I first went to Firestone down the road and they quoted me $480 for TWO tires! Just normal tires, nothing special and not a special vehicle. Called Big Jakes and they said the could do 2 tires, alignment, and change the air and engine filter for under $400. Much better service than Firestone also, this is my go-to place for car service from now on. Highly recommend it.

I made an appointment for an oil change and the appointment didnt take. No big deal. They tried to make it right and told me to come back first thing the next Saturday. Well, its Saturday! I waited around for 45 minutes and no one ever showed, and they were supposed to open for business at 8. I called the managers cell twice and it went to voicemail both times. I am pretty disappointed because I had heard such great things about them, but at this point I cant wait on them anymore.

Big Jakes has done a compete turn around since last year. They have way better mechanics now that Kno what they are doing an put time into there work N the owner is very nice. I highly recommend big Jakes. The guys up front are very nice n friendly they take time to listen to your concerns

So incredibly rude. This used to be my go to place and now everyone talks down to you. A man literally tried to get me to drive an hour to their shop to price check something and when I asked why his response was so he could get the year, make, model, and VIN. Then when I suggested I could give it to him he said it wouldnt work because he didnt know if I had anything custom on my vehicle, so I assured him I didnt and he said hed have to get the information in person.

I took my car in and they diagnosed problems that could be fixed by replacing the timing belt. They ordered the part incorrectly (belt only, without the required kit) which was inconvenient but what do you do? The balance totaled to nearly $1,000 but no problem because I need my car. Within 24 hrs my car began running hot and they said bring to it back in. They kept it for 3 more weeks! In Sherwood, my car breaks down and I had to have it towed to Subaru of LR. They gave me a list of things my car needed, one being a timing belt! At the end of the day, I paid these guys a grand to damage my car so badly that it would cost $1,800 to make the repairs I previously paid Big Jakes to make. I was forced to buy a new car during a pandemic!!! You have been warned! Big Jakes need to stick to tires ONLY!!!

Got new brake pads, rotors and four new tires. I’ve had to put fix a flat in all FOUR tires they sold me. I had to go back and get new rotors put on because the first pair they installed rusted and threw rust all over my car. They said they’d have it detailed, never did. Brake pads have already had to be replaced by someone else. Car now knocks every time you turn since they did tires and brakes. Please do yourself a favor and never use this business. Current staff is very rude. It’s a scam and your car will be worse off after you leave.

Very rude people . Went to have oil changed and tires rotated Forgot to rotate the tires . Was told to come back at one and would only take a few minutes to rotate the tires free of charge. Went back at 1- had to wait for an hour to have tires rotated. Not what my husband was told. I do not recommend doing business with them! There are far nicer places to go!

Not only got the best quality service but the owner came out and introduced himself and also all of his staff and while my vehicle was being serviced went out of his way showing me where to go online to view for myself on my own time when I got home for some items that I was interested in and the websites I went on was the lowest prices on all of the websites that I have been on and that says a lot when someone isnt trying to try to sell you items out of their place of business instead showing you options online where you can go to your self, I got the best quality care and left knowing that I would be a customer for a long time to come, go in and ask for Tony, you will be glad that you did, Semper Fidelis, David Smith

This is one of those places I almost dont want to give 5 stars because I dont want them to become more popular! Big Jakes is great and the staff has been super helpful. They dont make me feel silly even though the only thing I can do with a car is drive it. Just give them a call and they can usually get you taken care of pretty quickly! They have a nice little waiting area with coffee and water too.

Let me start by saying my first time going here was when I purchased a tire, well it was definitely a mix up so I ended up staying longer than expected. But, when I say they fixed it, and made it right immediately. They say first impressions are what keeps you coming back, and I’m very pleased with how they made it right due to the mishap. The receptionist is the best, and she is so sweet to me. I’ll be back, you guys has definitely gained a customer in me. Thank you guys soooo much, for taking care of my Lexus!!!

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning to get my AC checked. I called later in the day to check on the status of my car and they were closed for the day!! Nobody told me when I dropped it off they were planning on keeping it overnight so I had no way to get to work the next day. On Thursday they called and said it would be a $530 repair, so I told them to go ahead and fix it. 30 minutes later they called to say it was a $900 repair, they had forgotten to add labor. I checked on the price of the part in question, it was $180 at napa auto parts across the street and was available to be picked up right away. This place is a joke. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Today made 27 Days that they have had my car until today I had Newcomb Towing to take my car to Purdys on Edison because I feel that the Mechanic did not know what he was doing, & every time I would call to check on my Car they would say Oh we need to do this or that now mind you on April 3rd I have already paid them $1,125 for working on my brakes and when I called this morning to pickup my car I was told that they needed another $450 to finish my brakes because something else came up so I told them its bad enough that my car has been there for 27 days & they still cant figure out whats going on & every time I call they continued to give me the run-around​ about my car so April 10th 2018 I called with my boyfriend on Three way & he said it was time for us to use a Mechanic that knew what they were doing so I had my car towed to Purdy`s, I cant believe they had my car for 27 days & never fixed my car and on top of them keeping my car for a long time, they were suppose to pickup my car on March 7th but they left my house & never returned until March 15 which was very unprofessional & from March 15th until April 10th today its been so many excuses after excuses I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN , I see that they keep flagging my Boyfriends review because they dont wont people to see the truth about my experience you guys can flag all day long but its on my Facebook page for people to see If anybody should be embarrassed it should be you guys you kept my car for 27 days and could not fix oh and by the way theres pictures on my Facebook page showing that Tire Town was the one that got my car back on the road Running Smoothly, not you guys they had to go in and Adjust the brakes which you guys were supposed to do they had to bleed the brakes with you guys got paid to do they had to fix the front cylinder which you guys got paid to do that but done a crappy job so you can try to flag the truth from coming out all day long but if anybody needs to be flagging and embarrassed its you guys

