Smaller F & F but a good one. Good, helpful service. I can usually find what I need. Good feed selection. Close to home and handy.

Awesome. A guy in clothing named Wyatt went out of his way to find my size in jeans. He was very polite, very helpful, and also found me another pair in another Farm n Fleet close by. Thanks Wyatt, thats why I keep coming back.

The Janesville store is a home based store and inventory selection seems to reflect this. Farm & Fleet is a great store, but not all of the employees are as helpful as would be expected. We believe this is because of the attitude management has towards them. We also dislike the handicap carts that the store fails to keep in decent repair. It appears that once again the management has little concern for disabled customers. While we believe there is a need for Farm & Fleet, in this market, it is not always our first choiceLast year Fleet & Farm considered a store in the area which, if was built, Blains would have to consider some major changes. A few years back the stores in the Rockford area had a very good district manager, who took care of the customers and the business. I do not know what happened to cause the person to change, but the current district manager does not handle the business as well.

This store is clean and organized. It has a lot of items and typically has what you need. Staff are friendly and helpful.

They might not have everything you need but they do carry most of what you need and they are local

The Belvidere location is short supply because its a small store, limited selection,the employees in general dont seem happy to ring up your purchases or help you out..does anyone there like their job?

Hey the manager actually jumped in to help since the person didnt come in till 9am. Thats what supposed to happen.

Had dropped off my bobcat tires with rims to have new tires installed on Saturday afternoon. The young man told me that he would schedule them to be installed Monday at noon was the soonest. So I checked on them Monday after doing some shopping, around 12:20 only to be told it would be another hour and a half.I have never seen such lazy and unprofessional guys in my life. Its obvious these guys dont really know what customer service is all about. I told them to load them back in my van and not one of them said one word to me to try and make it right. So I took them to Rj Daniels and they did them on the spot!! Thanks Daniels for a great experience, they have earned my business!
