I went to all season tax services this year to have my taxes done by Jane. I paid her for the service almost 2 weeks ago, and she still has not sent my information to the IRS to be processed. Everytime that I call to try to speak with her, who ever answers the phone says that she is not available. And that she will have her call me back. Which does not happen. My tax return is super simple. Just me, 1 job, no dependants. So, there should be absolutely no reason as to why my return has not been sent in and my refund received. This is extremely in professional. And not at all comparable to any other tax services that I have used in the past. I am extremely disappointed in their unprofessionalism. And will never go back to all season tax for future services. Nor will I recommend them to anyone. Sonja is very unprofessional. When I tried to voice my concerns in a nice calm manner, she hung up on me. What a complete joke. I do firmly believe that if you can not be professional and courteous to the public, then you probably should not work in a customer service type of job.

Jane was super helpful and very professional. I will be going back to her in the future.
