Awesome Experience all around. Our house had outdated, Aged/Clear Stained, Solid Oak Cabinets and built-ins throughout, and we really wanted a darker, richer and more modern look. We looked into the various options available (i.e. Full Replacement, Door Trim Only Replacement, and finally decided to take a chance on N-HANCE as the lowest cost solution). We had very high expectations and some how they found a way to exceed them. Their entire crew were masters of their trade, and insisted on bringing our 20 year old cabinets into the modern age. Josh did a beautiful job stripping a terrible wax buildup off my wood floors and putting a new coat of poly on them. It was all done within one day. He’s a perfectionist and wasn’t satisfied with a couple of areas and he came back and redid those areas. The floor looks like new. I’m so pleased with the work done.

I spoke with Blair regarding scheduling an inspection to take a look at a damaged hutch and doing repairs and he was quick to get on site and then schedule repairs once other work was completed at the home.

Brock & Josh did a wonderful job restoring our premium rental’s wood surfaces & cabinets to “like new” condition. They worked on weekends so that they could meet our deadline. They were recommended by our painter and we were not disappointed. Now we recommend them also.

Absolutely unbelievable! Our 26-year-old Maple floors were damaged seemingly beyond repair. Now they genuinely look new. Very minimal dust and noise, and the workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. We will re-hire N-Hance to refinish our cabinets and wood window trim.

I struggled trying to figure out what to do about my 25 year-old cabinets and woodwork. After getting an estimate to replace all of the cabinets in my house, I am so thankful I checked with N-Hance first to see what my others options were. Their restoration was amazing! N-Hance workers were very professional and tidy, creating next to no mess considering they had to be here for three days to restore and condition not only my cabinets, but the wood railings, fireplace mantle and my front door. Just completed a re-finish on 20 year old lower kitchen cabinets that were showing water damage and general wear and tear. End result is that they look almost new again - completed all in one day! Im really happy with the results.

We had a very bad experience with this company. Do your research and go another route. Our cabinets are pealing apart and just bad work. Their work is just a quick shotty paint job for a flip house.

I had these folks come in before Christmas and refinish our cabinets. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and the final result. The crew that came in our house was protective of the entire house by laying floor coverings down from the front door to the kitchen and covering the entire kitchen. Once they were done, they spent a good amount of time explaining how to maintain the newly finished cabinets. They even spent the time to readjust all our cabinet doors. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Great experience all the way around! We purchased a home in Bend and wanted the floors buffed and the kitchen / bathroom cabinets cleaned up and painted. The team did an amazing job -- on time, clean, courteous and everything looks spectacular! The company that did the interior paint job for my home told me that N-Hance does better work at a more competitive price than I could offer... which is great to hear from another business! We bought a house, ripped out the carpet and found what could be amazing wood floors. Could be...they were horrid! Deep dark stains from who knows what?! Asked for a quote online, they called us the next day and were at our house quickly for an estimate. I found the cost to be extremely reasonable to fix the horrible floors. They were able to fit us into the schedule in a very timely manner. All employees were courteous and friendly! The job was done in about a day and a half. Full living room, dining room and the hallway. My floors are BEAUTIFUL! GORGEOUS! I am so thrilled with the work. For the first time since we purchased this place I feel like it’s a real home! Hopefully this service for cabinets has improved since I had it done a couple of years ago. When they got done it was hit or miss and lots of cleanup after they over-coated things like my refrigerator. Oh and dont be surprised when they tell you they dont need any special lighting because it interferes with their process....I cant imagine working on finish work in the dark or poorly lit areas. Be sure to ask for touch up samples your going to need it, and clean up after it sets is a B**ch. The process and result is only as great as the techs attention to detail.

Weve owned 5 houses over the last 30 years, so weve had many opportunities to work with a great number of contractors. It was very refreshing to deal with Al Crosland and N-Hance. He initially met with us at our convenience. He quoted us a fair price. And he and his people not only did great work, but completed the job on time, on budget, and left the work site very clean. Were very happy.

From start to finish Al and his team at N-Hance were professional, courteous and skilled. My floors are a soft pine meant to look lived in but not meant to have large gouges from a large dogs claws, which is what we had to work with. In just 1 day my floors look amazing. The stain is exactly the color it started out as, the matte sheen on the floors really bring out their beauty and everyone who has walked in my home asks what did you do different?. Those light gouged areas where the dog claws were disappeared into the naturally worn appearance of my wood floors. This process was non invasive, no dust and very little odor. I would recommend N-Hance to any friend or homeowner seeking to freshen up their wood floors or cabinets. Money well spent on something people notice!

We have engineered hardwood floors that should be refinished. We have two dogs who do a great job of scratching the floors since the finish is not as hard as traditional hardwood floors! N-hance of Bend did a great job of cleaning up the scratches and the finish seems harder that before.

I love my home and especially adore my kitchen. Inasmuch as the home was built in 1991 and not much of it was updated, the cupboards were real wood, but a less than attractive yellowy veneer. I wanted an uplift and I wanted experts. That is exactly what I received whenI contacted Al Crosland and N-Hance. Al and his staff are honest, kind, clean and the job has so enhanced my kitchen I cannot brag about it enough. I wanted white cupboards and the talent shown me in covering the old wood, placing new hardware where none appeared before - all of it - just a fabulous experience. The crew was timely. N-Hance recently re-finished our hardwood floors and brought them back to showroom condition. The technician arrived at the appointed time, explained the entire process, including the Lightspeed treatment and helped us move a few final things. The entire job was completed as promised with minimal disturbance to our routines by a courteous, efficient and helpful individual - we had new floors in one day with no mess, odor or inconvenience and help in replacing the heavier furniture items. A day later there was a follow up call to ensure that we were happy with the outcome - which we were - and I would recommend N-Hance without hesitation

We had N-Hance do a light refinish of the hardwood floors in our rental property. The floors were in very good condition, we were simply looking for some N-Hancement to protect the floors from being damaged by renters.After the initial work was completed, we had to have them come back to repair a few areas that were not done properly. The owner of the local N-Hance company initially tried to tell me the blemishes were under his finish, but ultimately agreed to repair the areas.Within a very short time, there were several areas that were bubbling up in 4 - 6 areas. We were told that the coating would be extremely resistant to heavy foot traffic and pets... within a year, the major traffic areas look like a baseball team did fielding drills in their cleats on a regular basis.MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS WENT UN-RETURNED.We are now faced with spending an additional $1,700.00 to have the floors refinished... in short, based on my experience with them- I would not recommend the N-Hance process.
