I needed up upgrade my home office computer. Harrison gave me several options and helped me decided what was best. The install was seamless with most of him doing it remotely. No down time! My new (much larger) monitor came in a couple weeks before my computer and he dropped it by my house so I could start using it. He is A+ professional!

Harrison and his team were an answer to prayer, no exaggeration. We had a great IT team about 5 or 6 years ago, and then the company dissolved, and have been struggling to find a partner that gets it ever since. Until Harrison literally showed up at my door, the answer had been a poorly executed, self-directed patchwork of mediocre ideas and lots of lost money thrown at people who didnt know what they were doing.I shared our vision of a new backup regime, security upgrades and a world where I could finally take off my IT hat (who has time for that). He got us there - at a very reasonable initial budget, a digestible monthly fee. We just finished installation, and even though the process took a day, it was like he wasnt even there - maybe 30 minutes of downtime for the whole office, and as were working through the inevitable blind spots, hes been super responsive and even has remoted in several times to make sure everythings working.Its like theyre on staff.Amazing crew - well worth the investment.
