Although it took 2 months to get the slider patio door it was worth the wait. The installation was awesome and the door looks beautiful. The install crew went above and beyond to re-trim the door to have it match the rest of the trim in the house. So pleased with the door, the price, and whole process

I used Lifetime in Bend to replace all the windows in my house in Sunriver. As I am sure most people will acknowledge these are weird times with the Covid pandemic. My experience has been, especially with anything to do with construction, that manufacturers have long delays in getting manufacturing and shipping out product. This is one of the many reasons that I wholeheartedly recommend Lifetime with special recognition to their manager Greg. Not due to anything Lifetime did it took additional time and multiple scheduling in getting the windows. They kept me advised throughout working with my schedule when I would be in Sunriver. During installation, due to the age of my house, some settling of the house caused unforeseen construction issues. Even though the written contract would excuse Lifetime from assisting with these issues they did assist on several items expressly stating it was more important to them to satisfy their customer than try to save a few dollars. Believe it or not they actually meant this and did assist on each of several items.It is refreshing to actually have a company stand by its word and not just try to avoid doing something just because of some contractual language. Greg was great through all of this. Being a veteran myself it was nice to have a Marine Corps veteran like Greg to help.Larry and Dena Moss

When bought our new construction home over a decade ago, what attracted us were the window among other things... a few months after buying it we noticed you could feel slight breeze by the windows when they were shut, if the wind was gusting, within a year our windows were leaking due to no weather striping around the window after having that fixed and another decade our vinyl was falling apart around the windows. We used Lifetime to replace 5 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. We went with Kameron’s recommendation of Millgard and are happy we did! I am so thrilled Lifetime offers Marvin Windows now. We had our house remodeled in 2018 with Marvin Integrity windows which I love, love, love! The remeasure by the install crew prior to ordering enabled the scope of the project to be understood by both the consultant and the installer, which enabled accurate measurements and a true understanding of the job. Carl and Eric work diligently to make sure every step of the process is done with you, the customer, being the first concern. When there was a problem they weren’t afraid to jump in and make sure their employees treat you like family. Their practice of treating everyone like you would want your mother treated is just an exceptional business practice. I wish other service businesses would live up to their standards and wish they would expand their product line so I didn’t have to shop anywhere else for other home products!The products are all top quality and the staff treats you like family; I just can’t say enough!

A good product. Tim, the salesman, did a good job explaining our options and helping us decide what worked best for us. Turnaround time on the delivery was within the expected time frame. The installation crew was great! Nice guys to work with, and the windows was up, installed, and working within 1/2 a day. The local office was very helpful and conscientious on following up with us on some minor parts and repair issues after installation. Recommended.

I just had all of the windows in our home replaced. I got an estimate from Home Depot for Milgard windows. Their price was fair, but the sales staff was just not very knowledgeable and we would have to use one of their contractors, with no idea about the quality of the work.I called Lifetime and Kameron Jensen came to assess the job, discuss cost, and explain the differences of the various window features in detail. He explained exactly what steps the installers would take to install them to last a lifetime. I was impressed! I placed my order in June, with installation planned for the end of September. Liz kept in touch and then scheduled a date. The crew (Adrian, Mike, and Carl)arrived on time and did a phenomenal job, including clean-up at the end. They were friendly, quick, accurate, and very careful to protect my home. It doesn’t get any better! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give Lifetime Windows & Doors a 10!

They did a good job. six windows in a few hours, kept everything clean..how ever, a ceiling light was broken and I wasnt told about it until I mentioned it. he said that it would be repaired. not. its been several weeks now windows and nothing. all in all nice work and the windows work great

These guys did great. It was super cold out but they never complained once. The windows look awesome. It was really fun to have them around for 3 days. They left everything super clean. We are really pleased. Brandon, Carl, Shawn and Mike all have a great attitude and are super professional.

