David and the ladies who work there are not professional please do not waste your time on them. They provide bad attitude I called a couple of months ago to switch my insurance with this agency with my husband and my son who is now driving he is 19 so we wanted to find a reasonable price definitely do not go to the agency they do not provide good Customer service. My called was made on July I never called them back due to lack of customer service I should have listen to the reviews because most of them are bad my husband was right.

When I call my agency, I always get a very helpful person. They are always willing to take the time to look up and review my account & answer any questions I have about current coverage or potential changes to my policy. I very satisfied with the attention to detail and consistent customer service at David Haines Allstate agency. Thank you. :)

David really messed me up and I had to come out of pocket paying over 4,000 to get my car fixed. I was buying my first car (WHICH STILL HAS A LIEN ON IT). I didnt know much about liability, full coverage etc. My car was a new 2017 Altima. I am a recent college grad, so all this was new to me. I originally placed the car under liabilty (not knowing that I couldnt do this) and David placed it under liability per my request. I then requested full coverage via email because the dealership took my car back and told me that I needed full coverage to drive it off the lot again once returning the dealer tags they let me borrow for a few days because I brought my car on a Saturday, long story short ---- full coverage was never placed on my vehicle after I requested it. I got into an accident in September with a deer and I had to come out of pocket to pay for it because David, the insurance agent, still had my vehicle under liability. He began telling em about paperwork, etc that I would have gotten but this was his job as an agent to send me this not mine. This was a very valuable lesson that I had to learn but it came at a great cost.Dont get me wrong, David is a good guy, but this really put me in a bad place. He said he felt really bad, but I believe otherwise. He wasnt in my position.David placed my new 2017 Nissan Altima under liability. As Ive told my family members what happened, they were appalled that a seasoned insurance agent could do this for a new car. New cars from the dealer require full coverage unless you pay for it in full. The car company wants full coverage on their vehicle until you pay it off!If you go with him as an agent, please make sure you do your research about insurance first and if not please, PLEASE, please check after him to make sure everything is correct as youve asked and have paperwork and proof. They say you learn from your mistakes and I have truly learnt. with a price tag of $4,150.
