I find that buying my toner from them is about the same price as I can get it online. I would way rather spend my money locally. Also, the printer in my home office was not operating well. I was afraid to spend money on it when it might not be fixable. I really didnt want to just throw it away either. After staying in limbo for too long, I decided to call for help. Within a few days, a very pleasant man from Printer Resources & Recycling LLC came to my home. He was right on time. He spent several minutes examining my system. He advised me that my printer was fine but my network had an issue. I thanked him and asked him if he would send me an invoice. He said no. He said if they cant fix it, theres no charge! What a delightful result! Now I know what help I need and I didnt waste any money on it!

Mark was very helpful and friendly. He wasn’t able to fix the aging Printer I took him as it would be too expensive to fix, but he wouldn’t except payment for his time, and even recycled it for free. They have a very professional staff, I can’t recommend them enough!

Just like a great hidden cafe, or out of the way pizza joint, this is where the Locals shop for ink and printer repair. Not only do they replace/recycle the cartridges for you they warranty the cartridges! I bought an Brother Multifunction printer from them and I love it. The one I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to the next model for free. Thats how you earn a lifetime customer!
