They are professional, honest & helpful. She did not try to sell a new hearing aid for my husband who has dementia with some cognitive issues but she was able to adjust his current ones in the tones he needed which helps. Also she was very patient with him.

Kristin is great. I have bilateral Menieres have not been able to hear for probably 10 years. People speaking to me on the left side never worked. I got cross hearing aid there awesome the whole experience was great would recommend her highly to anyone.

Had some issues with appointments having to be cancelled and delaying my new hearing aids but overall very happy with the product and services received.

I had a great experience at Connect Hearing. My father was visiting from out of town, and after a bit we noticed he wasnt hearing us very well. I brought him into Connect Hearing and Kristin went to work. She was able to run a full series of tests and assist my father in obtaining a set of hearing aids, all while working with him in a patient and respectful manner. We were both very pleased with our visit to Connect Hearing and our interaction with Kristin.
