Deschutes Plumbing has done a lot of work for me. First a remodel of a large home, then a remodel of my downsized townhouse and this week replacing my dead garbage disposal. Their work is always prompt, professional and stress free. You wont be disappointed with them.

Deschutes Plumbing was contracted to my house for part of our kitchen remodel for a different service needed. I found Jason to be extremely helpful and efficient. I had actually called another local plumbing company in town for my water heater gas leak repair prior to the above service mentioned. This other local plumbing company told me they would order the part needed, and be in touch. Long story short, I played phone tag for over a month with this other company and they still had not ordered the part. I finally decided I had enough, and called Deschutes Plumbing to see if they could assist with this repair. Sure enough, they scheduled my appointment then followed up a couple of days later with a cancellation opening and had the part I needed. Jason did the install on this one as well, and the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend using their services.

One of our outside hose bibs was leaking through the stem. I was thinking of fixing it myself when common sense prevailed. I called Deschutes Plumnbing because some friends of mine used to own the company and I know they had certain things they were looking in potential new owners.The gentleman who did the work was clean, respectful, knowledgeable and presented options. Because of the placement of the hose bib, there were potential pitfalls that might include drywall repair. Hired to replace a section a section of pipe. Showed up looking for a leak that already had a temporary repair. They said they could not replace the section because they needed more room. I had another plumbing company show up and fix very easily. Now they are charging us. I will gladly pay but need them to correct the invoice. I have notified them two times with no response. They now sent me a past due notice. What a joke.

I cant say enough about this company. Our sink clog turned out to be a clog in a 4 foot pipe in the crawl space that had been collecting junk for a long time. I have used Deschutes Plumbing several times, and each time it was a very good experience. In particular, I had two separate needs that involved tight spaces (one even a narrow crawl under a tub) and two others for rentals I own. In both of the crawl instances, I was amazed at how readily the field plumber took to the job, and in cases, the work was done in a timely manner and at a cost that was very fair. And, during those times when other service plumbers were all too busy with new construction to even give me an appointment, DP was a welcomed exception.

I had Deschutes Plumbing re-pipe the DWV pipes in my house during a remodel. The remodel project was demanding and had some tight tolerances to fit the fixtures in the new locations which allowed an improved floor layout. Lucas did the install and was very professional, hard-working, knowledgable and was able to achieve all the projects goals, even the ones I wasnt sure would be possible. Bottom line is they known their stuff and deliver on their promises.

The office staff was really helpful when I called to get a quote, and the plumber Cisco did excellent work. He was a nice guy, was done in about 30 minutes, and caught an issue that another company completely overlooked (twice). Nice online payment system too.
