I was thankful for such a patient realtor I tend to be very picky and she drives near and far with me till we found my perfect house. Would definitely call her again and been referring her to people I talk to. Couldnt find this with any other realtor.

Angela was amazing! It was a long and stressful hunt for the perfect house, but she made it an enjoyable experience. She was responsive, professional, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend her to everyone!

My wife and I worked with Angela Gilliam-Brown to purchase our first home. Angela was knowledgeable and patient and was able to keep her cool even when I could not. She showed us everything we wanted to see, made some great suggestions and eventually sealed the deal by coordinating with the builder, lender, and title company to get us closed at 6 pm the night before Thanksgiving. Through out the whole experience, and it was a really difficult closing, Angela was responsive and encouraging. Could not have asked for better.

I had the displeasure of working with this company last year to rent a property. Angela Brown is the manager, from the first time i met her she was very rude snatched my application from my hand. Despite this I needed a place for my family to stay so I signed a lease for one year. The property was very dirty when i moved in and had to thoroughly clean myself because I have small child. My husband is a soldier in the Army at Fort Hood Tx, and they offer no military discount. When we got ready to move we cleaned the place top to bottom, replaced air filters, light bulbs etc. Angela Brown charged us 80$ for not changing the air filter, 20 dollars for a bathroom light bulb i missed . She took our entire 800$ deposit and charged us extra on top. They have no regard for our military, no respect for our veterans. They are in the business of stealing deposit money for and her father to pocket. I have spoken to my neighbor at the time and other tenants who have the same bad experience with this company. I am now using Spradley property management out of temple Tx and they are great they smile every time I walk in to pay my rent and they worked with me on splitting my deposit into payments while my husband is deployed :) Do not use this company you will regret it. It is sad that they are so rude at the office and do not expect to get any of your deposit money back plus you will be in debt when you move out. Very sad way to run a business :( They do not deserve one star
