Dan and Lisa are amazing. The people in the disability community are fortunate to have people like this to support them and we will miss them if they ever leave. Excellent service. Great people.

We have worked in the DME field for years, serving both seniors and the disabled, and I know a corrupt company when I see one. We had a very negative encounter with Advanced Mobility a few years ago with one of their shady managers/owners in the past, but necessity drove us to try once again on a different matter with them this week. Sadly they were just as greedy and unaccommodating as before. The first time we were getting bids for a lift for our home and called them. He quoted us a price over the phone of around 10k but when he arrived, he tripled the price on us to 30k.When asked why, he said (out loud) “If I would have given you the real price, you wouldn’t have let me in the door”…I kid you not!We never mentioned to him that we were in the same business, so he was unaware that we knew the exact pricing of both msrp and dealer costs of the lift. He was completely trying to gouge us and was clearly lying to take advantage. We decided to avoid them, knowing their unethical business practices they have, on their unsuspecting customers. Fortunately we knew he was deceiving us.Besides his deceit, he had a very arrogant manner to him in general. He acting as if it was beneath him to be in our home. We were paying cash for the lift but he kept questioning us about our finances and where we worked etc..insinuating that he had to see if it was worth his time. Very demeaning and clearly a ‘salesman mentality’The second time, I asked them if they would match another bid for a set of hand controls. Initially Lisa said they might, but when I presented the amount to them, they refused. They would only have lost around a hundred dollars on a nearly $1700 job but refused saying they couldn’t afford it. She also seemed defensive and paranoid that another DME dealer was in the area. They could of had local business, made a happy customer by accommodating us, established a new client and made a connection with someone who works directly with seniors snd the disabled. They have now blown it (twice) We will not be doing any business with them again, nor will I refer them…and I don’t care how “nice” they appear on the phone, I know who they are. I will be sure my many clients here in Central Oregon know why as well. Badly done AM!

BEST BEND experience EVER!!! Extreme GRATITUDE to Lisa & the fantastic team at Advanced Mobility. My niece had a destination wedding in OR & it was important to her to have her Grandparents there. My 88 year old father is no longer mobile & couldnt bring his scooter on the small plane we booked to get there. Lisa & Dan helped arrange the PERFECT ride for him to go down the aisle with. When we arrived at the shop, Dylan was extremely helpful. He literally became our ANGEL of MERCY when my Father became a bit agitated. After the flight & missing lunch, anxiety was HIGH for all of us. To help calm my Dad down, Dylan very patiently & calmly took the time to show us how the scooter worked & how to assemble & disassemble for transportation. He made sure my Father felt comfortable operating it & even let him take a test ride through the store before we went on our way. He offered his help with any other needs we might have while visiting Bend, including shower chairs or ramp rentals we might require for the wedding. Bottom line is Advanced Mobility of Bend & DYLAN ROCKS!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for coming alongside our family to make our brides dreams come true. We will CHERISH our memories of Bend for a LIFETIME. The Grandfather of the Bride wouldn’t have made it down the aisle without you.

Advanced Mobility has been my go-to accessibility team since arriving in central Oregon five years ago. Whether a major project like stairs’ chair-lift or walk-in bathtub OR something minor like repairing a rolling walker or tool to make life easier, Dan, Lisa, and Dylan work to get it right. Customer service is outstanding. My only regret is that they are not open on Saturdays as we don’t live in Bend.

Five years ago I wrote a review about Advanced Mobility. Ive often wondered when seeing reviews for businesses that were more than a few years ago if the business is still good as the reviews stated.Im here today saying that I still highly recommend Advanced Mobility!I recently purchased my second power chair from them ( I wore out my first one) and they continue to give me wonderful service.I have had all service on my chair done with them and Ive always been satisfied. The owners Lisa and her husband Dan are sweet, hard working people who really care.Check them out, you wont be disappointed!
