Cory Richards, the audiologist who evaluated my hearing was not only very knowledgeable and gracious, but also very clear about my options with no focus at all on selling product. I was extremely impressed with his genuine caring and competence. The integrity I felt during my first experience at Central inspired my trust and I would highly recommend Central Oregon Audiology.

I was referred to Central Oregon Audiology by a local ENT in 2012. I have suffered from tinnitus/hearing loss for years and finally decided to do something about it. Cory Richards took the time to outfit me with a pair of hearing aids suited to my unique needs and specifically addressed my concerns. I work outdoors and pursue an active lifestyle which places a lot of stress on my hearing aids. Cory, Marya Berry and the entire office staff have helped me throughout the years, from drop-ins for routine and emergency servicing to scheduled appointments. The entire staff are courteous professionals and genuinely nice people who have measurably improved the quality of my life.

Dropped hearing aids off to be cleaned and when I returned in 15 minutes they were ready. Had them repaired a couple of months ago and they work fine. I appreciate your service.

Everyone there is wonderful and very nice to deal with. I went to the other Audiology places in Bend and this place is the best.

Do not trust them. All the tests they have done on my son were completely unusable as well as had false information on them. OHSU has to completely start from scratch because they messed up the tests so bad. 4 years of work with them and we have gotten nowhere. Do not trust them with your children.
