We have been with American family for well over 30 years and have always been very happy with our agent. We received personal service from Jim McCaw and Dan Gordon. They would call us and always take our calls. AmFam provides insurance for 5 cars, our house, and multiple life insurance policies. Not once have I spoken with Doug Proudfoot...not one single time. When I call it is a receptionist that can’t answer a darn thing. She wants me to make an appointment with him! Well that’s not gonna happen. He needs to call and make an appointment with me. Not sure if I’m staying with American family or not...State Farm offered a more competitive quote for our business...but I’m sure as heck not staying with an agent that can’t take the time to talk to me.

Spectacular. Simply spectacular. After getting my insurancestors with state farm jacked up, I switched to allstate. Upon finding out I would be quoted at $500+/mo. For the same coverage as state farm, I was referred to this agent. I set up my insurance and had my premium go down $75 from my coverge with state farm! Not only that, but I got EVEN MORE added to my policy. Cindy Lopez is by far the best secretary Ive ever had in regards to insurance rates! Cindy not only knows what shes talking about, but she was also very relatable, made my experience feel like a personal endeavor to me, AND shes f****** hilarious!!!!
