I used $20 cash to reload my laundry card on 5/1 since I had cash on me and dont really use cash for much. The machine was happy to eat my money, but when I went to do my laundry the card only showed a balance of $1.I tried to contact the company to see if theres any way to get a refund and/or the money loaded to my card somehow. The machines do not provide receipts which is not helpful in proving I paid.While on hold you have the option to hit star to listen to the company directory. But even their phone tree doesnt work appropriately. Hitting star does absolutely NOTHING. Being on hold for so long without knowing I was in the right place was a colossal painBut once I FINALLY got through to a person she made my refund fast and easy and she was a delight

I had three pieces of clothing ruined they never addressed the issue. Then when my card didnt work, they asked me to spend money to mail card out instead of fixing issue.

Originally posted a bad review due to machines ruining clothing and the company not willing to help refund the cost of the clothing. I recently worked through the issue with their manager, Dan, who was very helpful. They were willing to help alleviate the cost of the ruined clothing. Changing this to a positive review as a result.

The Community I live in uses this company. And it has the worst machines ever. I can’t remember the last time I was successfully able to do my laundry. The washing machines leave my clothes soaked in water and soap and the drying machines barely dry my load. Having to use the drying machine 2-3 times for less than 10 articles of clothing. Every single time I’ve had a problem I’ve called and all I get Is a “we will send our technician to check it out”. . . I say Instead of “repairing”3-5 times a month : How about you Junk these Machines and REPLACE THEM WITH MACHINES THAT ARE ACTUALLY RELIABLE AND WONT BREAK DOWN SO FREQUENTLY. THESE MACHINES ARE OUTDATED

The apartment complex uses this company for laundry machines and they are a nightmare. Several months of one of two machines being broken. Lies that the machine was examined. Lies that the machine was fixed. Promised call backs that NEVER happened and I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND from the broken machine.

Beyond useless! These morons not only charge a fortune for their crappy outdated machines but they cant even be bothered to empty the coin boxes. So you wind up wasting $1.50, cant put in another coin and wind up with a machine filled with detergent soaked clothes. Totally unresponsive to complaints. Youd do better beating your clothes on a rock along a river.

The machine to load laundry card at Villages of Homeland do not work many times! I’ve lived here for years and since this company has been here the card loading machine is out of order a lot. Do Not Use this Company!
