Jerry and the team are top notch. I have a beautiful lawn thanks to them! We had a sprinkler malfunction during the heat wave and they came right over to take care of it so our lawn would survive. I highly recommend this company for all your irrigation and landscape needs!

Hard to work with. Not happy with their work or lack of communication.

I first met Jerry and his team when I moved back to Bend around 2015. Every experience Ive had with them since then has been positive. Whether its a blowout, irrigation issues, or landscaping, their team has always done a great job. Also, love that they have pricing listed on their website! Very hard to find that anywhere else. They are super knowledgable and it shows.

I called Everist Irrigation during the height of blowout season and they came out on a Saturday to take care of our facility. They did an excellent job at winterizing our facility at a cost that was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any irrigation needs.

Owner is unaware of how shoddy of job his workers are doing. We requested him to call us three times earlier this year, and four times this month, to no response. We have a package and the young man that came to take a look at our irritation to check that everything looked ok spent 13 mins here and we have 6 zones. The other gentleman that came out in the spring took only minutes to check our system as well, even though we told him we suspected a leak. We ended up finding 4 leaks ourselves. We like the owner, but no matter how many times we have called and requested the owner call us back we have not received a response. We like the owner and want him to succeed, but he needs to see the Ring videos to see what his employees are really doing. We have still not received a call back and we have been very adamant that he call us because he needs to know what is going on. But sadly we have still not received a call back. We will be looking elsewhere and will be adamantly suggesting others do as well. Its sad, we have been hearing a lot of bad things about this company from others as well, and about their experiences with the same young gentleman. We feel the owner really needs to know, but either his office employee that takes the messages is keeping them from him or he does not return clients calls. Either way we would never recommend this company to others. We feel that if he saw the videos he would unstand why, but with out a call back from him how can he ever know?

Went out of their way to get me on their books after not being able to make the original appt time. Really appreciated their response time via email and getting someone out here. Quick and easy blowout. Highly recommend!

Communication was prompt, easy to understand and they were very clear about when they were going to show up.They showed up when they said they would. Reason for 1 star only - They charged us for a portion of the yard I asked them not to do (and they didnt do it per my request, but still charged us for.) I paid for the portion that they did do, but months later still billing us for the portion they didnt do. I have no hard feelings, but wont recommend or use them again.

Jerry and the Everist team are easy to work with and did an excellent job installing my irrigation system. Many contractors in Bend are difficult to work with and overpriced, but I had a very good experience working with Everist. They were on time, clean, professional, and communicated well throughout the process. My irrigation system looks great. If you are looking to install a sprinkler or drip system, start here. I called 5 other contractors in town and no other company came close in terms of customer service and communication.

Jerry and his team did great work blowing out my familys sprinklers last year. In the past, other companies have caused some problems with their blowout process and my family was skeptical. Everist Irrigation came in and did a fantastic job with no issues what-so-ever. Thank you.

Everist Irrigation does a great maintaining our irrigation system. Highly recommend!

While this company provides excellent irrigation services, their lawn maintenance and landscaping is extremely shoddy and overpriced. We hired them to help maintain our tiny lawn and the surrounding landscaping. We paid $356/mo for service which was supposed to include weeding, mowing, trimming, compost treatments, etc. The value we received in return was worth maybe $50. They butchered a few flowering plants with a weed whacker, shaping them into round lumps of dead and live stems. They neglected to remove weeds from the front lawn, choosing to mow them instead, and they completely neglected the landscaping in our back yard, leaving weeds to grow wild so that we will have to hire a second company for cleanup. They also reduced our watering schedule so that the lawn began to turn brown. I asked them about this and they did not return my communication attempts. And finally, they over-mowed the lawn, leaving bare patches along the edges and in other spots. I addressed this with them and they blamed fungus. The lawn did have a fungus problem that I had actually contacted them for help with, but that had nothing to do with the over-mown areas of the lawn. There is a clear visual difference between patches of grass that are browning from fungus, and patches of grass that are being cut too close to the ground. This would be the last company I would recommend for landscaping or lawn maintenance. I never had a problem with their irrigation service, but be aware that communication is difficult for all their services. They dont always return calls or emails, so if you need to contact them about your schedule or any other information you might want to look elsewhere. Even when I stopped service, I sent them an email and didnt get a confirmation or acknowledgment at all.

Everist did a fine job. Recommended.
