They were very attentive and quick i went in to get a tire changed and.turns.out i needed over 900 dollars in parts! Who knew! Well i left to get.tire on and they called me back on my celly to tell me the.news about half hour.later. they seen me walking up and ran the keys to me and explained in more.detail. unfortunately i could not proceed with the process but they were nice and.fast.and knowledgeable

Great little place to get free air. Usually they are busy and you have to wait for someone to help you. Staff is knowledgeable to some degree. Prices are very expensive compared to other places when I got my rims and mud tires. Obviously I didnt get them from Belle because the salesman talked to me like I didnt know anything about tires or how four wheel drive vehicles operate. They were about $100 more per tire than the place I chose to purchase mine. I also received pressure to buy the brand the salesman was pushing on me when I already had my mind made up of what brand and size I wanted. They had an OK selection of rims available for purchase but they all had to be special order. I can do an order myself online and save the money

Never take your vehicle here.they rip people off with improper work. 8 tires and four leak on two different vehicles.

I couldnt give them zero starts so I will put one. I took my car in for an alignment and asked them to look at bad tire sensor that was bad. After getting my car back the alignment was not fixed and would not track straight to save its life. It kept pulling to the left. I called them and they said they would fix it if I brought the car back. I was too busy with work and so I asked my wife to drop it off. While she was picking it up I spoke with the sales guy on the phone and he said the alignment was fixed and they had fixed my sensors. This was a flat lie. I got home and decided to take it out for a test drive. Immediately after starting the car the tire sensors light came on. None of my sensors were reading. On driving it still pulled to the left . I called the store again and the sales guy was rude and insulting. He tried telling me that when one sensor goes bad all sensors goes bad and when I tried to explain that is not the case he started barking at me. I ended up having to take my car to discount tire and pay for my sensors to be fixed. I am definitely never going back and will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. Im also recommending that our work fleet find a different shop. They are never getting my business again.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a tire issue towards the end of the day and they could care less. Refused to help leaving me helpless and stranded. I went down to Discount Tire and even though closing, they were happy to help. They fixed my issue and had me on the road safely! No thanks to Belle. The funny thing is they lost a sale and a customer. I own my own business and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Belle Tire in the past. I will never return and will make sure to relay this to others as well! I would recommend Discount Tire!

Despite coming in fairly late on a Monday and being told they werent sure they could make the fix before they closed, Belle Tire went above and beyond to clean out the rodents nest and get me topped up in plenty of time. Thank you so, so much for getting me turned around quickly!

Funny story ... I went there to get my windscreen replaced, the guy at the store checked the size & details, ordered it and asked to come back in few days for installation .. I went back and they realised the windscreen which arrived was a wrong type - sorry about it, well order a new one - come back again in few days .. Went again in few days, left my car there - went for a walk, got a call, the windscreen which arrived was broken ... But no worries, for all my troubles they would give me a new windscreen for FREE and call me as soon as it arrives. Ha yeah right, few weeks later ... Total scammers.

Decided to take my business elsewhere. Employee handed me a face mask to put on. This was my main reason for going somewhere else. I ended up saving $150 dollars and didn’t have to wait a week to get them installed. I was loyal up until today.

Belle Tire of Benton Harbor, MI went above and beyond to help me with my tire issue. I am a small business that transports people to and from airports, so down time is not an option. When I arrived at the store with my damaged tire, they were able to replace the tire the same day. Thank you! Kudos to the assistant manager on duty the evening of March 4th. I do not recall her name. She understood my concern and was able to get me a new tire on my vehicle that evening. She may not know this, but what she did meant a lot to me and my small business.

Great work but, Didnt like the fact that I needed a simple tire patch at 3 pm, a few hours before closing and I still had to leave the tire there and come back the next day. It only takes about 5 to 10 min to fix the flat. I was also told to put a mask on, no problem, it was an accident that I didnt have it on but there were litterally employees not wearing them in the same room. Belle tire is a usually a good place to go, i must have been ugly looking or something lol.

