From first making an appointment with Brandy and then having Roger perform the cleaning their service was second to none. Both Brandy and Roger were very professional and explained the cleaning process in detail. My carpet now looks brand new and I will not hesitate in using their service again when needed. Everything about this company is excellent! They were extremely prompt at returning my phone call, they were able to arrive early to my appointment, the employees were all extremely friendly. I had a really bad pet area from where my cat boxes were, and I couldnt be happier with the pet treatment! The whole area is so much better!

My previous landlords (Chem Drys owners parents) used this business in 2013 to clean the carpets in the rental I was moving out of. I mailed in a coupon from the smart shopper with my payment after which they told me I had received a discounted rate and that they would not be accepting my coupon. 5 years and zero communications later they have changed who they were billing to my husbands company and sent his company to collections for the fifty dollars. I was the only one on the rental agreement and this had nothing to do with his business. Absolutely shady business practice and if it were any more money Id be hiring an attorney.

We couldnt be happier with the customer service and quality of work from Chem-Dry of Bend. These guys are true professionals. We have two dogs and two boys and you would never know it by looking at our now spotless carpets and couch.

I am a new customer for life!!!I am also new to Bend, 4mo pregnant and just moved into a new apartment. This apartment had previous pet markings that I couldnt smell but unfortunately my Fido did and claimed the apt immediately.With all that being said, I was stressed about the matter, and searching for cleaning solutions, with lots of concerns for my pregnancy health, Fidos health and the health of my future baby.So I took to Google, like many do, and started calling around. Chem-Drys name really struck my curiosity... Do they use lots of chemicals? Do I have 24hr drying downtime like many companies claim?I picked up the phone and within minutes had so much clarity reassurance and an appointment booked!!!Chem-Dry uses FDA certified natural products that are non-toxic or harmful to pets, babies or pregnant mothers. The PERT treatment they performed on my carpet ELIMINATED the pet urine from my carpet, AND PADDING!!! The cleaning left my carpets SHADES LIGHTER, fluffier and the air quality cleaner (no old dander, residues or particles being kicked up from the carpets).But the icing on the cake, for me, was the fact that its not a couple of 18yr olds who just do a rushed or slapdash job. They have TECHNICIANS who diagnosis your carpet needs, because theyve had at least ten years of training and education. These techs have a real passion for their job, and company, and it shows in the quality. And to find out that their company has a real passion for them (higher wages, continuous education and training, etc) was heart warming.Michelle was my tech. Thats right, A GIRL! She was warm, comforting, relatable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, thorough, and so much more!!! (Shhh, dont tell anyone, but she even helped my move my bed so we could clean the carpet under it). She was a real working mother, relating to many other mothers out there. Her honest story with the company was amazing to hear and I wish everyone could experience Michelles hard work, quality, passion and personality.I will shout Chem-Drys name from the mountain tops!!!