They are quick to get you hooked up and very thorough on getting the job done. They are very pleasant and will go back to them for any repairs or engine work

My husband started using Big Jakes before they moved to this bigger facility. We have been very pleased with their service for many years now. Not just tires, but also re-wiring a flatbed trailer, and brake wiring on our stock trailer. Today, I stopped in for them to put new tires on my old wheelbarrow rims. I brought the new tires and they switched them out. These guys are great.

We recently moved to the Benton area. My husband and I are extremely pleased and blessed to have found this business. The staff are professional and helpful. Ms. Rebecca and the other men and women that work there gave suggestions to replace a tire on our new vehicle. I would recommend their service to anyone.

DO NOT USE BIG JAKES!!We had a motor taken there back in January 2020 and Tony Yarberry sent it off for repair/blasting and here we are in July 2020 and had to fight to get our motor back from them. We were promised that the motor would be back on July 3, 2020 to no avail. They lost the ticket on it yet the guy that had the motor had the ticket from Big Jakes. They were blocking us from contacting the guy that had the motor and he would not response to our messages or phone calls. We finally got the motor back on July 10th after the Cops got involved and they were threaten with felony charges since the motor was worth over $5,000.00. When we finally got the motor back the guy that they sent it to NEVER even touched it. Here we are 6 months down the road and have to find someone else to do the work on the motor that was supposed to already be done.

Took my suv in for tires to b installed and I have 4 logo valve stem caps and I get home all I have is one. Called today 2/6/2020 and they tell me all I had on my vehicle is 3. I just put them on less than two weeks. I walked around my vehicle the day before and it’s in a garage over night and I was off yesterday! You go there take pictures and/or video!Dissatisfied customer and I won’t be back!!

They took go care of us. Dropped off my vehicle, the gentlemen delivered me back home with my baby. And picked me back up after completing the job. Did outstanding work in the short time they had it.

Big jakes is awesome at doing tires. As far as major repairs I would definitely steer clear of this shop. Big jakes had my truck for a total of 7 business days. My truck went in with motor problems. I was never contacted by big jakes with updates on my truck. I stopped in many times to see what was going on with my truck. All I was givin was the run around about what was going on with the truck.After 7 days of driving by and seeing my truck sit on their lot and no one working on my truck I took my truck to Campbell’s dodge . Campbell’s had my truck for 2hrs had it fixed and now I’m back on the road.

Came in Wednesday to have my truck scanned and Mike one of the mechanics was able to help me see why my check engine light was on just glad it wasnt anything major that was wrong. He explained what I needed to have done and told me to bring my truck on in and have them take care of it. Got to say seeing how busy it seemed to be he stopped working on the vehicle he was on and quickly helped me with a smile. I will be bringing my truck by to have them service it this week!!! Great shop to go to that knows what they are doing!!

Where to start, Not owned by Jake anymore, currently owned by a fast talking insurance salesman, jacked up my wifes jeep and it took several weeks to straighten out. Final mechanic was great problem seemed to be with management. I would not recommend this place for anything other than some tires...maybe.

Dont go to them they dont know what they are doing had my granddaughter car up there since November 2019 still not running Fake Jakes

These guys are awesome. They really care about you as their customer. I went in yesterday for 4 new tires, an oil change, and to get new spark plugs installed. I got there and they immediately got to work on the spark plugs. Nate had everything removed down to the throttle body (which isnt much) and had to step away for a moment. Another one of Jakes techs walked by and was shocked at how Dirty my throttle body was so he grabbed some break cleaner and cleaned it as best he could real quick without taking it completely off and apart. He didnt ask for anything, they didnt charge me for that, he just did it because he cares about what he does. That entire team over there was awesome. Prices are fair and reasonable, they are quick and friendly. Definitely have my new vehicle maintenance shop

Big Jakes is by far the best tire service around!!! I own a Trucking company and will not let anyone else touch my trucks!! Not only are they fast and great priced. They take the time to make sure your wheels arent scratched and everything is good and tight!

