I cannot recommend Integrity Auto Care enough. They were very fast to get my car in and diagnosed. They provided a detailed review with pictures of what was wrong. They were quick to repair and did an excellent job. The follow up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied was above and beyond. I’ll definitely go to them again.

We were in a bind and we were way behind and lookin’ to make a deal.Seriously, we were way behind and definitely in a bind because the lights for our trailer hitch broke and we were going to drag a large boat over 400 miles that day and night. Loved the photos sent while they worked on the car. Oil change was much less than I have gotten other places. I had a huge rattle noise which was my main reason for going. I thought it was going to need something replaced and it would cost $$$$. Turns out it could be fixed by just adding a screw and the guy did not even charge me for the fix. I feel like this place would not take advantage of someones lack of car knowledge. I am definitely coming back here and have already recommended them to others. I think I finally found an HONEST car place.

Super clean waiting area and bathroom. The staff are all really helpful and explain anything & everything you have questions on regarding repair and options with your vehicle. I really appreciate the honesty they have when it comes to explaining different options for your repairs, and what to expect with going with each option as well and pros/cons with each option. They dont just say, you need this- we fix, you pay. The work they do is very good, have never had a bad experience here.For example, I had needed a new engine about a yr ago, they explained my options: buy a brand new engine, get a used engine that has lower mileage, or buy another car altogether. They took the time to go through all my options, pros/cons, costs, and what I could expect with each option.Another thing I love, is that they can and do have texting available- so they text you about your car and send you a link to see what all they inspected.

Ale, I believe was her name, she was simply amazing. As soon as I called she picked up the phone with such happiness. I told her what was happening with my car and she was so happy to help, offered all her kindness and anything I needed to feel welcomed in the shop. She called me every step of the way and told me all the issues with my car with such clear, that even a child could understand. Overall, thanks to Ale I will come again and again. The service was also really fast and they were all so efficient and on point. Overall 10/10.

These guys are the absolute best I got my rear brake pads and rotors done last year they not only had the best price but were able to get them done that day without having to order parts. On top of that they were super accommodating able to bring me to and from my vehicle and called a few days afterwards to check up on the work. Im going to get my front brakes done soon and would highly recommend

I took a shot on these guys and knew that one of two things was going to happen. Either their name was going to prove expensively ironic, or they were going to stand by their name. Luckily, the latter proved true. My car is older and is no peach to work on, and after they completed all the repairs that they assumed were problematic, the car still wasn’t running right. At this point, they gave me a car to use at no cost to me, and then told me that I would not be charged for any remaining repairs since they were not quoted originally. As promised, after additional parts and labor, my car was returned to me for the price we agreed upon originally. These guys do honest, solid work and don’t look at you and see dollar signs. Highly recommended.

(4 star overall) I checked other shops and they charge lower prices. But my car was already their and I decided to bite the bullet. At least they were trust worthy. Which is rare these days.Update: got a nice courtesy call today from integrity. Really appreciate the call and to make sure my car was running fine and to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Wow! Nobody does that anymore. This type of service call sets the bar high against their competitors. Changed my 4 star to 5+.

I had my vehicle towed in after overheating and finding coolant leaking heavily from the engine. The cause was diagnosed right away and they worked with me on the cost. They made sure the vehicle was completely cleaned out and safe.

As the executive director of the Belvidere Area Chamber of Commerce, I would highly recommend Integrity Auto! My tie rod broke on my car Wednesday evening. I had it towed right to their shop and someone called me the next morning to let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and the cost. My car was ready for pick up by Friday morning. The most impressive part?? When I arrived to pick up my car they showed me pictures of everything on my car that was replaced before and after! This made me so happy because I was 100% sure that all of the work completed on my car was necessary. The guys there are super friendly and had no problem explaining everything to me. I just received a thank you letter in the mail as well for using them! They were quick, efficient, affordable, honest, and professional. I will be using them again for sure AND recruiting them as Chamber members!

We are relatively new to the area and my husbands truck broke down on the way out of town. The tow company suggested Integrity Auto care and let me tell you...when we got there I was expecting your typical impersonal, uninviting auto shop. I was SO wrong! When we walked in we were greeted by Chad with a smiling face and a pleasant attitude. We chatted and laughed and made a few jokes back and forth. (Auto repairs are stressful and the comic relief was much needed) The waiting area was awesome and the bathroom was clean AND nicely decorated! As a woman having to use the restroom this was so nice! Chad was amazing and kept us up to date on everything and made sure we were taken care of until we picked up the car and even called after just to check in with us. My brakes were grinding and I needed them fixed. I called at 7:45am to see if I would need an appointment. I was greeted warmly and exuberantly on the phone by Chad. No appointment needed, stop on in to drop it off.Upon arriving to Integrity, Chad greeted me and offered coffee. Integrity did a safety inspection on my vehicle before assessing the brakes, which was texted to me with pictures and explanations. Great use of technology and ease of explanation for what they found.They offered me a loaner to use throughout the day as they worked on my brakes and I had my vehicle back by the afternoon. My brakes were so bad once on my lunch break and I called them and they dropped me off at work and then picked me up when I was off and brought me back to my car. The pricing was decent and they fixed my problems and I got to drive and not stress about it. They don’t take advantage of me not knowing anything about cars either and that’s appreciated.

I was having problems with my car and Matthew was so helpful. Took all the info and came to find out that my problem was covered by a recall that I didn’t know my car even had. They could have charged me just having my car, but they didnt since they couldnt find anything wrong with my car. Tried running a back pressure test, but couldnt get the O2 sensor out without breaking it. Didnt charge me a dime. You dont find honesty like that hardle anymore. Bravo! Highly recommend!

I called first and spoke with Chad this guy is amazing and even offered to come pick up the vehicle for me just due to my work schedule, out of all the shops that I’ve been to or called no one has ever offered that service to me very impressed! , I Came in today for front alignment on my 2005 G 35 Infiniti, The Waiting area is very cool with comfortable seating, TV , snacks and drinks are available, I was able to drop off my vehicle, they did give me a ride to my place not to far away and even picked me up when my vehicle was ready, They did a free inspection on my vehicle at no extra charge with my alignment, I got the inspection report view text and was able to access it from a link that had pictures of the issues and the technicians notes and what he recommended, I did not get the feeling like I was being upsold on additional services, I did feel that the Technician was being honest and thorough in his work being done today, I did get the estimates on some other repairs that I knew will be needed on my vehicle it is a 2005, Alignment and oil change total out the door $114.00 can’t beat that with great customer service and a ride home and pick up! I will definitely be back in the future for my vehicle Maintenance and repairs

Needed an alignment after hitting a curb. Honestly, never met a more professional, welcoming, and honest guy. Being a girl I’m always afraid to go by myself and to get ripped off but they showed me pictures of every part of my car ( what was good and bad) I 100% trust this place and the people. Thank for taking care of my 2008 Escape. I came in for a brake inspection and they inspected the entire vehicle for free. I went in thinking I needed to get front and back brakes, but Chad actually took me out to the garage and showed me that I only needed rear brakes. Chad helped me save money and make a plan for other repairs that are needed. I usually hate waiting for repairs, but this place was so nice & clean. Chad even offered me a drink and snack. I really felt like I was in good hands. I will definitely be going back.

My family has always gone to the South Beloit location. I continued to go to that location as well after I moved to Rockford. Today I got to go to this location in Belvidere and it was great! Same warm welcome I have always received, nice clean waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks and fabulous service. I was in and out in about an hour. They even were able to turn off my pesky tire pressure light that had been on for about a year. I will always trust integrity with my vehicles! So glad for this second location.
