I had the pleasure to work with Nicole, amber and the JD Walters real estate team on the purchase of my first home in December. Before working with Nicole and JD Walters I had multiple lenders say they could not approve me due to the fact that I was in sales and couldn’t use my full income. Nicole was able to refer me to a lender that actually took their time to review my information and was able to approve me for a loan. After searching several websites for several weeks looking for homes or land on which to build, someone from JD Walters Real Estate contacted us- this was the beginning of a wonderful relationship!!
