Velox Systems has been working as our Managed Service Provider now for a year and a half. In that time, they have been amazingly helpful in getting us up to speed in a wide variety of projects. Great Service...dedication...always there for us...Keeping our computers and networking on line is critical for our small business, but we cant afford to hire an IT staff to take care of our growing technology needs. We use a managed (virtual) service option from Central Oregon Tech that gives us the security and other benefits of a dedicated IT staff without owning the staff. I would score lower if I could. Google should allow for negative stars. I worked with some guy named Jordan and he is a real jerk. He was very rude to me on the phone and never resolved my issue. I didnt like how he talked down to me. I will never work with this company again.
