We had a malfunction in a water line to our ice maker. We are off grid. Service Master Recovery Specialists were fantastic! Kevin , Marcus, and Elijah were the three men who came out to help us out. They found the leak, set up fans and humidifiers, and monitored the situation. One of these young men came out each day to evaluate the progress. They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional in all of what they did. The goal was to dry everything without tearing down sheet rock or removing tile. They were able to accomplish this. They also handled everything with our insurance company. I hope we never need them again but if we do I would want them back again. Thank you, Kevin, Marcus, and Elijah and the young woman who answered my call. Im sorry I dont remember your name. You all were very helpful!!!

Called service master for suspected ice dam water damage. They were at my house within hours even though they were slammed busy. Very friendly and professional! Luckily no leaks were found. Will definitely call again for any future needs!

After a scary fire this year, we were so grateful for Service Master. They took a painful situation and made it far easier for us, alleviating a lot of stress by being so thorough and caring. They practically held our hand through the whole thing, going way beyond what we expected – always going the extra mile. My house got restored to better than it was before.

I am a property manager in Bend and had a water leak behind the dishwasher in a property that went undetected for some time. I met with three mediation and abatement companies (asbestos was involved) and the ServiceMaster team was by far the most professional and responsive.This was the first time I had to deal with asbestos and I was a bit freaked out, but Payne answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly, putting both me and the tenants at ease. The final cost for the abatement came in under the estimate and the work was finished exactly when he said it would be.After the asbestos was removed, I worked with Jami for the kitchen reconstruction and again, she was very responsive and completed the job on time and on budget. They responded to my many calls, texts and emails quickly - even in the evening and on weekends.I have worked with many contractors in my day and this team was truly one of the very best for their professionalism, responsiveness and thoroughness. I strongly recommend the ServiceMaster team for any mediation and/or abatement project you may have.

My experience was awful. They missed documenting a lot of damage, which cost me later on because the insurance check was already cut. They also beat the heck out of doors and walls and got dust everywhere during demo. All they had to do was close some doors, or use plastic. They came into my house without calling on three occasions. Very unprofessional.

This place was completely a joke from beginning to end.Having trouble with logistics, not making notifications of there workers stopping by. Making sure judgemental comments about something medically wrong with someone. Also they have a problem with pit bulls even though they were in kennels in the backyard. No service master person had the chance or opportunity to pet our dogs, but it was an issue. I am a home owner in Bend and have been in the same place for 19 years. I will do business with someone local and not so many constructions or negligence on service masters behalf. Hailey in their office does that company no favors. Way to loose out Service Master. I wont be telling my friends about only when Im describing bad reviews. :)

We needed clean-up help after an unpleasant problem -- a sewage leak. After getting a run-around from another company, we contacted ServiceMaster. Their technicians were on the job within an hour! They were equally prompt and professional on a follow-up visit. We would certainly recommend this company. And, if we ever required such services after another emergency, they would be our first and only call.

ServiceMaster has been great! They made a bad situation so much easier. They showed up right away to assess the damage and initiate repairs. Jack & Christy have been wonderful managing the entire process with us and our insurance company. I never knew that ServiceMaster provided the entire service from start of disaster to finish of all repairs. So glad we had them on board.....every contractor they have sent to provide repair work has been top notch. We could not be happier... My insurance company hired Service Master to my rescue. Justin and Becka came to my rescue. I love them! They took so much time to go over everything they had to do, and with a very Ill husband,they made sure he would be comfortable without having to leave his room at night. I thank God for them. They made sure all the water damage was completely dry and believe me I was so very satisified.
