russell came out and assessed my tires. I knew it was getting time for new ones but was hoping to get a few more miles out of these. Russell was thorough in explaining the condition of my tires and told me that although they do need to be replaced soon, that he wasn’t trying to scare me and I wouldn’t have any immediate problems. He assured me that they could still help me. I was eventually directed to a bay where I was again allowed to wait in my car (but given the option to go in the waiting room if I wanted to) and my tire that had a nail in it was repaired. The other one I was concerned with showed no issues but the the technician said he replaced the valve stem just in case. The remaining two tires were aired up and they told me I was good to go. The biggest surprise was that they didn’t charge me a dime! They do free flat repair. My first time here, but not my last. When I get ready to replace my tires I will definitely go back to them. All said and done, I spent around an hour and a half there but it was Saturday morning and they were SUPER busy, so no complaints from me on that. Everyone was friendly, courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Will most certainly be back!

Very easy very simple i made an appointment online and the check in process was smooth the guys were very nice and helpful i had Adam as a sales rep and he was fantastic!!!! They dont push a tire on you they show you the good and the bad with each tire which i appreciated and you have warranty on each tire just in case anything happens this was my first time buying tires after reading reviews i knew i had to come here!! Great Discount Tire . Ive been to lots of em in Dallas and this on is THE Best.i needed a right rear tire replaced after blowing it out / hit curb.. The Team at Discount Tire showed a new tire in my budget and i was out of there in under an hour .... on a Monday , TODAY 6/15/2020.They checked all my tire pressures , even the spare , placed armor all on ALL x4 tires , used a wire wheel to knock the rust off the hub / wheel interface , and used a TORQUE Wrench on my Lug Nuts instead of just Air Gun set on Hi Power .Highly Recommend . I will be returning when i need x3 other Tires .TY to the TEAM at Benton Tire Rack.Frank D.

I had the privilege of visiting Discount Tire a few months back looking for new tires for my wifes three rows seating capacity SUV. They had a wide variety of tires to choose from. I study many factors before buying tires for any vehicle. Road noise, wear factor, temperature buildup, and the all important mileage warranty. I conferred with the salesperson and decided on what was best overall for my wifes vehicle. Total time spent, 1 and a half hours. I used to be one their most loyal customers but they have lost my trust. I recently had a couple of issues with them and I won’t be going back. They lost the caps to my lug nuts, they ignored my (next open bay) appt, and my tire pressures were incorrect. I’m other words, they need more oversight and supervision.

I spoke with Brandon and specifically requested a tire price, mounted and balanced. After receiving the price I agreed to come have the tires installed. I sent my son and thankfully he called and told me the price was higher than it was supposed to be. I spoke with Brandon on the phone and he said he didnt quote a mounted and balanced price, he instead quoted a price for me to come get the tires then take them home or wherever and mount and balance them myself. Well, thats not what we spoke about and I told him thats not what we agreed upon. Unfortunately, he didnt much care to discuss what we had agreed upon, he just wanted to charge me more, no apologies, no nothing. He seemed to be bothered to even be having any conversation with me at all. Life is too short to waste time with those types of people, so I took my business next door to Firestone and it was a much better experience.

Walked in the door needing tires and wheels for my jeep. Told the fella my budget and the tire size and style i wanted. He worked the magic buttons and i paid the money. Very nice, if this place was a restaurant it would have to be a Chick-fil-a, they where extremely fast. And to top it off we have a 1966 that had old cracked tires, with rusty rims, and they cleaned them up and put new valve stems and even made the new tires seat on that original rusty rim. They cleaned it up and made it absolutely perfect, we couldn’t of gone to a better tire dealer.