I scheduled an online appointment for what I thought would be for a wheel alignment service for a time when the store was closed. Shaunna at the BH location called me ASAP to inform me of the discrepancy with the scheduling and accommodated me the same day. She was very professional, courteous and went the extra mile to inform me of the diagnosis with my tires. She was also gracious enough to provide a ride for me to get to and from work the following day while my vehicle was being serviced. I couldnt have asked for better treatment, in which she totally exceeded my expectations! Excellent customer service... she is awesome :) A+

They changed all four of my tires super fast. They were very sweet to my 4 month old son and gave him a bell tire talking toy when my son was upset and crying. They came over and was talking to him to calm him down. Thank you bell tire for doing an amazing job!

I have a major leak in the cooling system in my daughters car & I took it to Bell Tire. Even though it wasn’t a tire issue, they can do full auto mechanic work on your automobile.I went there because they are usually so quick. But this time it took an extra day to order the parts from California.They did everything they could to be as quick as possible. But when they put in the new parts and were bleeding the cooling system, the car was being difficult due to the weird layout of Stuff under the hood of my Mercury Milan.When I had my wife drop me off at the end of the day Wednesday, because I thought the car was going to be done... both the Manager & the mechanic both came out to apologize to me for not getting done sooner L, this was an hour after they already had closed. In fact they asked if they could keep the car for one more night, so they could make sure everything was going to be done correctly the next morning. They said the coolant bleeding would be better if the car could completely cool down.Either way, I said I appreciate them making sure the car was going to be working better before I took it off of they lit hands.The Manager also drove me home from Belle Tire after her long work day had ended, because of the confusion.The Belle Tire team went over the top, got the problem fixed & even gave me a price discount for my Troubles- without my asking for any of that.I will always be back. They take amazing care of their customers.I am a Huge Fan of Belle Tire and their Benton Harbor store.

I bought new tires for my truck a few months ago. One is defective and they wont replace it. I took it on for them took at it and asked they could look over all of the tires as it is snowing and some were low on air. Not only did they not offer to replace my defective tire, they sent me home with all 4 tires low on air! I had to stop and fill them myself. Manager was rude too.

I have had great service from Belle Tire across the state, but today in Benton Harbor I got the worse service ever. They had my car on the rack tire off and told me it couldnt be repaired. I said ok and purchased a new tire and it took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to put it on eventhought for most of the time I was the only customer in the place.

I scheduled a appointment to get new tires the gentleman I spoke with(Jim) gave me several options and quoted me exact prices . when I arrived I called and a Technician came right out ( I had my dog with me so I was able to stay in my car )he guided into a service. bay , and immediately started on my car but checked several times to make sure my dog was keeping cool and even took the time to go get ice for my dogs water. While my car was being serviced I called and paid for my tires , no hidden fees, extra cost , it was exactly the price that I had been quoted to the penny. I would highly recommend Belle Tire to everyone!

Belle Tire 2005 M-139 Benton Harbor, MI 49022 Jim asked me do you have a mask? I told him Id rather not and then he instructed me you can stand outside then (in 28º weather). I have emailed corporate as I dont think Jim NOR Belle Tire understand the E.O. or MIOSHA expectations of the fact that a customer is to be ALLOWED ENTRY into the business. Now it does state An individual’s verbal representation that they are not wearing a face mask because they fall within a specified exception, however, may be accepted. THANKS Jim for not inquiring further if I am in fact exempt, now you can explain to your manager and corporate why you arent doing your job. These businesses are going to learn they NEED MY BUSINESS MORE THAN I NEED THEM----Im sick and tired of this B.S. Oh BTW Im not just going to go away either ;) Ill be calling corporate on Monday and depending on how they handle this I may or may not call MDHHS and discuss with them your health care standards of trying to make me take a mask from a box that everyone has had their dirty hands in. Have fun explaining that!!! :)

I have spent a great deal of money in this location over the last 2 months and Levi was absolutely awesome. The problem in this location is Jim the manager. He is very unprofessional and he does not know how to speak with people. He is very rude and childish. He is more worried about quantity over quality work. It is because of his attitude that I will no longer do any type of business with this place. I have already spoken with the district manager about what happened, but I have the feeling that absolutely nothing will be done about what happened.