Very helpful and friendly people. Tim P., of the Bend office, has been instrumental in helping us with our very unique project: putting in windows (actually skylights) in our extremely high pitched/sloped A-frame cabin. The president of the company, Eric, even made time to come and check out our project, as this was a pretty outside-the-box scenario for a skylight install. Tim B., the installer/roofer has been incredibly helpful, as well. All around professional and down-to-earth people. The kind you want helping with big investments and your home projects! Before finding Lifetime W & D, we had looked into other local companies including Great Northern Windows and Doors, who kept stringing us along, with the end idea that our cabin wasnt suited for adding windows. It was just too complicated. So, imagine how happy we were that we found a local company who not only communicated readily with us, but made this project actually happen. Turns out it wasnt that complicated, just took some extra thinking, in order to make it happen! Now, we have 4 big skylights in our cabin, allowing for natural light and a much more open feel. They look like actual windows and bring the outdoors inside. There have been some added bumps in the road, after the huge snow and recent melt process that weve been lucky to have in Central OR this winter. NO leaking or anything like that, but due to the custom nature of our project, some sheet metal around the windows cant take the weight of the snow, so were trying to figure out a solution, which means were not quite done with these skylight installs. Again, Tim and Tim have been more than willing to help and were pretty sure all will be rectified. In the meantime, I HIGHLY recommend this company: theyre at the top of our list for hopefully being able to put in a metal roof, so snow will just slide on down our steep A-frame. You will not find a more friendly and helpful company--use them when you need new windows, or skylights!!

All new siding and roof - in winter - and 2 new skylights. So pretty, so happy. The workmen were quick, very professional, did a great job and were a pleasure to have around. We had Lifetime replace 40 year old windows. They gave us a competitive bid, showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would and did a quality installation. They were careful to cover rugs and furniture and cleaned up when they were done. All in all I am satisfied.

Its been a little over a week since the install team(s) were here. We were fortunate to get to work with Ben, Hugo, Zack, and Enrigue. Both teams were a pleasure to work with. These guys all know their stuff, they asked questions and got confirmation before any work was done, voiced concerns over what they thought may have been trouble areas, but instead of just doing extra work and charging us for it, they verified that what were thought troubled areas really were not and moved forward with the install. We were scheduled for a 3 day install, but only took 2 days. If I need their services in the future I will have no issue re hiring this company.

After MUCH shopping and research, we chose Lifetime Windows to replace all the windows for us in a 1940s home we are remodeling. We chose the Simonton Madeira window which worked beautifully for a retro-fitted window installation. Brandon and crew installed the windows today, and we could not be happier!!! Installation impeccable; even with the original window frames being a bit out-of-square, the windows look perfect. Besides being thrilled with the new windows and how they vastly improve the appearance of our old house, we immediately noticed a reduction of street noise in the house. With that in mind, Im sure the energy efficiency for the house will be improved as well. In addition to being very professional, the folks from Lifetime were a pleasure to deal with, and kept us well informed regarding our window order and installation schedule. Lifetime did a great job from start to finish on a new window and door project for our home remodel. We were very unfamiliar with window and door types available to meet our needs and budget, plus we were in the middle of relocating to Bend requiring much of the work to be done via phone or email. After visiting several other window suppliers, we found Lifetime to be the most flexible and informative, especially with needed to communicate remotely most of the time. Tim was very response and helpful throughout the permitting process with the city. He worked together with us to find ways to reduce overall project cost. The crew installing the windows and door did a great job completing the work in the time frame they expected. The only issue we had was a material delay for exterior sheeting around the window, but they communicated the delay and completed the work as soon as it arrived.

Lifetime Windows and Doors replaced 5 exterior doors, installed a french patio door, and replaced 9 windows in our home here in Bend, Oregon. We chose Simonton vinyl windows, which have a more slender frame than other brands. Makes for more glass area and a nicer looking window. The doors are Codel fiberglass and look great. Windows and doors were installed in the heat of the summer and made an immediate difference in the comfort of the house. Looking forward to saving on heating costs this winter!They also installed 4 inch cedar on the ceilings of the front deck, living and dining rooms. A lot of tough overhead work, and it looks very nice.The guys who did the work were all skilled and courteous and took care to clean up at the end of each day.The crew who then installed James Hardie siding on the entire house were exceptionally fast and skilled. They got the job done in one week flat.The paint was done by Don Bryant Painting of Bend. An excellent job! My wife is very happy with the colors and cedar staining.Lifetime even took care of filing the paperwork to receive an energy incentive from Energy Trust of Oregon. From the initial visit with salesman Kameron to the final wrap up with crew leader Brandon, and all the guys who contributed, thank you!

Windows and doors done right! Great prices and great service. Our Sunriver house is warm and cozy in winter and cool in summer thanks to our new Milgard windows and doors.
