Weve been extremely happy with Diana over the last three years in the preparation of our taxes. Although there was an input error on our 2020 tax return, which we were informed of by the IRS, we quickly brought this error to the attention of Diana, which she handled it immediately, professionally, and was very apologetic of the error having been made; mistakes do happen in this business. That said, we will continue to use the services of Diana Day-Murphy for the foreseeable future.

I wouldnt recommend them. Last year they underreported our income (like forgot a zero at the end of one income). We received a letter from the IRS saying we owned almost $4K. When I called their office they blamed us for not reviewing the tax documents before they were filed. Super helpful. I also requested that their office help arrange a payment plan with the IRS and pay for the penalties until the sum was paid off. They never replied to my email. I emailed them recently again requesting a check for the penalties and (once again) they didnt reply to my request. Evidently they arent great communicators. We should have known not to use them when our (multiple) requests to have them to correct the spelling of our names went unheard (or lack of caring?) when they were working on our taxes initially.