I’m so glad I made the switch from Discount Tire to Belle Tire. Jim and the crew there are fantastic and I can’t recommend this store enough. They’re honest, friendly, hard working, and don’t talk to me in a demeaning way (like women get a lot in auto places, unfortunately). The store is always clean and comfortable for waiting on your vehicle. If you need any tire work done, I promise you won’t regret going to Belle Tire.

Belle tire did an outstanding job on my jeep with great tires! The staff were very courteous and helpful. The following day I was on my way to take my fiances mini van to get tires and on the way there the van started spitting and sputtering. I didnt know what to do, so I managed to get it to belle tire. I didnt think they worked on engines but worth it to ask and Im glad i did! Not only did they fix the problem, they went above and beyond! I couldnt believe how fast they got it taken care of and for the price! 100% honesty on their part. I got new tires on that also. I was discounted. Very happy customer here. They gained my fiance as a customer today also. I recommend belle tire and their professionalism is A+! No more discount tire for her or I. Nothing but problems.

I booked an appointment to have 2 blown out tires changed for Thursday and I messaged them on Monday asking if they could possibly get one of the tires done sooner than my appointment so I could still drove to work. They said yes they could so I dropped off one of the tires on Tuesday, picked it up today and asked if they had availability to change the other one today. They again said yes and were able to get my tires done a day before my appointment. Ive had my tires done here before and the customer service and attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend them over a lot of the other competitors.

This is the best place to take your car for total care! When I was in store a customer had their car towed in after having an axel go out. They were quoted as having repairs to be around $1,000 and Greg and his team were able to get that quote down to make repairs more affordable for the customer! They look out for the customer like they are their own family!

Jim and the crew were amazing. They had some hiccups getting my tires delivered, but made up for it and were upfront with everything that went on. Im very glad I stuck to Belle Tire and they even did a complimentary alignment as an appreciation gift.Once they had my Jeep, they put on all 4 tires and did an alignment in just under 2 hours. Hard to beat that!100% would recommend to everyone and anyone to go to this Belle Tire.

Very thankful!Me and my wife were set on a road-trip with our 8 month old daughter. We noticed low tire pressure blinking all of a sudden. I stopped the car and filled air in a gas station, but also noticed a nail in front left tire. The time was around 7 pm and almost all tire shops were closed. I searched for the nearest, open tire shop and thankfully found this one within 2 miles. They were super busy on that day and after hearing me out they assured this is something they can fix and accepted to do the fix. Within 15 minutes our car was ready and we were back in road. On top of all, they did not charge us and invited us to be in the air conditioned waiting room.Sure these guys know how to keep their customers happy!

My wife and I were on the interstate and felt a big rumble in the front end. We pulled off and found the first place that was open. Jimmy (service manager) and Brad (mechanic) were SUPER helpful. They were very busy but saw our desperation and took their time to help us. Thank you for your great service!

Beware they are shady. All I needed was an oil change and to have my brakes checked. They refused to do my oil because the stripped oil plug was so bad they suggested replacing the entire oil pan for $900!! Theyre quote for the brakes was $1200 (what a joke) insisting rotors also needed to be replaced. Bought brake pads ($83) and had someone change them out for $75. New mechanic had no issues with my oil change, and belle tire was likely scamming me because Im a woman.