Usually get Excellent service, but I walked in at 1120 am it is now 310pm and my car still hasnt been pulled in, nor did staff communicate that it was going to take over 4 hours to even get to my car. Need to work on communication with customers who are waiting.

They offer an overnight dropoff and will have it ready in the morning. Great place to get a set of wheels and tires from. Honest mechanics and owners. Had a blowout on I-30 in Bryant. No spare due to Walmart cracking my rim the week before. I called Big Jakes looking for a used tire to get me back home. After I explained the problem to the lady that answered the phone, she not only found me a tire, but sent Flipae out to change it for me at no extra cost. God bless these people, there is still some kind and caring people in this world!

Had tires rotated and balanced. Very reasonably priced. Drew took time to give me quotes for several different tires for my other car while I was there. Prices seem to be competetive.

It isn’t the same Big JAKE’s, sadly without Big JAKE at the helm this place is slipping. What should’ve been a 30 minute max deal,past experience, yesterday turned into a two hour wait and no service. Three open bays. Haven’t ever experienced this here. New ownership is failing quickly. Look elsewhere.....

Long story short: they had my car more than 7 months. $1500 later my car still is not properly fixed. poor cummunication. every time (4 times) i got my car off their lot, i had to call them back 5 minutes later asking them why my car is still doing the same thing i brought it in for them to fix. would not recommend going here.

This place was extremely cheap to plug my tire and was reasonably fast. Was also recommended to go here by the people at Goodyear nearby who only patch trucks, evidently they do it all the time. Also pretty nic staff. No TV, snack machine on site though.

Place stays busy and I see why. They are great at doing what needs to be done, even though it may be a wait to talk to someone, still not so bad. Its understandable when they are busy, they also will go out their way to help someone. I will keep them in mind anytime i need a new tire.

Found my new tire and auto care spot. Was told they had good prices and services so I called them Monday morning talked to a gentleman on the phone around 900am He gave me the price for 4 tires for my car and it was the total out the door price all taxes, fees, and charges. He said to give him till 100pm to get the tires and they would take care of me. Rolled on their lot at 103pm and they were busy. I knew it would be a couple of hours. BUT, I went in and told them which one my car was and gave them the keys and I was done and leaving at 145pm...... And at the price I was quoted on the phone.... No BS no hidden or extra charges and with lifetime rotation and extras. I have found my new auto care and tire place, and when they get moved in across the street I will be using them for all my car care needs. Thank you Big Jakes for delivering

Had thought they were great until I tried to remove the wheel. Lugs were no where near specs and broke a 4 way trying to remove. Took back to have them loosen, some were better one still wont budge. If wife or kid broke down on istate it would have been a tow to have real mech fix because of this. Come on guys.

We have used this place since we moved to Bryant and until today the service was decent.Last week the AC in the front of my wifes car stopped working. The AC in the back still worked just fine. A quick google search turned up with a problem with the heater blend door actuator that lives on the passenger side in the front. I crawled down there and watched the actuator while my wife changed temperatures and it never moved. I was on my way out of town for work so I wasnt able to take care of this myself, so I told my wife to take it down to Jakes and let them replace the actuator.She dropped her car off on Thursday ( 5/16 ) of last week, they were not able to look at it till Friday. On Friday, they called my wife and said it was a bad AC compressor. Since she couldnt get a hold of me, she took their word for it and went and bought a new compressor and took it over to Jakes for them to replace it the same day. They didnt have time to replace it till today ( Tuesday 5/21 ). I am back in town at this point and she tells me they had to replace the compressor. I thought that was very strange since it was clearly just the actuator. We go to pick up her car and the employee tells us that they replaced the compressor and it still didnt fix the problem and they dont know what is wrong. Mind you, my wife told them that it was the actuator when she dropped it off. Then said employee tries to tell my wife they need to do a kit job on the whole AC system. At this point I walk in and tell them, no bring the car around, we are done.We get home and I unhook the door arm from the actuator and manually close the heat doors and guess what... the AC in the front is now working.I am not sure if Jakes just wanted to take advantage of a female and blowing them off or they are just incompetent. All they need to do was take five minutes to check the actuator like we asked.This was a $550 dollar lesson not to use this place again.Just in case someone from Jakes reads this and said.. it didnt cost $550, let me break it down.$321.00 for a AC Compressor we didnt need.$142.00 for labor -- cut that in half since it was diagd wrong and they did change the compressor even though it wasnt the problem. So we couldnt take it back to get our money back. I shouldnt have to pay full labor for something that wasnt correctly diagd.$160.00 for the rental car for my wife.

Friendly service but they take a long time to get the job done

Took my car here to change 1 tire. The guy said he had to order it and it would be coming from Little Rock. The whole job and wait time was quoted 1 and a half hrs. They ordered the wrong tire, no one told me this. They had my car on a jack for 2 hrs waiting. 141.70 for the tire not included a balance or anything. Only time they said anything was when I asked what was going on with my car. Ended up taking it to tire town in the end and got a better deal. Don’t go here!
