Best repair shop Ive ever been to. They listened to my concerns and gave me their full attention to my problems. I went there to have my A. C. Unit checked and they not only repaired that problem they also fixed my water hose leak made sure my antifreeze level was correct check my radiator cap pressure was correct and made sure my engine oil level was good plus checked my tire air pressure. Overall I rate their service 1000 out of 1000. I truly recommend that if you have any type of mechanical problem with your vehicle call Britt

These guys were no nonsense car mechanics and my wife really loved their shop. She said everyone was very plain and straightforward with her. We got a hub assembly replaced for $235 out the door, and I was happy to pay it because our car is MUCH quieter.This was after another shop told us the transmission was to blame and it was going to have to go to a special transmission technician for diagnosis so we could fix this hum that went away when I veered left (which means its NOT the transmission but a wheel bearing).These guys were a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.

This place is one of the most reputable places Ive ever been to. They will work with you and treat you right unlike most places. Got a full new set of tires balanced and mounted for under $400, and couldnt be more happy!

Britt’s is close to my house and they had good reviews. I called and dropped my truck off that evening. By 8 the next morning they were calling me with the diagnosis and the proposed total bill. The truck was ready to go shortly after lunch and runs great. I talked to two different people- both friendly and seemed to appreciate my business. Prices were reasonable. I think I found my new auto repair shop.

We cant recommend them enough. They have fixed everything from a rotar to an alternator in my vehicle. Theyre always fast, friendly and affordable.

My vehicle broke down at the stop sign next to Britts at about noon. I asked a busy employee to help me push it into their lot and without hesitation two men came and gave me a hand. I went inside and asked the man at the desk if he wouldnt mind looking at it. The very next morning they called, gave me an estimate and within the hour called me to come pick it up. Great guys, great shop, great service. I cant thank them enough.

Cant recommend enough. Before Id heard of Britts I had a hub going out on my 2006 Freestyle. I knew what it was, Im not a mechanic but I work on my own cars. The car was making a loud hum. If you put it in neutral and rolled it downhill, still the hum existed and increased with acceleration. Obviously a wheel hub. It was coming from the back right and went away when I hung a left, so obviously it was the right rear wheel hub. I told my usual mechanic that. He told me it was 100% a transmission issue and that he would have to call a transmission technician and it would cost extra, and they would have to keep it for a week.I told my wife to leave immediately . They still had us pay $25 for a diagnostic fee, honestly I wish I had stopped payment on that, they didnt deserve it.I googled nearby places and found Britts. My wife took it there, they had it 10 minutes and called me and said yeah needs a wheel hub. $120 later and maybe 2 hours and my car is fixed.I buy used cars so they tend to need a bit of work after purchase so this wasnt my last experience with Britts. I had an alternator go out. They didnt put a junk alternator on, they put on a very expensive one, and I know the difference. The $80 one breaks after a year and has a year warranty. The $200 one doesnt break and has a 5 year warranty to put you at ease. And you dont want to replace the alternator twice on a freestyle, its behind the front passenger side wheel. So that was $400 (Just $200 labor! Thats a steal considering when I did this on a previous car with the alternator in the same place, it took me 15 freaking hours!)Last my car wouldnt start. Id troubleshot a lot of it, replaced the crankshaft sensor even. It turned out to be the wire going to the crankshaft sensor. I gave them my troubleshooting notes. the mechanic called and explained I was a bit confused on some of it but explained everything to me that he was doing and even took some of the stuff I did under advisement. $196 later (though this did take a week or so to track down, I knew they were working on it and I saw their lot was FULL) and Im fixed up.I absolutely love this shop and I recommend it to everyone I know. Im only too happy to write a good review for a good mechanic. My wife said she loved going there, which is important as we have two kids who are with her all day, and she felt safe and enjoyed the conversation, noting that it was a good Christian run business.Great shop, great folks, they deserve all the business.