UPDATE: Three days after my original post below, I received a phone call from the general manager (or assistant) who was very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. He generously offered a service to make amends for my experience, which I greatly appreciated. I thought the response was very professional, prompt, and fair. I felt heard and valued. Still lost time at the original time of service, but commend these folks for quickly remedying the problem. Changed from a 1-Star rating.ORIGINAL: I made an 8:00 a.m. appointment last week to switch off my winter tires and check alignment. I was told it would be an hour tops. It has now taken 90 minutes and still not finished. On top of that, I got to stand in line and listen to an assistant manager talk about his weekend in Vegas while I clearly was waiting in annoyance for an update. He stayed on the phone for 5 minutes. Wanted to give these guys a chance but probably will be going back to Discount Tire. Whats the point of even scheduling an appointment. Nice new facility, but same poor customer service.

I have an appointment, and still it takes 2 hours?Dont underatand how changing tires should take 2 hours, take the tires off the car, take the wheels off the rims, change the the tires to new rims, put them back on. NOT rocket science, DO NOT recommend this place! Seen multiple techs sanding around walking by cars or just not doing anything so they can charge Labor costs!!! Go to Discount Tire instead.

A big THANK YOU to Jim the assistant manager for helping us out when we got a flat on our camper tow vehicle as we were driving thru town. We showed up without an appointment and even though they were very busy, within an hour the nail hole was patched and the tire remounted so we could be on our way. We are out of towners and had our boat trailer tire blow bending the rim like crazy. Every place we went to didnt have any rims but tire tech Levi and his men took on the challenge and popped out all the dents! Not only did they do that but while the men were working on the rim the sales guys up front were calling around everywhere helping us look for a rim in case they couldnt save ours! Best customer service Ive seen in a long time! Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond for us!

Long long wait times.

My family was traveling through Benton Harbor when our tire was punctured by a lag screw. We looked online for a shop that was open late as it was already 7:15 pm. Belle Tire had us patched and back on the road in just a few minutes. They do patches for free! I highly recommend these guys, they took great care of my family.

Worst experience ever! NEVER go here unless you have NO WHERE ELSE to be for the rest of your life! I am SO furious! Walked in today because my tire was slowly leaking at 2:49pm. I was told 1 - 1&1/2 hrs. OK fine, Ill wait, no problem... At the TWO hour mark they hadnt even touched my car. The final straw was that they took some guys car that had come in WAY AFTER me before mine! Thats when I asked for my key and left.... NEVER TO RETURN!

Belle Tire is the Best! They took out a screw from my tire that had been causing a slow leak and patched it for FREE! They are professional and courteous. My experience was so pleasant. This is A1 customer service.

Fast service, tires mounted and balanced, alignment also done. Customer service was great, answered all questions without any hesitation. Waiting room was filled with people, not a big deal though. Overall will return for business.

They had the ability to get me right in on a leaky tire. Ended up having a roofing nail in it. Couldnt save the tire, but I had a brand new tire in my trunk, aside from the spare. The guys checked it out, it looked good, they swapped the tires out and I was good to go. Didnt even charge me!!! Greatest experience at a tire shop in my life! =)

For the most part they have great service but I have to say that my last several visits have made me question the mechanics ability and knowledge. I took my car for a tuneup and had the spark plugs replaced, so I thought. After taking it back 5 times and my check engine light kept coming on, I decided to take it elsewhere and found that only 1 plug was changed. I’m so disappointed because I trusted that they had knowledge in cars and feel like they kept just turning off the light and telling me they replaced the spark plug. That’s my bad experience or disappointment.

Had an emergency on our way home, they stayed open late to help get us back on the road and didnt even charge us for the stem they had to put on! Great people do still exist! Big thank you to Jim and his staff!

Awesome very friendly people but their sense of time is horrible. Waited 2 hours for them to put 4 tires on our car. Tires were on the car with in an hour. The next hour we just sat I. The waiting room having no idea where the car was. Communication is very poor. Don’t plan to have anything to do the rest of the day.
