This place is well-lit, in a safe location, clean and efficient. I go on weekdays: midday or after work. It is busier during after-work hours but I have always been able to get carts and a couple machines. I appreciate that they have a bill changer and quarter machine. If I don’t have cash on me, I get money from the ATM at the convenience store next door. The attendant is helpful and I always see her trying to tidy up the laundromat. I appreciate that she puts empty carts back on the curb because some people don’t put them back, as the owner responded in an alternate review, when they’re empty, they’re in the way or other people need to use them. She only takes them when they are empty and look like they’re not being used. I also read a recent review that the detergent slots are sticky, but today I noticed that they were being cleaned and I’ve never had a problem with this during my past visits.

I’m giving it a 2 star rating because I USED to love it.This laundromat used to be very clean…whoever is cleaning now, doesn’t seem to realize they need to clean the detergent portals. They are a sticky, gross mess…If it remains this poorly ran, I will not keep coming back. There’s a laundromat in college park that is much cleaner.

As soon as walking in today I was stopped and told my children were not allowed there. I am not sure what low budget laundry this is but no one in their right mind is going to pay a babysitter for 2 hours so they can spend $10 washing clothes here. I will not be returning.

I enjoy this location because its clean and the machines work. Sadly thats not the case in most places that I have visited

Always neat and clean

I just moved to Beltsville and I tried this laundromat for the first time.It was not over crowded. It’s clean. The lady who worked that evening was super nice and very helpful. She taught me how to use the machines because I didn’t know how to use the public ones lol. It looked like ALL of the machines were working (none of the “out of service” stuff). Now it’s my one and only favorite place to wash my clothes.

I use the number of empty baskets outside as an indicator of how busy it is inside. If there are no baskets, I drive by, continue my other errands, and come back later. There is an employee there who puts empty baskets outside even if someone is using it. Thinking there were machines available, I put my laundry in a basket and went in. The place was packed, but I finally found a machine, so I loaded my clothes. Almost immediately she took my basket, leaving me nowhere to unload my wet clothes when the machine was done nor hold my laundry bags and detergent while the machine was running. Note to owner: You need to hire employees who have common sense. A little customer service training wouldnt hurt, either. I still gave it 1 star because the facility is clean.

Thrilled that they offered to wash my king size down comforter and duvet cover for $20. Not thrilled to discover when I got home that they had not taken the comforter out of the duvet (which I offered to pay for separately) to wash it, and that it wasnt dried thoroughlly, and that they had rolled it up in a nice tight wet bundle which they then wrapped in plastic. Was especially great to then not be able to use my comforter on a 12 degree night. Maybe their facilities are fine, but 20 bucks for a soggy comforter is really infuriating.

Clean! New machines! Mexicans have all on lock tho! Because of that cant secure a basket/cart.

Sometimes this place gets busy but if you time it right there are always machines available and Ive never had a problem.

Use to love going to this place until an bad experience today . A drunk man constantly walks in and out the place . I don’t appreciate that fact that he was rubbing on my leg and harassing other people. The person running the business did nothing about it and countined to let this man walk in & out bothering people . I won’t be coming here anymore !

The manager is an uneducated lady, very haughty and rude. If your work makes you bitter, dedicate yourself to something else, start knitting at home or do something that relaxes you and does not deal with people.

There is only one thing that bothers me that allows customers from this place to park for a long time in front of the premises when they should be only to leave and pick up so that other customers have access to lower our bags and do not have to go far to park our cars and have to go back for our clothes bags

I do not understand how it is online that they close at 00.00 and when I arrive at 10pm it comes out that it is closed
